I LOVE this location. The guys do an awesome job when I pay for full service which is pretty often. Igo back and forth beteee doing it myself or having them knock it out if I am in a hurry. Today I did the work myself which is a tough task if you are a perfectionist like me. Derrick and Terry came over and helped me even though I didnt pay for full service. These guys work hard and are very professional! I always recommend Anthony's to friends and family. Thanks for being awesome at what you do!

All I can say is "wow". For the first time, my car was very spotless when I had it cleaned in the full service line. Trust me, my car was filthy inside and out, and they removed all dirt! The guys were very quick and thorough. Thanks guys!

I talked with the manager to explain to him what type of car wash I wanted . I told him I wanted a hand wash outside and inside my SUV, car vacuumed inside. He assured me that would be done. I was surprised when they finished 30 minutes later,. I thought that was strange to finish so quickly. The final product was very badly done. The outside still had signs of dirt on all the car doors, the bumper on the car was not washed, and the inside still had food drums and had not been washed but half wiped with a dry rag. I paid $60.00 for the was and a $5.00 tip. I am completely unsatisfied with the quality of the service and work. I expected a better quality of service after paying that amount for a car wash. I can wash my vehicle and it looks way better than what I received yesterday at Anthony's. I had to re-wash my car this morning. This is the second time I received terrible service at this particular car wash. I will not be recommending this car wash to any of my friends or family. I am extremely disappointed in the quality of work and service I have received. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO ANTHONY'S CAR WASH EVER!! YOU HAVE GOTTEN ALL THE MONEY YOU WILL EVER RECEIVE FROM ME FOR THIS TERRIBLE CAR WASH!!!!!!!

WORST SERVICE EVER. Today was my first time going there. I paid the most expensive service $30. The didn't clean under one of the carpet, didn't clean the front seat neither and one of the mirrors. I AM UNSATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE :(

I bought the $35 Full Service wash and don't feel like I got my money's worth. My vinyl floor mats were still considerably dirty after being "cleaned." My tire rims still had dirty spots on them, and tire protectant was applied in a visibly uneven fashion, giving my tires a persistent partially wet appearance. Finally, dried pollen was still visible in my truck bed. For "Full Service," I expected better. Honestly, it's much cheaper to find a self-service stall, pump in quarters, and do your own cleaning.

I was there today early afternoon in my civic. They gave me a full service inside and out for around 15.00 bucks . That included tires , thorough cleaning inside with deodorizer. My car has never been so clean. It looks like a new car . I’ll be back regularly !

They scheduled my detail for a day that they didn't have a detailer working and the automatic wash left some scratches on my car. They've been good in the past, so I'm not sure what the deal is lately.

This is my car wash of choice now. Everyone was helpful and friendly. The inside lobby and bathrooms are spotless. However, the service was so fast, I did not get to enjoy it for long. I did not get a great wash the first time; but I was contacted by Chris Serio immediately after posting my review and he made it right. Anthony's has a "we will make it right" guarantee and a two day "rewash if it gets dirty" guarantee. I did not get a perfect car wash, but it is better than any other I have had in town. And maybe if get my car washed more often, I won't be able to tell the difference between perfect and near perfect.

JUST left this location- was my first time going through a full service wash. I was a little hesitant and honestly nervous I was going to do something wrong but I now know that nervousness was unnecessary! The signage told me exactly where to go, the computer prompting was very easy to understand, and for $35 I got an excellent drive through wash, some helpful guidance from the attendant who was both smiling and friendly, and then pulled up to the full service area. The gentleman there told me exactly where to park and were very efficient about pointing out the waiting area without being rude. The detailing was done in RECORD time and I gotta say- my car hasn’t looked or smelled this good since I bought it years ago! I don’t know what you pay these guys but I can assure you it’s not enough as they were the most thorough, efficient, and friendly bunch! I’m no longer a business owner but if I were I wouldn’t hesitate to snatch them up and have them working for me! Treat them well as they are such an asset to your team! Thank you guys for an awesome experience and though I live an hour away, you’ve made a repeat customer out of me! Btw, the blue sky air deodorizer was recommended to me and it smells amazing!

I called Anthony's up asking for an interior cleaning for my car-- we'd had a few spills and stains on the seats and I was desperate to get them out. They were helpful, friendly, and kind. The car looked amazing inside and out when I picked it back up later that day, the stains were gone, not a detail was missed, and they were still extremely friendly the entire way through. I'm thrilled with the service we had.

I usually don't do this but, I paid $37 for the "managers special " full service car wash. They spent 5 min wiping the car off, sprayed on tire shine and sent me on my way. Truck still has dirty spots all over it. May be a good car wash, but don't waste your money on the "full service". Not Satisfied....it was better when it was Johns Car wash. First and last time going there!

I have heard all Anthony's location's do excellent washing and detailing; however, I can only speak about their Pelham, AL location. They exceeded all of my expectations during my first visit!
