Fantastic experience! Tom was incredibly helpful with finding a car that would meet my needs. This was a nice change of pace after weeks of being told I needed to settle for a tiny car at other dealers. I love what I got and it not only met all my needs, but also met almost all my wish list items as well. The finance guys are amazing as well! Forget rip-off lots like 199ride and JDB... These guys made it happen on a car I wanted! They didn't just try to sell me a base model rental car they wanted to get rid of. Will go back for my next purchase, and have already told a couple friends to go here as well.

Not happy with them at all. 2 weeks ago I went in to look at a vehicle I fell in love with. James helped me out and told me to come back the following saturday to test drive it, and do paperwork. Later that week I got a call saying that the vehicle was getting fixed and that he'll update me. Never got anything. So saturday morning before I left, I called him to make sure we were still on for it. I was told he was in a meeting. So I said I'll call back in an hour. I called back and was told he was off. I said that we had an "appointment" to meet with him. I was told he would be back Monday and that he'd call me then. A week went by... nothing. I called a few days ago saying I was supposed to be getting updates on the vehicle and the lady told me that the auto service people will be calling me to let me know. Still no call. I called again today and explained, they said that they will see who's available. Then they hung up on me. Worst service I have gotten. Never going here again

Eric the sales manager along with Tony, our salesman, are great customer representatives in every sense... the finance lady (shame on me for forgetting her name) was excellent too! If I could give them a zero I would. We bought a car there on Tuesday, were told "don't worry, we take care of our customers" and low and behold, we have brake issues after no more than 200 miles off their lot. Their response "you bought a used car, I don't know what to tell you". Do not waste your time working with these people. Find a dealership that actually cares about their customers and not just the money.

Two weeks ago I visited the dealer to trade my sports car in on a 4x4.Once there I was greeted by Damario the salesman. I spent a few hours there and found a truck. Never did I feel pressured or feel like I was being pushed.Damario simply asked what I was looking for and if there was any certain things I wanted in the truck.It got to be late after filling out the paperwork that night for financing so he said he would give me a call when he heard back. Well needless to say i wasnt very happy when i got a call stating the truck had been sold. I thought it was a done deal... it was not after delivering the bad news he asked if i wanted the good. He scoured all over and found the almost identical truck which was a year newer and less miles but the truck was in a different state. He asked if i could come look at what he had found. I went up that night saw the pictures and info on the truck and met Eric the sales manager who showed me my payments and trade. So after days of me driving them both crazy I decided to go with that truck. They are having a driver go get it and bring it here. Both these guys put in tremendous hours and time into my purchase. They worked for me when other places wouldn't of wasted there time. I have never had such dedication from anywhere else. If you want to buy from a place that treats you like family this is the place to go. Best vehicle purchase ever!

BEWARE when purchasing a used vehicle. I had several issues with this dealership. When I asked the manager who owns the dealership I was told "we take care of our problems in house". He would not tell me who owned the dealership. This company has several dealerships, HOME RUN AUTO GROUP, 2676 MORSE STREET #1, J JANESVILLE WISCONSIN 53545. I dealercalled the dealership in Janesville and they will not talk to customers. Only thing they would give me was the email address. PROBLEMS 1) After nearly 3 months I am still waiting for a second key FOB. I have made many many requests for the FOB only to get excuses for not getting. 2) An employee from the dealership used a sharp instrument (possibly a razor blade) to remove a decal from the painted tailgate. They had the scratches buffed out. But when the truck went back for detail they noticed the scratches returned and my sales person said they had to buff out the scratches again. They are coming back again. 3) Promised to have the truck professionally detailed. They had me drop off my truck to be professional detailed. I received a call saying the truck was finished and looked amazing. When I went to pick up the truck it was not amazing. It had not been waxed, the truck box was filthy, chrome wheels had surface rust on them, chrome bumpers were the same. They never cleaned the engine compartment. They cleaned the truck at the dealership, it was not professional detailed. They kept the truck 2 more days and delivered it to my house while I was on vacation. Got home and still was not professional detailed like I was Promised. 4) Had a problem with a tire. Dealership took it to the service department. Service department told me they balanced the tires and the vibration was a lot better but not totally gone. Problem was the tires were bad and cost me over $700.00

Very high pressure sales. We were just trying out cars to see what we liked as we were in the market for a new car. We sat down to see what the final price would look like and they showed us "the best deal we can make, but you have to take it right now". When I said no thanks we want to try other cars first they came back with another deal that was lower than the "best deal they could make" and "they are losing money with this deal". Admittedly it was a good price for the car but I was not buying the first car we test drive.

