3rd.time hopfuly is a charm, with the exception of a dirty vehicle. Not happy with for vehicles not happy with service. Grease inside the car on the leather seat and didn't wash it , very disappointed. Seems after having it towed in for the third time they would try and make it better ,its running again ...for how long ???? Probably will not buy another ford car after this expieriance. Oh ya did I mention the ford escape only has 29000 miles and didn't give a loaner car. Although Ben did do a good job of keeping me informed but if there is a next time a loaner would be appreciated. Only problem as long as we have the vehicle , that's the place we have to take it for service.

She made us feel very welcome, really nice, and provided us with all the information we needed. My husband and I were having terrible customer service at a different dealership after buying several cars from them. Called over to Gordie and was able to get a car with no problem. Everyone seemed very nice. Isabell helped us search for a car that would fit us best. She made the process very easy. They also had complimentary drinks as we waited. We were in and out in a timely manner. Where prior dealership took hours. We won't go anywhere else from now on. If you want to get a car with a good value and excellent staff go there! They have great cars on the lot!!

I have purchased many vehicles through the years and have dealt with many different sales ppl. I have also dealt with many different horse dealers and they can be one of the same (usually making a lot more headache than you bargained for! ) I have now purchased 3 SUVs from Boucher Chevrolet in waukesha wi and 1 Ford truck from Boucher Ford Lincoln in Janesville wi and I am VERY pleased with my purchases. They are great to work with, I didn't feel like I was being attacked when I drove in, they were very honest about the different vehicles, what to watch for and what people have had problems with. I am happy with the trade in value I got (everyone wants a million dollars for their trade in but let's be real . ) I am not always the easiest person to please but I must say that I am VERY pleased. I would definitely recommend Boucher group, I keep going back. I keep going back and if you knew me, that is saying a lot. Lol

My Lincoln was in for a simple oil & filter change which was done and in a timely manner. The service people are always polite and are willing to explain what they have done. I also stopped in a couple days ago and needed a new battery put in my key fob. I recently purchased my second truck for Gordie Boucher Ford and I am very happy with my purchase experience. I live 35 miles from the dealer and have a number of closer Ford dealerships I could do business with but I chose to drive 35 miles to do business with Gordie Boucher. I dealt with John Newman regarding the purchase of both trucks and readily recommend him to anyone wishing to purchase a vehicle. He worked very closely with me to find the truck that met all my needs and arranged test drives based on my schedule regardless of the impact on his schedule. He answered all my questions and was very candid on the pro's and cons of each feature I was interested in. He and the rest of the sales team offered a very competitive price for the truck and offered a fair price for my trade in. In addition to the competitive price they offered extras such a a gas card and free oil changes. Once I purchased the truck, John thoroughly explained the features f the new truck and frequently followed up to ensure there were no issues. In addition to the excellent sales force, Gordie Boucher also offers a great service department. I had all the preventative maintenance on my old truck performed air Gordie Boucher and my experiences were very good. The service representatives were very knowledgable and explained all issues with the truck that were encountered. I was readily able to schedule the maintenance around my busy schedule and the maintenance was performed in a timely manner. The customer service waiting area is comfortable, offers free WIFI and well stocked with beverages and snacks. I would highly recommend Gordie Boucher Ford to anyone looking to purchase or service a Ford vehicle!

This was my first trip to the service department and they did great. The only issue was when they rotated my tires the inflation pressures were not changed causing a underinflation warning on my dashboard. When I returned it was quickly fixed and blamed on the proverbial 'new guy.' Gordie Boucher has been great to work with and they make sure all of my concerns are addressed.

STAY AWAY FROM SERVICE!!! Had my vehicle in to have the transmission replaced in January of this year, and since than 2 other issues have been caused by the "new" transmission and repaired. I'm now having the same issue as before that they have already "repaired". When I called in to get it back in was told by Alicia that they will not offer me a courtesy vehicle because there rules have gotten more strict. Never once have they made a comment about giving me a courtesy vehicle in the past until now. I explained its an issue you have already "repaired" and needs to be looked at again, and they seemed like they didn't even care. Called another Ford dealership and they got me in right away(with no 2 week waiting period) no problem, and even got me into a courtesy vehicle! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO MY WORST ENEMY!!!

The tires that had been purchased for my car were sold before I showed up that day. The Advisor tried to up sell me on different tires which were not anywhere near my budget and I declined. The best option was to get new tires in the following morning so I was then given a loaner for the day while the got new tires in. Something fell through again the following day so I didn't actually get my car back until 8-1 when my appointment was scheduled for 7-30. I have to return back tomorrow, 8-15 as my steering wheel now shakes while I'm driving and my low tire pressure light came on this morning. Very disappointed. UPDATE- 8/18 On Wednesday of this week I went back in for service. Again, it took longer than anticipated. At 10:15, 2 hours after my scheduled appt. at 8:15, I reached out to management. Sean- the Service Manager explained the cause of this issue was faulty machinery and genuinely apologized for the poor service. Less than 24 hours later, the Traction Control & Hillside Assist Warning lights come on my car. I reached back out to Sean and Shane (the Sales Manager who was contacted when I called the number listed in their response). They both were very proactive and had a loaner car to me on Friday morning so my car could be serviced again. The service and updates they have provided has been very nice, however the long term issues have been beyond frustrating and unsatisfactory.

