This place is a joke not only to buy something but if u work there as well! How does a place give u a gift card that u dont ask for for Christmas "as a gift" (Which is a tax write off) then put it on ur check and tax u for it? They act like it was a gift but take it from ur money u work for! Only reason it even got a star for the Very few good people that wrk there for the most part they are clowns! I'd never go there!

"Don't believe everything you read on the Internet" is a popular adage that should be referenced when reading the negative reviews posted here about Waterfront Jeep. When it comes to service, they have one of the most knowledgeable and courteous employees and his name is Jay McCauley. He has worked there since way back when they sold Eagle vehicles. He and a former employee, Eric Stiles, won numerous awards and received other recognition for their expert knowledge and service of Jeep branded vehicles. Last I heard, Jay had been promoted to head of the service department a few years ago. The sales side of Waterfront Jeep has some "superstars" of it's own! Doug Benedum and Todd Moore are excellent consultants that have been satisfying customers with outstanding service and value for over 15 years. Last I heard, you don't have two and three generations of families as clients by being "rude" or "greedy". Doug and Todd go out of their way every day to help folks from all walks of life join "the Jeep family". Once they've helped you find the vehicle that best fits your needs, you will have the pleasure of dealing with Bob Anderson to finalize your financial and titling paperwork. Unlike some F&I guys, he doesn't jam your credit application through 10-20 financial institutions hoping some get bought. He knows that is harmful to your credit! He, like Doug and Todd, has 15+ years experience at his job and knows where the best chance of getting approved is and focuses on those lenders. You can count on everything being done right the first time with Bob's attention to detail. It's extremely rare in the auto sales industry that you find anyone that's been at the same dealership as long as Jay, Doug, Todd, and Bob unless you own the place. They are the very best at what they do!

Took my wrangler in and told them I was missing a rubber washer that mounts the hinge to the rear window. They told me they couldn't order it without ordering an entire new rear window for 800. I don't know what I would do with an extra window so I said no. Charged me $105 to tell me that they also didn't have that rubber washer.

Absolutely terrible service. The service department completed lied about the “required “ service “needed “ on my vehicle. The service department stated that I needed my tires, rotors, and brakes replaced. The service then quoted the amount almost 2000$ and failed my inspection. My brakes hand not been squeaking or grinding so I went to an other place to get a second opinion and quote. The second inspection at another location passed. They also stated to me that they often hear of Fuad at this Jeep location and this Jeep location often prays on young college students and women. This is utterly disgusting. I called to speak to the service manager Jay never received a call back. I called to speak to the General Manager Pete Hudson never received a call back. Now I’m going to file a report with tha better business bureau as well as contact local news. This type of abuse and harassment needs to stop.

The amount of disrespect I was shown last night from waterfront jeep was speechless. I call down to see if a jeep is available and they asked me about my trade. I gave them the information and problems already start that I know they are going to low ball me on my cars value. I did research and looked at what most dealerships are selling my car for before I went so I knew a place to start. My car has depreciated a lot since I got it. I get down there and I looked around for a while and then a nice salesman comes to help me. I wasn't offered to test drive the vehicle or anything, but I did get to look at the inside. Then I was taken straight to the inside to talk about numbers. I stated on the phone I wanted around 9,500 for my trade in. I figured start high and work my way down from there. The guy comes back with the paper and offers me 7,500 for it and the price of the jeep doesn't even have the incentives taken off like advertised. I then told the guy that's not a feasible number and I needed more for my trade. The number guy then comes over and says nada is only 8200 so that's what you're getting that's final, followed by him slamming him pencil down on the table. I stated I couldn't do that because they could turn around and sell my car for 13,000 so I wanted 9,500 for the trade. He then picks his pencil up from the table and starts jamming it down on the paper, making a loud commotion and breaking the tip around the numbers and I don't even know what he said because he was being so rude. Appalled, I looked up and said "wow, that was very rude, I'd like me registration back". He comes back with "well, you're being a little snot". I then got my keys and walked out the door and as I'm passing the desk he says another thing about me being "b*tchy". That's the kind of service I was given. I'd never recommend that dealership to anyone. I'm sorry if that guy was having a bad day, but name calling is not productive nor appropriate in a sales environment. Vehicle sales are about bartering and making a deal. I'm sorry I'm not a girl you can run around and run over and I'm sorry if he felt intimidated or threatened by that. I hope he doesn't have children because if he does I sure hope he wouldn't want anyone to treat his daughter the way he treated me.

