I was in the area and took my car in for servicing. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially Julie. Also, the sales department was great. Christina was very friendly- an initial conversation turned into me considering upgrading my 2009 Mercedes to a 2016 model. It’s definitely worth the drive from Montgomery. I’ll start coming here from now on:)
I went to test drive a car, ended up buying it. The entire staff was very polite and helpful. If you’re going to buy a new car I highly recommend Joe Yacka. He made the process as stress free as it could have been.
The service received was absolutely amazing. This car buying process by far is the best ever hands down. From the moment we stepped onsite all the way to closing the deal. The Business Manager/Sales Consultant Genna Cecil has won us over completely. She is so personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. We had 2 rowdy children, and let me tell....she done such an amazing job keeping them calm. Everyone we came in contact with was extremely friendly and offered many complimentary items while we were there. I will definitely be back for future purchases.

The customer service has recently declined at this place. They used to be very efficient and courteous. The management has changed and they are not attentive to their customers. I had two bad incidents: one was where I had an appointment to get my oil changed, I waited almost 40 minutes and no one asked if I had been helped so I left. I came back a few months later to get my car serviced for a different issue and it took them over a week even to get my car in for a diagnostic! No one called me about the status of my car, I had to constantly call and leave messages. They also changed policy where if you do not own a vehicle that is at least a 2010 you are not "elegible " for a loaner vehicle. My new service technician Julie, was old, rude and incompentent . She has a stank attitude and she is not attentitive to her customers. I called the management about her on 2 occassions and they did nothing. Mercedes is supposed to represent class, these employees have no respect and if I am spending expensive costs to get my car serviced, as a customer I expect better treatment. Do yourself a favor....DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT go here! They are more concerned about selling cars, rather than retaining good customers. You are better off taking your car down the street to Christian Brothers.

Great experience! Purchased our new Mercedes-Benz on 12-1-2018 from this dealer. Treated with respect from everyone and negotiated a fair price. Sales and management appear to work together for the customer's benefit. Our sales rep and finance manager stayed 2 hours beyond closing to complete our sale, impressive.
The Sales Manager, Doug, is a great balance of friendliness, and professionalism! Honestly, I bought a car from him 3 years ago at another dealership and I specifically looked up his name to see where he was at currently because my wife is in need of a new car soon. I'm a big fan of loyalty and providing business to people who without a doubt take care of me. Polite salesman, Adam, my wife just wanted to test drive a car that was in the used inventory, he handed us the keys and we were on our way in 5 mins. My wife didn't like the car and he understood and simply offered his card in case we needed anything in the future. This is the type experience that I enjoy from dealerships.

Purchasing a new car can be stressful, but not with Clint Long at Mercedes-Benz of Huntsville. I did research through TrueCar to locate the best dealer to work with and Mercedes-Benz of Huntsville was suggested. I contacted the dealership and Clint Long immediately responded to assist me. I shared with Mr. Long the requirements I had in the car I was in search of and he fulfilled my order. Not only was Clint professional and efficient, he was kind and easy to work with. He recommended the perfect vehicle to meet my request. In addition, I must say he was patient having to contend to my travel schedule to make an appointment. While I am not local, I found that Clint Long and the entire staff including Mr. Brantley and Mr. Stewart were efficient and professional. Being located in Tennessee, I requested that my car be delivered to me as I was not trading in a vehicle. Clint personally delivered the vehicle to me in the time period he promised. I have purchased cars previously, but must say that this purchase was "painless". Anthony Berry was absolutely among. He was very patient with me while I test drove many cars and asked 100 questions. He was never pushy or tried to rush me. My husband and I went on two different occasions and dealt with Anthony and even kept him after hours. Anthony is by far the best salesman me or my husband have ever dealt with! Purchased a car there in May 2019 and I still can’t get tags for my car because they won’t send the correct paperwork to my state. I have never dealt with such incompetence. I would not recommend them at this time. It is July and I still have no tags.
Bought a used car unseen from out of state. Marcus was fantastic to work with and even delivered the car meeting me half way. Got a great car at a great price and the buying experience was fantastic.
I contacted a sales person about a vehicle I wanted to buy. Offered $500 to hold it until I could arrive. Sales person said vehicle was in detailing, and they could not hold it until it was finished. The next day, we contacted the same sales person, and he said it was out of detail and ready for sale. We AGAIN offered $500 to hold it until we arrived (live an hour away). Was told they can’t do that (even though I have seen evidence on these comments that they do...). However, he said that he would have the vehicle ready for us when we arrived. My husband took off work early so that we could take care of everything together. On the way there the salesman, Will Garner, said another salesman had just sold that vehicle... Smelled like an old bait and switch, so we told them we were no longer interested in doing business with them. We kept getting emails and calls from the dealership about whether or not we enjoyed our car buying “experience”, and each time we politely told the person contacting us no to do so again. Today we received an email from the SAME SALESMAN asking if we are still interested in buying a vehicle.... Finally called the GM and demanded we no longer be contacted. I had refrained from posting here but ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! Buyer beware at this dealership...
My wife noticed a fluid stain on the passenger floor mat. Scott had the car promptly diagnosed and repaired. When my wife picked up her car, it had four new floor mats. As usual, it was a very pleasant experience. I really enjoy doing business with these people.

