Stay away from this car wash. Went in with dirty but flawless truck. No dents no scratches. Came out with a dented tailgate on my dodge ram. Of course workers didn't believe it. But when u feel your truck get pulled backwards inside the car wash you know something happened. And I think I know my truck very well. I know that dent wasn't there when I went in. Again. Stay away from this car wash.

Quick, easy, and "free" vacuums. Basic wash is $6 and it goes on up from there.

Their website says a basic wash is $6 and that towels are provided, but it is actually $7 and there were no towels. The free vacuum is kinda nice, I guess.

Terrible wash overpriced they have no towels for the consumer to wipe the car with which I think is totally ridiculous had I known this before I paid my $20 for my car wash I would not have gone in I would have gone elsewhere this establishment has gone down since the previous owner I do not recommend it as the wash does not clean your car very well and there are no services.

Always have trouble here. Wash does not clean very well and they give you a hard time for wiping where the wash did not do the job. Had this problem more than once. Not likely to ever go back.

It didn't get all of the bug guys off from my car, but they provide plenty of clean detailing towels and free vacuums. Probably not worth the cost...

They have a brush sitting there but don't scrub the bumper like other places do. Had to wipe the bugs off myself.

Bird poop still on car, no one sprayed it first!! Also I could not find anyone so I could run it through again. Little pricey to have to wash again at home... Wont be back, not the first time this has happened.

There is still dirt all over my car. Also, I googled “touchless car wash”, and this came up as an option. This car wash isn’t touchless. That can be fixed with better SEO by this business. Ultimately, for an $18 experience, I would’ve rather just driven around with a dirty car.

Excellent car wash, excellent employees. Greeted at the entrance, cleaned and sprayed at truck before going into the wash...automatic wash with cloth, touch brushes. Upon exit you have unlimited use of the vacuums, cleaning and drying rags, a vehicle floor mat cleaning machine...if you want it, it's here. I seldom skimp and go to any other wash. Just wait until good and dirty and make a great visit of it. Feels like a million bucks when all done here. It's great...NEVER DISAPPOINTS!

Car wash was okay provided towels at the vacuum area which was nice, I asked the attendant if he would put some soapy water on a scrub pad to get the bugs off the front of my car his response was "are you trying to get me fired? If I do it for you I'll have to do it for everyone" so I guess customer service is at the bottom of their list.

It is a decent car wash. I like how they provide free towels for you to wipe down your vehicle while you're utilizing the free vacuums.

Friendly staff always courteous and willing to help. You do have to ask if you need help though. Update...9/2017 after several visits I must say service here has become dismal. The carwash hardly cleans the car anymore. I leave and still have spots all over my car.

I'm a regular customer here and I was in there the other day an a guy came up to me and said Mrs.can I speak with you for a second...He said I can't let you leave like that...you didn't get what you paid for...you paid for a clean car and it's my job to make sure you get it...I told him that it had been sitting under the trees in the driveway he said it don't matter...and for me to get back in line and he would raise the gate for me...they rewashed it and gave me what I paid for...Guys keep up the good work...every time I come in y'all do a great job so THANKS...been reading some of the comments it would help if some of these people learn the difference between CARWASH & CAR DETAILING!!!

Sometimes, you don't have the money to outright get a wash on a car (or water leaks into your door) and you just need a vacuum that will work. Advertising them as free when you can't use it until you pay the $6 is ridiculous. I didn't have enough quarters for the vacuums at other places, and this was my last resort to just vacuum my car.

There was a young man named Keegan working 5/16/2017. My membership pass wasn't working, and I paid for a wash. I expressed them to him, and he immediately took care of everything. Very thorough and professional. People like him are why I keep coming back. Great job, and a great wash. *this was the Super Sonic wash in Muscle Shoals*
