I used to love this place, since coming thru with my Honda Accord I continue to have tons of soap left all over the vehicle. Not a good rinse cycle, so I have to go home and redo the wash.

They did not run the machine properly. They let my get so close to another car before I realized it. I thought I hit an Porsche that's worth almost a 100 grand. I slammed the brakes. They told me to put the car in park, so the Porsche could go through. They tell me you almost hit the Porsche. I said to myself you think.My car had to go through twice because it wasn't washed the first time. The whole thing was scary. I think I'll be hand washing my car for a while. My mat also got stuck in the mat cleaner. It just wasn't my day.

Google says they open at 9:30am on Sunday, but there is a line of 15 cars waiting in line for the wash to open. An employee is walking around wash entrance - the least they could do is come communicate to everyone what the delay is. If they can’t get open until 10am, change time on google. People have days to plan. Also, vacuums have been crappy past 2 visits - please fix. Want to keep coming but not if service is this way. Update: 10:05 and still not fully operational.

EXCELLENT STAFF, POOR QUALITY WASH I would go here every weekend, but I stopped altogether and I have not been back in years. My vehicle was always dirty after each wash, and I would have to spend at least an hour to clean it. So I went from GOO GOO's cheapest wash $6.00 -at the time- to their most expensive wash $12.00 -at the time-. And, what I noticed was neither cleaned any better. Lastly, you should know, the staff was excellent, and if the wash was good as the staff, I would start back.

I got "The Works" for $12, car was decently cleaned however it looks Helen Keller did the tire shine on my right side. Free vacuums a plus, one hose wasn't working properly but I got the job done. Dont know if they offer rainchecks like most old school washes and I noticed some new scratches on back..possibly from tunnel prep guy.

Prices have increased since they first opened. Soap is often left in noticeable areas of my car, even after purchasing the high end washes. It's convenient and fast when you want a clean car without having it hand washed so I'll probably always be a customer.
