On our way to Myrtle Beach from Cleveland Ohio our car broke down due to a faulty recall. We were in full blown panic mode being 3 hours from home. Thankfully Warner Kia wasn't too far. Absolutely DISGUSTED! First, during the test drive the salesman Brent talked about a woman posing nude in a magazine and masturbation. Also, he referred to some of his women customers as "chubbers". I let his sexist comments go because I really liked the car. Then during the purchase process he told me my trade in was valued at 6000 dollars after inspection but, after approved for the car loan he proceeds to tell me that they would not accept my trade in now. They were terrible to work with throughout the entire process and never returned phone calls just awful process. Let's just say I decided not to buy the car.

My car broke down yesterday. I had it towed to Warner Kia and called them first thing this morning. They came to get my keys and said they'd get to look at it sometime this afternoon. I called around 2:40 because I thought I might need a rental. Well, Brandy told me to come on by, they have a loaner I can use until they can get mine fixed. Warner Kia has given me the absolute best after-the-sale service of my life. I'll most definitely buy my next car from them as well!! Thank you for being such an upstanding business!!

My wife and I have bought every car from Warner Kia since 2009! We now live in Hendersonville, TN and just purchased another Kia Optima. Working with finance manager Pat Smith was so easy, and he went over and above to taking care of us. Don Warner was personally involved in the process and was willing to meet us 1/2 way to deliver the car. What an amazing dealership, and will not buy a car from any other dealer. They are truly family to us and we will be forever grateful for the dealership going over and above the call of duty.

He didnt run anything credit check or anything just decided he wanted to help another couple (with NO appointment). After he pushed me from his desk..
