What a joke. They barely scrub your car before you enter into the wash itself and no matter if you pay $7 or $21....the car wash is trash. Please maybe try to use that brush more. It's your job, do it right.

When I drove my pick up in this afternoon, the machine failed to blow the water off and the top of the truck was unwashed. I asked the attendant and he said he turned the blower off because the small amount of vegetation which had fallen from my pecan tree into the truck bed would clog his drain. He also said the machinery would not clean the top of the truck because it had been dirty too long. After looking around for the camera, I said, “Okay, then refund my $9.00.” He refused saying they did their job. The poor job is one thing, but the blatant refusal to refund my money or even to address the issue is a reflection of poor management or attitude by the franchise owner. If you, as a consumer, are thorough enough to read opinions , I owe it to you to recap my experience. Go somewhere else. The convenience is not worth it

The experiences have been overall good. The car comes out really clean. It’s fast and fairly cheap compared to other places in town. The staff could seem to care less, so it’s a 4 star, but it’s an automated car wash so I don’t know how much that matters.

What a difference a year makes. I'm rarely on this side of town when I decide to get my car washed and today was one of those days. Despite a lack luster of hustle or any remote sense of care, one attendant slapped the brush against my car while the other refused to look at me as she went through the hand motions of lining up my car. Once the car was rushed through the car wash I pulled into a vacuum slot to find soap left on my car. I found a box of rags that I used to finish the job of cleaning my car. I moved on to vacuum my car only to find the wand broken. Management/owner needs to check in on this place as his/her investment goes down hill and fast. Like I said, what a difference a year makes. I was here about a year ago and had no issues, and now the place is starting to look decrepit and uncared for. There are better Goo Goo and competitor car washes in town.

Today was my first going to this car wash. After I paid the gentleman did the normal routine getting my truck ready for wash. An older guy grabbed the back windshield wiper off the window. Not sure why, then another young guy went behind him looked at the wiper.. Looked towards my truck, didn't say anything I didn't think anything about it. My truck went through the wash. Once I got around to vacuum it. The same two men just eye balling me. So my back wiper was hanging all but broken off. I called for the younger guy to come over to tell him what happened. He's all but blaming me saying it was already broken. He said he'll get his manager, no biggie, I finished cleaning my vehicle. The manager didn't acknowledge me while he was I guess expecting it and trying to fix it. He said the wiper was already broken when I came. Cutting me off not trying to hear anything I said. Well I just used my wiper. Bottom line he was very rude, and no compassion. Usually a professional business man/woman will hear both sides.. Not coming to the conculsion on his own. I understand good help is hard to find. But you also need to hold your employees accountable for their actions. Now, I understand you can careless if I come back or not. But this is not your first bad review. I'd rather take my money elsewhere.

great place to get your car washed but if it's really dirty take it home and hand wash it the machine will not clean your car if it's really dirty they might offer to run the car through again but it's still not going to clean it last time I went they were out of air fresheners but hey it's only $7 so you can't complain too much.

Go to the express wash up the road on 72 right behind Texaco off Nance. Go Goo with the deluxe car wash doesn't get the whole car clean. I still have to wipe the back and my wheels clean. Who knows how much of my paint got scratch. I don't think the wash uses enough water or else it wouldn't be like that.

Pro: convenient. the attendants wash your car more than some other locations. Cons: poor suction in vaccums. mat cleaner doesn't work well. they don't offer supplies to clean windows or wipe down car interior.

I think that there is a speed that is set by management on how fast the car goes through the wash. I have been to other googoo locations where the speed was slower and the wash was more detailed. This one just seems to rush through. It did not even properly dry the exterior. I hope that they see this review and change the speed. Avoid this location and go to the one on University by Rosies.

I've been going here for years but as others have said, it's going down hill. The vacuums are weak and some are falling apart. The wash tends to leave soap here and there. And the debit/credit card machine has been down for 2 days now. I don't know about the management or staff, but overall it's not what it used to be.

UPDATE JULY 2018: the original owner has sold out to somebody that seems to only have minimal interest in running a quality carwash, the whole crew that I gave a 5 Star rating to has been fired, the replacements seem to care less, the property which was always in prime condition has declined drastically as far as vacuums not working or weak vacuum (sign of nobody cleaning the filters) . I think I will be taking my business to somewhere else, been going here for many years but other places with better prices and motivated employees. ----------------------------------------------------------------- OLD 5 STAR REVIEW I love this place, I buy the "Manager's Special" which is a credit card sized card that works in their machines and gives you 5 washes for the price of 4, add to this anytime I have ever questioned if the car was clean enough (sometimes ANY car wash machines will miss spots) they always offer to let me run it back through the car wash at no charge. Been going there for years and once I ran through something that looked like Coke syrup 5 minutes after I left and the guy in the office came out with some cleaner and washed it off and ran me back through the car wash for no charge. Hard to beat that kind of service for these kinds of jobs. (around 3-4 holidays that special will be like 6 washes for the price of 4 and I stock up since I like to keep my car clean) Douglas C. I've been coming here for about a year now, just every few weeks when my car needs a wash. Tonight I went by after work and needed my car washed, my car is in the shop so I am in my brother's vehicle and it was DIRTY, I mean realllyyy DIRTY!! Dee and the other gentleman (I didn't have a chance to get his name) that were working were both so nice! That scrub the car with the brushes really well so it would come clean in the car wash and when I came out it was sparkling clean! Thank you guys so much! Y'all are awesome! I know sometimes when it's busy you don't always have the time to pay that much attention to everyone's vehicle but I greatly appreciated your kindness tonight and my brother better appreciate his clean car! I will definitely keep coming back!

The worst car wash in huntsville!!! Go else where! The was didn't even rinse the back end of my car also the vacuums suction is very bad. I would not recommend this place at all. Save your money and go some where else. 18 dollars wasted.

Did not rinse hardly anything off. The attendants remedy was to run it through again. Not really any better. Maybe next time I'll just drive up, give them $20 and go wash it myself. Don't waste your money.

$12 gets a good car wash. They have free mat cleaning machines for carpet mats, and a free car deodorizer. The vacuuming systems are also available for free. I suggest the unit on the end near the source. It has good suction.

The machines don't do a great job cleaning the vehicles. You have to do a prewash before the wash and it defeats the purpose of the automatic car wash.

Let's be fair! The staff was beyond excellent and they were WAY understaffed. They literally had cars to the road, only 2 people working, and it was WAY over 89 degree's. It was hot and sweaty. Seriously, the owner's need to get a grip on how they treat their employee's and make sure they have a least a bucket of cold water provided by the owner's to the employee's for busy times like these. It's inhumane for anyone to be working in over heated weather without considerate essential items being provided by there employer.

In addition to the fact that my car is never fully clean when I use the $17 option, the wash tunnel damaged my friend's front bumper and they are now forcing him to seek a lawyer to have it fixed. We get our cars washed frequently for work and I personally know over 140 other people who do as well. GooGoo has lost my business and will lose a lot more as the result of how they've handled my friend's situation.