I bought my first Mercedes from Randy Jones in 1989 and have bought all my cars and my wife cars from him ever since. I did buy one car from another manufacturer, but sold it, and replaced it with another Mercedes from Randy. The dealership provides the best service; I never had to return a car that was serviced improperly! Randy is pleasant, helpful, and friendly. I cannot see any reason to buy a care elsewhere. Maybe, and just maybe, you might find one cheaper, but the poorer service and the buying experience will bring you back to Mercedes-Benz of Huntsville. Don't kid yourself, you can't do any better than Randy Jones for Sales; and Cindy Pena for Service.
The staff that greeted me did from a distance instead of coming up to me. I ask for a 2014 Mercedez C class. And said he didn't have one. I would have said wait here, let me go to my manager and see if we could locate one. At least put some effort into it.
From the moment we walked into Mercedes-Benz of Huntsville we were treated like absolutely respected and genuine customers. We only walked in to look at a used $8000 vehicle, and Clinton Long acted like we were ready to spend $50,000 on a brand new Mercedes. The customer service was phenomenal and there was nothing we could do to prevent ourselves from becoming 100% completely satisfied customer. We will definitely be looking with Mercedes-Benz of Huntsville for vehicles in the future.
We brought our car in after making an appointment for a service, after never getting a call by the end of the day, I tried calling my service adviser she never called back, showed up at the dealership and they finally came out and told us that they forgot to put us in the system. They did give us a car for the night. Not what you would expect from the Mercedes Dealership
Excellent!!! We have been buying cars for over thirty years, and our experience with Max Martin was by far the easiest, fastest, and most enjoyable experience we've ever had. Max is an incredibly well-mannered, straight forward, knowledgeable, understanding, and hard working salesman. He did what it took in a very short amount of time to get us an amazing deal. This is our first Mercedes after owning other luxury cars, but I'm sure not our last. The staff was also very helpful and kind; however, we will always ask for Max! Absolutely loved working with Shannon! I’m expecting another baby and she helped me find the perfect Mercedes SUV for me and my growing family! Shannon not only helped me find the perfect pretty GLE of my dreams but she worked out a great deal for me and my husband. She has continued to check on me to make sure I’m loving my new SUV and she helped me understand every step of getting me in a new vehicle. If I wasn’t comfortable with something that’s all I had to say and she jumped through hoops to reassure me and make sure I was getting a good deal. As everyone knows the process of buying a new car can be long and tedious. I had my little one with me and everyone was super welcoming and helpful and made sure we were always taken care of. New in Alabama, so this was my first experience in dealing with this dealership. Seems to be the one thing people dread & that's going car shopping. Not here. Mercedes of Huntsville should take Customer Service lessons from Mercedes of Birmingham. We had a scheduled appt in Huntsville and called to say we'd be a few minutes late due heavy traffic. Our assigned rep went out of her way to be rude and only half of the requested services were performed. After spending the afternoon at the dealership, we were informed that nothing was wrong with the vehicle, even though the smell of gas fumes were overwhelming every time the car was cranked. Mercedes of Birmingham quickly diagnosed the issue and had it corrected in a timely manner. Customer Service was exceptional and even though we're avid Auburn fans, we'll gladly give our business to Nick Saban's dealership where they know how to treat Mercedes customers. Being from the South, I think that says it all!