Chris described the car over the phone and sent pictures. We drove over from Minneapolis, MN and found the car exactly as described. It was detailed and ready for the transaction. I had dealt with two other dealers to obtain my new Mazda 6 Signature including the paperwork but when I went to take delivery the car was dirty, front seat motor didn't work and had a 6-8 inch scratch in the center of the hood. Unable to seal a dealer trade for the exact match I remember getting a follow up call from Gordie Boucher so I looked up the site and sure enough they had my car. I was transferred to Tim Poff who listened carefully to my situation the first time, took good notes and validated the availability, price and exacting condition requirements I had for the car. This all took place in two calls and about 45 minutes between them on a Saturday 45 minutes before closing. Tim validated my concerns thoroughly on Monday with a few quick email exchanges. He received the needed details and had all paperwork ready for my arrival. I live 42 miles away and Tim also set up driver to pick me up at my home. The driver, was friendly and carried a nice conversation during our ride to the dealership, spoke highly of his employer which is nice to hear and introduced me to facility with a brief tour and an introduction to the General Manager before finding Tim. Pretty impressive from my perspective. We arrived early and thought Tim was out for lunch, instead we found him about 15 minutes later and he was walking around my new car detailing every water spot so the car was absolutely perfect upon inspection both inside and out. Beautifully detailed! Tim understood what was important, has been working in the industry for some time and takes professional salesmanship to the extreme and remains down to earth with long term customer care as a core philosophy. He picked a nice route to actually experience the car in all modes, his follow through on the car orientation after the sale was thorough and the paperwork went quick with a fun smiling face throughout. I landed at 1:45 and test drove the vehicle, completed paperwork, went through and set up all the options on my car including phone and navigation and hit my target of being on the road by 3:45. The GM came out and thanked me, Tim was very appreciative and respectful, both sent follow up thank you messages via email the next day. I have been going to the Boucher family for VW and now Mazda and I have to say this family philosophy seems to get it right and the employees will tell you both in the way they carry the philosophy and in the way they speak about their employer. Hats off you both Gordie and Frank!

Dave Behling is incredible. We couldn't get there early due to work hours, we knew what truck we were interested in and Dave had it sitting by the door ready for a test drive when we got there! Dropped truck off for routine service and recalls. I asked when I made the appointment to leave it and pick up by one o'clock. When I dropped it off, I double checked that it would be done by ONE. I was told it would be. I got a call about 1:15 only to be told, it would not be done for at least an hour, maybe 2. Finally got a call that it was ready...at 4:30. Not cool as I could not make it to another appointment. When I looked at my paperwork, looks like the person taking my information when I dropped it off put down 5 o'clock as a pick up time. Not the kind of service to keep me coming back.

After an accident a week before Thanksgiving that totaled our SUV, my wife and I purchased a used Honda CRV from Riley at Gordie Boucher Ford Lincoln in Janesville in mid December. It has been a wonderful car buying experience. The latest service I had done was on the Dodge Ram I had purchased at Gordie Boucher Ford. The work to be done was replacing my catalytic converter and a windshield wiper switch because my intermittent wipers were not functioning properly. After a six and a half hour wait in the service area, I pulled out of the garage and found the wipers were still not working. This and my previous four hour wait to have four new tires put on and an oil change have me pretty frustrated. The reason I wait is that I drive the twenty miles from Beloit and am beginning to question the wisdom of doing so. I will be returning to Gordie Boucher tomorrow to get the wipers fixed and have been told I can have a loner car to return home and not waste time sitting. We will see how tomorrow goes.

The service department wasnt up to standards. I bought my daughter a car and it needed very little work. I was charged $1400.00 and change for nothing. Her car still sprayed coolant everywhere and it overheated with her and her children in the car the very day they "fixed" it. I YouTube'd what was going o with the car and I went to Autozone and bought a $14 part (coolant sensor) and replaced it myself at home. Her car now runs as if it were brand new! I was completely ripped off.

I haven’t had the greatest experience in the past with getting our car serviced. We had spent a lot of money and within 2 days the same thing they were supposed to fix the light came back on. But they always fix something if it wasn’t done correctly. It does seem like they need more rental cars for people who are having service done. Being a dealership you wouldn’t think it’s an issue. But I suppose everyone wants one. When we did come back in to get the car fixed the manager ended up helping us. And he told us to go sit down inside he would be inside in 2 minutes to get the rental set up. We sat inside for about 40 minutes with no one telling us anything. And I finally had asked the desk and they said that they had to get a rental from enterprise. So no one from Ford ever came in to tell us anything. Someone from enterprise just showed up eventually and we went with them. It was just poor communication. But I understand everyone is busy and at least they got a rental for us and fixed the one problem.
