Their monthly subscriptions are good deals. My only complaint is that they don't do a good job on alloy wheels, even when they are asked to scrub them well. Also, I have to ask them to remove the antenna.

I used to love this car wash but the last time I went, was the last time. I took my minivan to get washed and I was behind a car. Two guys working did the usual pre-scrub on the car in front of me and afterwards one ran off towards the vacuum. The other guided the car onto the tracks and did the normal routine and the car entered. I pulled up in my minivan and this guy ran off as well while my van was going onto the tracks. No one pre-scrubbed my van, no one guided me to make sure my vehicle was properly on the tracks. When I came around to do the vacuum one of the guys was back at the entrance and I asked the other one if I could speak to a manager. He asks what was going on and i explained that he and the other gentleman left me at the entrance, did pre-scrub my car and just left. He claimed he didn't see me! How the hell do you not see a minivan that's 5 feet behind a car you are working with? He went and got "the manager" which was the other guy that left me and he as well said he "didn't see me". They offered to let me go back through and I told them no thanks. Both of these "boys" looked no older than 20. They need to have older and more responsible people on duty rather than younger people. I have since been using the new Richie's on Airport and I love it there so I'll never return to Ultra and I tell my friends and family about this situation and point them to Richie's as well.

Good wash, but need better vacuums

They must use really cheap products in their car wash. My wheels were still filthy after the car was washed, and the wax is unnoticeable. I keep telling them about the unacceptable results but they seem to ignore me and the problem. Either their machines need to be purged, they need to replace the brushes, or they need to get better quality cleaning products, for I am tired of seeing my car splattered and with visible streaks after washing it even when washing it with the most expensive option available that they offer. Overall, very unsatisfied. Looking into just taking my business elsewhere.

I got a pretty good wash. It did miss a few spots but my car was particularly dirty and hadn't been through a wash in some time. I opted to get the "unlimited wash" package for the month (they were running a tooferwun deal☺), only to discover that it's not actually unlimited. Apparently you can only run the car through once during a certain period of time. So, even if you have the unlimited package and get over to the free vacuums to find a spot was missed, you can't go back through, at least not without asking for someone to help you. That's not unlimited. Also, the vacuums were all free but the suction seemed a bit weak. There were only four other people using the system so that shouldn't have been the cause. All in all, not a bad car wash but certainly not the best. Once this unlimited package expires, I'll probably look for another.

I haven’t been real impressed with the car washing itself. Ive never seen any difference in my car in regards to the level wash I buy, except for cleaning off the tires some. I usually wash it again when I get home. However, I’m giving it 4 stars because the vacuums are great. It’s worth the cost to me just to use them.

Drove through the wash and when I got out to vacuum I noticed that the car wash had torn one of my custom tailights this costed me 200 dollars and said they don’t cover this. I would like to be reimburse for this. Where is the corporate number. Been there twice with no problems whatsoever. It's a drive through car wash, just make sure you follow the signs and do what the staff tell you, I've seen many an idiot not follow the rules and damage the car wash and thier car then proceed to blame the company. Don't be an idiot.

Can't beat $10/month unlimited. Free vacuums! Convenient, quick, mini-wash admidst shopping on Schillinger Rd. to pop in and out to KEEP the car spiffy. The colors they project in the water and foam are like being inside a rainbow! Fun stuff, esp for kids, while you do a necessity. Have had a bit of trouble with them automatically charging my card EVERY month for a continuous membership when I did not auhtorize, but they fixed it and gave me some free time. Their equipment does not target your WHEELS, so wheels need to be thoroughly done when coming in. This is a good place to MAINTAIN an already clean car, but to start from really dirty, won't get you far.