Great experience, great people, very easy to deal with. They were very helpful in getting us one of the first if not the first 2019 Jeep Cherokee Overland in Stevens Point, WI. We owned a 2014 Jeep Cherokee Limited which served us very well (zero defects over 90,000 miles). The 2019 Jeep Cherokee Overland we wanted as replacement was a brand new redesign of the Jeep Cherokee and therefore not yet in anybody's dealer lot. We configured the Overland via the Internet and ordered it without having driven the vehicle. Stevens Point Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram worked with us to get the vehicle as fast as possible and showed great flexibility in case we wold have not liked he vehicle we ordered. But everything worked as intended. We love the new 2019 Jeep Cherokee Overland in every aspect. We can highly recommend Stevens Point Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram.

When we did they never told us the car was over 200 miles away at another dealer until after we bought it and then they told us the other dealership sold the car also. They did give us money off another car but a huge hassle to buy a car.

It was close to closing time on a Friday and they said they would call us the next day as banks weren't open at this time. We heard nothing for 4 days so we called back there on wed and got to the sales guy and he says "oh yes, can I call you back in a few minutes?" We said yes........4 days later we are still waiting for that call and as far as we're concerned, they dont need to bother to call at all. Not going to do business with careless people especially on such a big investment

Was told to come in so I could take the car I was interested in to my machanic. The guy I usually talk to was "busy" so I was given a babysitter car salesman at my age of 45 to ride along when I wanted to take the car to my mechanic (which he would not allow me to do). I have a PERFECT driving history, no criminal history, full insurance coverage on my car and good credit. I sat there with my 5 year old while they "looked" over my information for a "loan" which I said I wouldn't need because I was selling my car to a relative and would NOT need a LOAN. Will NOT visit again if this is the way I am treated with a flawless record by an idiot half my age who told me if I don't like the silver chrome on the front bumper of the car I was interested in, I should "just spray paint it black". Would NOT listen that I would NOT be trading in my car (especially with the ridiculous amount he told me he would give me for it when I have letters I receive from this dealership from Eric saying they have a buyer for my car and I would get a decent price). I did NOT need to sit there waiting for a loan or wanting my credit tapped when I was told to come in two days earlier by Eric to take the car for a test drive and to show my machanic. A total waste of TWO hours with no sign of the guy who told me to come in in the first place. I was treated disrespectfully!

I drove all the way down from Tomahawk on the claim of a sales staff person that a 2012 Ram 2500 Cummins was so great. It needed tires (very little tread and a broken belt on at least one), had a door that would not stay closed on the Ram box, and had a check engine light on that the salesman admitted they couldn't get to stay off. It had NO SAFETY in the window which is required by law for all used vehicles that are offered for sale. My wife and I had taken a half day off from our jobs to look at this broken truck. Between wasted fuel and lost wages it was an expensive day.

Bought my car from here and here was my experience: I had a friendly salesman who helped me find a great car and I really didint go through many troubles until shortly after my car was brought home... i truly wanted to enjoy the experience but it was a bit annoying at times. This certain car dealership just tends to be unreliable when trying to get a car detail, an appointment for anything, and do not seem to communicate throughly to eachother through their departments. Buy a car here if you'd like and maybe you'll have a different experience.

Every time I go for an oil change/tire rotation it always takes at LEAST an hour. I don’t understand how an oil change and tire rotation and “inspection” can take that long when my mechanic can do all of it in 30 min tops. I have one more oil change since I purchased my car from a Jeep dealership and I’m debating whether it’s even worth it or if I should just take my car to my own mechanic and pay the $60 so I don’t have to wait.

James was wonderful right from the start. He called me back when I had done an online application for financing on the website. I was looking for a Dodge Ram 1500. I found one on their website and as soon as I told James which vehicle I was looking at, he right away knew the details on that specific vehicle. He was so nice and scheduled an appointment for me to come in a few days later. So when I went in for our appointment, James was very friendly and we got down to things right away. He had me look at a truck that was GORGEOUS (not the one I initially wanted-because that one was a quad cab-I needed a crew cab to fit my kids comfortably). He let me test drive it, and I fell in love with it. We then got the paperwork going and he came back and told me that they wanted to work with me and they approved me for the truck! I couldn't believe it! I had always heard the word NO, but to hear the word YES felt amazing! I signed my paperwork and was out of there in less than 2 hours. I picked up my truck a few days later, and James helped me transfer my car seats and showed me some of the features in my new 2014 Dodge Ram 1500. I will never again go anywhere else for a vehicle, this was best experience I had ever had buying a used vehicle hands down!

