From the moment I got there all the staff were very friendly and personable and Matt was outstanding. There was no pressure and I left with a car that I love and a fantastic experience. I have dealt with pushy salespeople in the past and feeling like it was all an act. None of that here. I was prepared for the "typical high pressure sales" routine that I've had to endure at other care dealerships. It never happened at Runde. Best words: Wow and Wow. Never again will I sit in a showroom wasting time (hear that other dealers?) waiting for price. Did this over the phone, they delivered it to me, (90 miles ) didn't have to argue over price. I got a better price for the 2016 SLT than I would have for a 2015 SLT and had the options I wanted. People listen up, hands down, the best buying experience I've ever had... I've had more trouble buying a pair of pants than buying this truck, just saying.

I had a warranty issue with my 2013 chevy Equinox. I called for information they had my car scheduled by the end of that week, gave me a beautiful loner to drive and had it repaired by Friday afternoon. All of the service people I dealt with have always been very accommodating and congenial. Had a very bad experience purchasing my brand new truck from the rundes.Do you think that between the 5 owners of this company that one of them could pick up the phone and call me to see if there was anything they could do to correct their wrongdoing. Hah! No! They were too busy being mad because I gave them a bad review and when GMC caught wind they got involved because what they did was wrong. And the way they treated me for it was wrong.so wrong GMC gave me $250 to try and help make rundes wrong doing better. Enough said and they lost a repeat customer.

Called to see they took a certain kind of payment “Velcor” by Voyager. They told us on the phone they did accept this for my wife’s fleet car. We schedule the oil change and get there and my wife asks again and the guy said yes we accept that. They get everything done and we had to pay for this ourselves because they don’t actually accept this payment. We made sure to ask when we called and again when we got there and both times we were told they accept this and then when we paid they don’t.

Got the truck in after the scheduled time and took a very long time on it. Looked into the shop and saw a group standing around talking. Job was done perfect, quality of work is great but on bill there was a misc parts charge for tightening up a control arm bolt and an alignment. What parts are needed? Some explanation would have been appreciated. Just took much longer than expected in the shop, about 4 hours. But at the end of the day, the truck is good, problems were fixed so I can't complain too much. Side note, had the truck in last year for an oil change and tire rotation, tire rotation didn't happen because they couldn't figure out that my lugs are a 19 mil deep well and you can't use an impact socket. So this time I left my personal socket in the cup holder in case they needed it. Only shop I've been to where I felt the need to provide them with my own tools. Would still recommend the shop because their work quality is good.

I purchased a 2006 F150 from them, drove 3 hours to look at the vehicle. Overall the truck was represented well with a few minor defects that were not mentions such as a broken side mirror adjuster switch, cracked driver mirror, and broken cup holder. The reason i am giving this a 1 star review is because the truck was sold to me with the emergency break system removed from both rear wheels. I called to tell them this and they said the mechanics most like just said they checked it but were to lazy to actually check it. So they sold me an illegal vehicle and was told me it is an as is sale and they would not fix it. After a week of back and forth i finally had to go to the upper management to get something done about it. The worse part about the who situation was they told me their mechanics checked the emergency break system along with he whole truck.... Use caution when buying from them and take you used vehicle to a trusted mechanic and have them look it over before buying because if they say its checked it may or may not be.