I originally had given waterfront jeep a 1 star rating due to poor work and customer service. They were to install a steering stabilizer shock and oil change and a few other things. No fluids were topped off and after two trys at mounting the steering stabilizer shock it still hits the draft link and asked them to grease intermediate steering shaft and they jus touched it with grease(small amounts no grease gun used on boot) and sprayed it . I hoped to buy a lift and have it installed from and by them but i may go to another dealer now that I've had a couple bad experiences. Update- Went in next day to find out they had put the wrong part on my Jeep. the stabilizer was meant for a lifted jeep where mine is currently not. I think a mechanic would know by looking at a vehicle if it has a lift or not I can and I am far from a mechanic. so that had to come off. The tech that worked on my car was pissed off at me because of his mistake and wanted me to point out to him how he is supposed to grease the intermediate steering shaft. I mentioned a grease needle and he said he didn't have one. The person that ultimately saved the day was Dave Childs he helped to make it right and I wish he was the one working on my Jeep cause he wouldn't of made the same mistakes. He listened to what was going on and didn't make assumptions on what I wanted. All in all i am going to work with Dave in the future but will go to another shop for oil change and other small things and will go to the more experienced mechanic for future suspension work.

My daughters Jeep has had problems with passenger side window. It finally quite working. The dealership claims that someone took off the door panel unplugged the window motor so it's not covered under warranty. What a piece of crap this place. Never notified that it was not under warranty

Waterfront JEEP took EXCELLENT care of me from start to finish. I popped a tire and it was a process to get two tires in WV to the point I was going to have to get them from the Mits dealer in Pittsburgh! After careful consideration I went to Waterfront JEEP and met Garrett the salesman. He was very kind and contentious of my price range and what I was looking for. I received quite a bit of savings and a very fair price for my trade in. I purchsed a 2018 Black ‘beauty’ Jeep Compass and I LOVE IT! I needed rubber mats and they were in within 24 hours, in fact they gave me last years mats which they tested and fit, so I received a discounted price. I am VERY HAPPY with my customer experience and HIGHLY recommend! -new first time JEEP owner

Took my 2017 Jeep in for servicing. I arrived 30 minutes early to my appointment (originally from Wyoming, just visiting family, left early from PA to make sure I got there soon enough.) Expected a long wait. They got my Jeep in 15 minutes before my appointment, and then had it done in about 30 minutes. I was waiting for the "oh this is broke" (my husband is a mechanic and does a monthly inspection on my vehicle). They didn't try any of that, but did show me a physical picture of my tires and the tread so I knew they needed to be replaced. The oil change was less than 80$ for full synthetic, including labor. VERY impressed. My husband will be looking it over this afternoon to make sure everything was tightened and secured as it should have been, and unless there is problems when he does that, I have nothing but good things to say about the service my car and I recieved.!

Three times I walked into this dealership wanting to buy a Jeep, and three times I walked out shaking my head no to their greed. I wanted to buy a Jeep locally, but instead, all three times, drove an hour away to PA and had my needs met. The salesman was nice, but I will never walk back in. I will take my jeeps to be serviced in PA.

Had my Jeep serviced there and it was a horrible experience. The first time I took it there to get my solenoid switch fixed and my transmission and when I got it back my torque converter was broken. I took it back to see why the check engine light was on and when they told me the torque converter was broken they handed me the bill and wanted me to pay for it. I refuse to pay for it and that's when they admitted that their mechanic have broken the torque converter. My tire pressure sensor was on I had them check that and after they checked it I ended up with a flat when I had left there. I called and told them about it and it just seemed like no one cared so I ended up having to pay to get a new valve stem put on that they obviously popped off. The final time I took it down there I had some issues with my heat they said they flush the system and it still wasn't blowing heat after I had paid them for the service. They told me that the heat was fixed but obviously no one bothered to check to see if it was working because the next day I still had no heat. I found another company that service Jeeps they flushed the system and the heat works just fine. These guys just seemed like they didn't care, I recommend you stay away from this service department.

Service Manager is not ethical, does not honor warranty work on flawed designs of known oil housing issues. Was told my oil after market filter was 1” longer, probably over tourqed, I have pictures that prove otherwise and it’s not leaking oil at the seal. I have owned 3 Jeeps, this will be my last and will never use or recommend Waterfront Jeep.