The service dept always takes care of issues with my wife's Scat Pack Charger but they couldn't fix the issues with my Ram Rebel.the sales dept is why I will not but another Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or Ram from them. We went to buy our new Charger from them and went over the numbers and all was good. When it came time to finalize and sign papers, the numbers jumped way up above what I had agreed to pay. We went to the dealership that was trading the car to them and bought from it from them instead and couldn't have been happier with that choice. It's a shame too because I felt bad for the salesman. He was caught in the middle and couldn't/wouldn't do anything but try to apologize and say that is the best it can get.

Dawn is FANTASTIC! She was nice, genuine and not at all pushy. Dawn made our car buying experience enjoyable! I would recommend her to anyone! Actually I would recommend the dealership as a whole. This concerns the service department..I have a 2018 Chrysler 300 it had gotten stuck in flood water killed the engine no interior damage it is under insurance and warranty it needed to go to dealership I chose the closest one to me at the time first this place denied my car and sent it somewhere else then my car had to be towed back to them due to a mistake on there part. They had my car for about a week and "fixed it " we went to pick up car there was grease all over interior the floor board on driver side was muddy and caked with dirt and grease and cigarette ashes reaked of smoke and extra 44 miles on it car I took 2 hours to detail it its literally is a brand new car any way it had a super bad shake and vibration it wasnt right they all agured and said no it's not throwing codes and said it was totally normal gave a stupid story it's a 2018 with less than 4000 miles on it my husband is also a mechanic it's not normal well needless to say we eneded up bringing car back due to insurance saying we had to we were very persistent it wasnt right had to get a chrylser corp employee involved and low and behold the engine actually had to be replaced I'm suprise it took only two days to do hmm.he said the original guy called in they had to put a different tech on it and good thing becasue it needed a new motor Went to pick it up again and again filthy grease all over big dent in roof and white scratches and paint on roof. No one knew how it got there .we complained again and requested they use seat covers and plastic when entering car they did end up taking it and buffing scratches out first they said they didnt need to take headliner down to get dent out but when I got my car back again it was loaded with greasy fingerprints on my very light colored headliner and all over interior of car the plastic pieces where broken and parts of headliner where ripped up in corners. Seat cover was balled up in passenger seat. .the car still doesnt run or shift correctly and we have a appointment for the dealership we bought it from. All they had to say was sorry you had a bad experience..yes aweful indeed i will not recommend this place to anyone.

A Terrific "Port in the storm"! Once a year, I visit the Wisconsin Rapids area to meet with a fellow Marine, as we served together many moons ago. The event is our private celebration of the US Marine Corps Birthday (10 Nov) and Veterans Day (11 Nov). This has been happening for many years now, and usually it's the weather that fails us..after all, it IS November, and we do live in Wisconsin! This trip, er..well.. About 10 miles outside of Stevens Point on Hwy 10, the battery gauge on my Grand Cherokee Limited did something I had not seen before: it fell "hard" to the left, showing that if there was any "juice" left in it, it wasn't enough to register! Egads! Knowing that the Jeep would "shut-down" any moment, I crossed my fingers and pushed on. Fortunately, immediately ahead was Stevens Point Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram! I coasted into their lot, and went to plead my case to the Service Desk. I frankly have never seen a busier Service Dept. at any dealership! It appeared that every service bay was filled, and several folks were waiting to check in! Whew! To make a long, complex and slightly "strange" story MUCH shorter, my Service Advisor, Ben, went above and beyond the "call of duty". Finding that there wasn't a rental to be had in town, he pleaded my sad story to the managers, and arranged for me to use one of their vehicles to return to Milwaukee (obviously, the weekend plans were deferred). By Monday afternoon, the service folks had done their "magic", and I picked My Jeep up Tuesday AM. There aren't many places anymore that really "care" about their customers, especially when they're "new, never-seen-before" customers. I'm happy to report that Stevens Point Chrysler (et al) Service is one of those rare facilities that are not just "professional", but consist of real people too. I highly recommend them for any services you may require! POSTSCRIPT: Through no fault of Stevens Point Chrysler (etc), the problem reappeared within 20 miles. Being hardheaded, I forged on-wards, hoping that the new battery would, at the least, get me much closer to home. But that's another review! Thanks again to Ben and all the fine folks at Stevens Point Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Service Department!

Got a truck from there. They said it had 4 wheel drive.. Light turns on for it in truck, but doesn't work. They lied! Back tires are spinning in mud and front tires won't move. Also said they would pay off my car I had payments for and that was a lie. Said they have a spare key for the truck, and yet we still haven't received it or heard back from them. We went to test drive a Sport Trac and the keys were sitting on the bumper of the vehicle. The doors were unlocked, as well as one door handle was busted. The vehicle was very rusted out. Their was wear on the drivers side door and passenger seat. Their was also another vehicle that had a tire strapped to the top of it as well a a window that was half rolled down. This is a poor dealership that supposedly sells brand-new vehicles.

