Below mediocre. I went in for an inside/outside clean and after it was "clean" I had inspected my car. The inside still had hair and things around the seats as well as the outside around my bumpers wasnt even touched. Clearly I could see the half assed work and then further proceeded to clean it myself for the next 30 minutes the right way. Save your money

The best car wash I've been to in the past ten years at least. Preprep, drive through, and hand dry. New school start with old school finish. Very satisfied with the results and the price. Got the unlimited washes for $39 per month.

My wife and I recently dropped her brand new 2 month old Jeep Grand Cherokee off for the managers special cleaning. Which it wasn't hardly dirty anyways but it's white so it had some black specs from road grime that we wanted to be cleaned off. I look the vehicle everytime it in and out of it and so does my wife. We inspect it religiously and we did like we always do before we dropped it off. There were no scratches or dings anywhere. When we went to pick it up there were still black spots all over it because it wasn't washed by anything other than the machine (I could have ran it through a car wash for free right down the road). We pointed out that they were still all over it. Then get to the passenger side of the car and there are 3 nicks all inline of each other and all equally spaces apart. I go get the owner and show him he says he will look at the video and let me know. He went into the back room and never came back out. He sent one of his workers out to tell me they didn't do it and then his worked proceeded to tell me that they were door dings and that they were a couple weeks old. The funny thing is why wouldn't he let me see the tape or come back out and tell me personally. Also when we were dropping our vehicle off waiting on the line to be vacuumed there was a black Tahoe in front of us. One of the workers opened the door to vacuum it out and he opened it on the vacuuming equipment and let the door lean up against it all. I wouldn't recommend anyone going there. Because they aren't doing the job you pay for and when they screw something up they don't give you any proof they didn't do it just close a door.

First time I went there I thought that this was the best car wash in town because I read some bad reviews of the others nearby. However, I will say that their method of car cleaning (the automated car wash) is very out of date. Back home there are many car washes with much more state of the art tech that have been around for over a decade. So why can't Spiffy get newer machines? I swear every time I get my car washed I just have a sinking feeling that the machine will fall apart or leave scratches on the car. Otherwise it's not too bad, still wish they offered a hand wash service, I'd pay double if they offered that.

Was told oil level was ok when it to be replaced. Customer service here has always been decent. Not sure why such oversight occurred, but I haven't been back since.

Awesome service! Helpful staff. They don't only do oil changes and car wash, but also help changing any small parts that need to be changed. I got my filter changed. Also got my squeaky front door oiled, for free! Isn't that a good personal touch? I would definitely recommend going there at least once. Took almost an hour to do everything but it was worth it. Also if it rains the day you get a car wash, they offer a free exterior in the next 2 days with your receipt! Whoop!

They are friendly, but the younger guys do not know what they are doing. They did not know anything about the packages nor did clean my truck good. This was my first and last time going there. They were pretty fast though.

I paid 30.00 managers special outside looked fine inside they didn't due anything I had to make them revaccum interiit and they still didn't wipe down interior or vaccum under floor mats I wasn't impressed at all . I talked with manager and he just gave excuses saying that .the interior wasn't included . I'll never go back . Strongly discourage anyone from going here
