We’ve had a few bumps along the way with our VW but the staff at Clarksburg has been top shelf the entire time. Their General Manager has taken an interest in making sure our concerns are taken care and he always makes us feel welcome and valued each time we are in. A lot of places run from customers that have a problem but they have treated us like it was their car that had the issue. You don’t expect to buy a new car and have any problems but it’s not a perfect world. We just sincerely appreciate the entire staff and all of the hard work and HONESTY we have gotten along the way

Just wanted to "THANK" the staff members at Clarksburg Audi-Volkswagen. I'm a long-time customer going back to my first Audi in June of 2002 (17 yrs!). The staff members are terrific in answering any questions I might have, and the service personnel, as usual, are professional and on-time for my service, which happened just this past Monday, April 1st. I'm always amazed how clean the dealership is each and every time I'm in for an appointment. The staff is very congenial and they go way beyond to make sure that I'm pleased with both the quality of my car's service and, the cleanliness and hospitality of the showroom. What a great company! I am hesitant about leaving this review hoping it was an issue that would be resolved. I recently purchased a 2017 vw jetta from this dealership. I have asked several other people what they thought of this as well and received the same answers. The sales manager stated what money he had in the car and stated ha needed to make a few dollars on the deal. I did not haggle the price at all. This is the part im totally unhappy about. After being at the dealership for several hours and completing the deal. We were ready to leave the dealership and i was handed one key. IT WAS NEVER DISCLOSED AND IF ANYTHING WAS HIDDEN UNTIL THE DEAL WAS DONE AND WE WERE LEAVING. That would not be so bad if the key fob wasnt 170 dollars and they then charged me 141 to program it. I did ask about this but basically was ignored and given a price. I DID GO BACK AND BUY THE SECOND KEY AMD PAID TO HAVE IT PROGRAMMED. THEN A FEW DAYS LATER WAS CALLED BY THE DEALERSHIP PEOPLE WHO DO THE CALLS ABOUT HOW THE SERVICE WAS. THE LADY AGREED THIS WAS WRONG AND SHE AGREED SOMETHING NEEDED TO BE DONE SHE STATED SHE WAS RECOMMENDING THEY GIVE A 300 SERVICE CREDIT. THAT WAS LAST MONDAY I BELIEVE AND SHE STATED SHE WOULD CALL ME ON THURSDAY TO FOLLOW UP AS TO WHETHER THEY CONTACTED ME TO MAKE IT RIGHT. THURSDAY CAME AND WENT AND I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM ANYBODY REGARDING THIS. KIND OF HATE TO GIVE A BAD REVIEW BUT I DONT THINK ANYBODY WOULD HAVE BEEN HAPPY ABOUT THIS. IF THE CAR WOULD HAVE HAD TWO kEYS OR IT HAD BEEN DISCLOSED THIS WOULD NEVER HAVE CROSSED MY MIND. I AM NOT A COMPLAINER BUT DONT THINK THATS HOW BUSINESS IS DONE. Also drove the car home only to realize it didnt even have an inspection sticker on it.

My husband (Charles Bailey and myself) just purchased our 4th car from this dealership, have always been treated with the utmost respect by all the people we've met over the years, purchased the first two vehicles when it was Saturn of Clarksburg, (2 new Saturns an Ion and Aura) a Volkswagen Jetta several years ago and just last week a beautiful Jeep Compass with very low mileage. We love this dealership and would not consider giving anyone else our business, that's why we drive from Morgantown to Clarksburg to this dealership. I bought my new Volkswagen Tiguan 2018 in Clarksburg last year. I have been continuing to get my service done at this dealer because it is familiar. When I went to get my 20,000 mile maintenance, I noticed my rotors on the front two wheels were starting to get some wear on them. I thought to myself that 20,000 miles should not do this on a new car. I notified the employee when I dropped off my keys that the inspector needed to look into this. After the entire check was finished, the employee that I left my keys with told me my car was finished. I asked her about my rotors and she just explained to me that sometimes rotors do that... I told her that I bought a used car off of this same dealership 4 years ago and the car had over 70,000 miles on it and did not have this problem. She again told me that there is no explanation. It would have been nice if the inspector came out and talked to me. Why would this happen? What can they do to make it not get worse? They just had the employee behind the desk do it who does not know any details. It was like they were too busy and I was a nuisance. This is not the first time I have felt like a bother at this dealership.

But- the staff is 1st class all the way. No better place to shop for a vehicle or get your service done. It just doesn’t look very nice

I looked at an Atlas a few months back and had the pleasure of meeting Alec at that time.