Made appointment with Eric Meyer, got early up from 7 hours away to make the noon appointment with cash in hand. Received reminder emails, responded with eta. Arrived to blank stares in the show room. Waited a long time - walked over to the SUV without sales person. The SUV looked molested - reference : "The Other Guys" movie. I left - Jeffery called - pleading to make the deal - so much as brining the SUV to me 1.5 hours away. I express the price - he came back only $600 high. I was going into a cell dead zone - we agreed he would put the next offer on paper to discuss on Monday. Monday came and went - probably for the best.

After the sale was completed there was no estimate on how long it was going to be to get our car detailed which ended up taking a little over a hour, that would have been nice to know as we would have went out to do things rather than sitting in the dealership. Communication could have been better there. Also the vehicle was left with no windshield wiper fluid which should be expected after buying a vehicle. A few years back my wife and I were both upside down on our vehicle loans meaning we owed more than the cars were worth. On top of that, we were expecting our third child and needed to get into something better fit for a family. After explaining our situation to multiple dealerships we were told they couldn’t help us. On a whim, I was still looking at vehicles online and stumbled on to the Stevens Point Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram website. A chat window popped up and a person asked what they could help me with. Knowing it was pointless, I typed up my situation expecting the typical “Sorry, we can’t help you” response. After a brief pause, the person came back and asked if I minded if the owner called me. I was confused but figured it wouldn’t hurt. The owner called me, told me he felt there was something they could do to help my situation, and invited me to come in to talk to James. On a Saturday, I came into the dealership and met James and we went over my situation. James also introduced me to Eric the Sales Manager and from there they went to work. I was at the dealership for the good portion of the day but everyone was accommodating, kind and conversational. You would have thought we had known each other for years. It put my mind at ease knowing they weren’t judging me and instead so vested in helping me. At the end of the day, they got the job done! James and Eric got us out of our upside down loans and into two brand NEW vehicles with LOWER payments than we had before. Both cars were cleaned inside and out and came with a full tank of gas before we rolled out of the lot. Fast forward to a few days ago. With the cost of daycare being so high, my wife and I made the decision for her to be a stay at home Mom. Although we had never missed a car payment, we felt we needed to go in to see if we could lower our car payments as we were trying to cut costs wherever possible. I called James who asked me when I wanted to come in. I picked a date and he cleared his schedule and I went in on a Friday morning. James and Eric both remembered me and it felt more like old friends talking than past acquaintances. I explained the situation to James once again who was confident they could help us again. Similar to last time, I spent the better portion of a day at the dealership but when said and done I once again walked out with TWO brand NEW vehicles with a payment that between the two was a couple hundred dollars less than I was paying on the last new vehicles we had! I also dealt with Chris who was the Finance Manager and he was equally as easy to work with. I highly, highly, highly recommend Stevens Point Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. They are easy to work with, some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet, non-judgemental to your situation and most importantly, they get the job done. Don’t waste your time searching for vehicles, start with they guys and save you the hassle! Five stars in all aspects!

After reading other reviews, it seems that my experience wasn't a one time occurrence. I drove 2 hours to test drive a vehicle. I called that morning to verify the vehicle was still available and on the lot. They took my name, asked when I was coming and told me they'd alert their manager so the car could be put aside/ ready for when I arrived. When we showed up, the car was not there but they offered to have me drive the same car in a different year. I was specifically interested in the car that was missing so I refused and left for another dealership. The sales person stopped us on our way out to tell us that the car was on an "overnight test drive" and they would call the customer to see if they could bring it back for us to test drive in another 30-45 minutes. We returned to the dealership 45 minutes later to view the car and test drive it. At first glance, the car was dirty. The sales person assured us they would clean it before purchase so we test drove the car. After the test drive, we looked over the car again to realize this car was not just dirty but FILTHY. It looked like it had been with the "customer" for a while. Pine needles covered the front driver side floor, chip crumbs covered the back seat, and there were brown smudges on the ceiling. There were stains and spills all over the vehicle and the back headrest had been thrown in the trunk. We then noticed other scratches and defects that probably were not going to come out with cleaning. In the end, the vehicle drove fine but it was a waste of time to drive out there. It was hard to distinguish between what would come out with a cleaning and what wouldn't and I believe we were misled about the situation. It looked more like the car was loaned out rather than an overnight test drive. The sales person who helped us did her best to do service recovery and tried her best to apologize but in the end we purchased the same vehicle at another dealership that afternoon.
