Came in to wash and vacuum my vehicle. Paid for the ultimate wash - only half way washed my vehicle, then in the middle of using the vacuum, the attendant turns off the vacuum and leaves. Does not say, "Hey, sorry but we have to shut everything off" and then leaves. No acknowledgement that I'm still using or nothin . Very rude. I know I'm just one customer, but this is the reason I will drive out of my way to use the car wash on the south side of Fort Payne. I'm done.

My husband was there to buy gas and his car's starter decided to fail. So he called me to come and try to boost him off ( I knew it was the starter). I then called AAA to come tow his car,which took over an hour. There was only one employee in their and she was busy most of the time we were there having a romantic, inappropriate encounter with her boyfriend,deep kissing and all over body massage. He was there for almost an hour and then left. This girl focused more on her love life than customers going in the store and they really need to hire at least two employees ( not her) for the weekend ( We were there from 6-7at night). I personally witnessed these escapades as I sat in my car in front.of the store window waiting for the tow truck to come tow my husband's car. Xtreme car wash is a convenience store,a car wash and angas station , but apparently it occasionally it has " adult" entertainment as well. Stop the inappropriate actions of employees and you'll get a five star rating from me!

Took a brand new car through this car wash, and it broke the tail light. After going through channels to get a hold of the manager he tells me, " you must have had it loose or broken before you came through the car wash". This is not true. The car is brand new and was bought from a car lot the weekend before. Needless to say, I will not be going back to this car wash again, and I will not recommend it to anyone.

Best price in town on tobacco and gas. Car wash usually does a great job. Highly recommend this place. I can't remember the man's name that owns the place, but he is a really great fellar has helped me out on an occasion or 2

Owner is a very rude person and hires very rude people. Me and my 16 month old son went in during the day on a week day about 10 in the morning and she was to worried bout her boyfriend or husband or maybe just a companion ship. But i think the things theaaya do at that gas station are very inappropriate. I will not bring my child back in there. I will do my buisness at mapco they have good customer service and management is very helpful.

Bought $12 car wash and car was still dirty. Asked car wash worker if he could run car through again and he said sure. Owner walked out. He told me not to come back and ask for a second car wash again ... I said you can refund my $12 and I will leave . He said no he would run it through but he was not a car detail place and I could not expect all the dirt to be gone. Owner was not just rude but nasty.

Their car dryer SUCKS. My car wasn't completely dry, nor was there any towels to dry my car. I would not repeat.