I cannot fault Waterfront Jeep for my poor choice of buying a Jeep Patriot because I got it from a dealership that went out of business very shortly after getting it. However, that left them as the closest dealership to have the warranty and maintenance work done on my car. I have never had a good experience with their service department. They have been rude. They overprice compared to other places. I unfortunately know very little about mechanical things, and they have been very condescending. They have argued with me about what my warranty covers, and I’ve had to call the Chrysler warranty number myself to get the work covered (as opposed to paying full price out of pocket.) When we drop the car off, we’re told it will be ready within a certain time, but I never get it until several days after that. (And in those instances it’s the following week and they say they’re just doing the work the day it’s finally ready.) I took it in for the 60,000 mile maintenance work (which includes transmission fluid.) They did nothing, but at about 80,000 miles when my transmission began to overheat, I took it back and was told it was my fault that the fluid was almost black and wanted hundreds of dollars to fix. ( I took it to a different place for half their price.) After 3 years of telling them my concerns about the transmission, they finally replaced it. The very day we get it back a new awful sounding noise was coming from under the hood, which turns out to be the alternator. I would never recommend them for service work, and as soon as I can get rid of this lemon of a vehicle, I will never go to them for anything again.

Will not go back. Was looking for a jeep and the sales rep took it upon himself to choose what he thought I could afford and nothing I wanted. Showed me a vehicle on the computer and pointed to the lot one the one he was showing me. Tried to do all the paperwork for it without even a test drive or even showing me the inside of it. But when a family showed up that looked like they had $ he went out in the rain to show them what they wanted and left me inside to stair at a screen. Will not go back even for an Oil change

Made an appointment to have my rear axel seals replaced. When I dropped my jeep off I told them that’s what I was having done. If the estimate was over $500 I didn’t want it performed. They called me and said the price would be $870. I said that I would have it done somewhere else. Then I was charged $113 diagnostic fee. I told them exactly what needed done. No diagnostics needed. But I was still robbed of 113 dollars. Please please if you ever need your vehicle serviced go literally anywhere else.

If you want to spend money on horrible customer service and a racist owner (I have audio proof) then this is the place for you. Not only did they damage my car but when I pointed it out to him the owner's response was "well you didn't buy the car here" ( also have audio proof of this). Was offered a $400 check to cover well over $2,000 worth of damage just to get rid of me. I didn't take it because my self-respect is worth more than $400.

I've only dealt with the service department, they are nice and courteous. They don't have loaner vehicles but they do have a shuttle. They are at times difficult to schedule with because of how much work they have, but just plan a week out if you can and you will be fine. They have fixed every repair right the first time which is fantastic. There is no car wash service either or courtesy inspection.

Scam artists! They told me that my vehicle needed parts, and that the parts they had came with a lifetime warranty. Once installed, they told me that there was no warranty on the parts. They offered no apology or reconciliation. I later found out that they did the same thing to my friend. An update the following day: They called me and notified me that the parts are covered for life. Confusing, but I appreciate that the call back.

If looking a great experience when buying you next or new jeep waterfont jeep this a dearship worth coming to ask for Tod or Brad I came in looking for a JLUR in mojtio green with a list options that wants and nots l I I and my wife stop in to look around it didnt take long for Todd to come an help. We didnt come in and ask to look anything Todd let us look the different JL's on the lot to see if we liked any he had he try an sale us on any one didnt But want we wanted . I wanted a manual transmission in my JL and they didnt have any but that didn't stop Todd form helping Todd was the one who helped order the jeep of my dreams. Everything time I call to check on the bulit Todd was super nice. When the my JLUR came in Todd wasnt there wish he was but Brad was a great salemans also.he and the team got the JLUR in and ready fast Brad show me all what my JLUR had to in opions walk me though the information screen was every experience in the JLUR's systems Don I thing that is the mangers name he was great help too like I said if you are thinking or want to buy a jeep waterfont this is the place come.

pleased with the service they provided. however i scheduled an appt 1.5 months out for recalls and after they looked at it they told me they had to order multiple parts. I thought they would have went ahead and ordered those parts since it was so long. They stated they can not order the parts without checking the vehicle first. Just seems silly to not have some parts on hand. The entire visit was about 40 min. including a transmission update which was the main reason for me going in.