The digital display on my dashboard began to flash a warning the Auxiliary Battery was faulty. I called Mercedes-Benz of Huntsville's service department and spoke with Cindy Pena. From the very beginning I I felt comfortable with the explanation Cindy provided regarding the problem. I called the following day and spoke with Cindy and she set me up with an appointment that afternoon. When I brought the car into the service area I was greeted and the service writer logged me into the system and told me I could wait in their customer waiting area. The work took about an hour. Cindy then asked us into her office and provided a professional explanation to the work performed to my car. I feel Cindy was knowledgeable and professional in her interaction with me.
Director Scott, beautiful lady Jan, Adam, Mike, and the entire Sales team is the most sufficient, professional, and friendliest team, that was extremely accommodating to my unique needs. I cannot express enough of my gratitude, satisfaction, and appreciation for how quickly they've closed the smart deal that works for everyone. Don't even attempt to purchase a used vehicle here because they will take you out at the knees just to cover their own costs at making it road worthy. I'm sure if you're rich and buying a brand new car they'll treat you just fine though.
Took my wife's ML350 for schedule B service. Advisor told me they recommended several things for my vehicle. Total was $3400. Paid $380 for service B, which was just an oil change, took it to Clem Tire and paid $1200 for the maintenance. Mercedes is a rip off for service. Don't fall for it.
The staff here are phenomenal. The service center was nothing but helpful in getting my vehicle fixed up and was quite accommodating.
Salesman wasn't helpful at all. We kept telling him what we were looking for. He didn't get the keys to a specific car for us to look at, kept trying to sell us another car, that wasn't on our list. He wasted our time that day
Spoke with the manager and he agreed to sell my dealer a vehicle, and he would send me purchase documents. After many attempts to get in contact with him and no response someone called and said they had sold the vehicle that I was already promised after they had said that the vehicle was ours.

"Great customer service!!!!" - I found this dealer online and they had the exact car that I wanted to purchase. I sent an online request for more information and received an immediate response. Genna contacted me and I received a quote within two days.... other dealerships that I contacted took an entire week and did not seem to really want my business. One of Genna’s first responses stated that she wanted my business and wanted to earn my business.... she was extremely motivated and proactive. As far as the actual transaction of purchasing my new vehicle, it was perfect..... they sent most of my paperwork before I arrived so almost everything was already done. This was one of the best car buying experiences ever!!!! I would definitely recommend Mercedes Benz of Huntsville ... and especially Genna!!!!! She is a hard worker with an incredible work ethic! :)

I must say I don't have any complaints, I got a courtesy ride to where ever I needed to go, and the customer lounge was clean and comfortable for my wait. Base model inventory galore. Too much talk, not enough action. Expressed concern about customer service after the transaction - no response. The sales team seems nice, but isn't very efficient/effective. Everyone seems to know the same sales pitch very well. However, most of us prefer to hear the history of Mercedes only once - more time should be utilized focusing on the customer's wants/needs.
Mr. Scott Moskow and Julie, my service rep went out of their way to get my horn replaced. I can't say enough good things about their service center. Take your car into them, you won't be disappointed.
The man who washed my car tonight (Nov 9th around 4:40) did an amazing job! Don’t know his name but he was a tall, slightly heavier set black man, wish I could give a better description than that lol. He took the time to clean the mats in my car & get some of the makeup etc that had gotten on my steering wheel off. The other people that have washed my car there before were all good but this guy really went the extra mile. I wish I had cash on me so I could’ve tipped him!
