I purchased the monthly car wash package, called to cancel and explained that I noticed brush marks on my brand new car, mostly on the back but also somewhat noticeable on the sides. I explained I had only had the vehicle a month and this was the ONLY carwash I have used so the scratches are definately from THIS carwash. The gentleman who took my call was respectful, but I was disappointed that the company wouldn't at least offer to cover the costs of me having to have the scratches buffed out of my car.

This is a nice carwash. There usually isn't a wait if you go in the morning. Both times I been there I was able to drive up pay and get my car washed immediately. The vacuums are good and they offer complimentary windex and towels. The only improvement I would like to see is maybe offer air fresheners and other cleaners for sell. I've never actually been inside the lobby so they may offer it there.

Not a bad Car Warsh, drive in and pick on of the 4+ variants of cleanings employees scrub tires, front and back of your vehicle, cycle through the wash then get access to Self Serve Vaccums, washer fluid, and mat place holders for easy cleaning plus vending for all the extra smell good type amenities. Not to shabby. Watch the teenagers though make sure they clean their scrub brush and get debris out of it before they go to town in your car/truck sometimes rocks get caught inside their bruses which obviously is hell on the ol' paint job.
