Called with intentions of buying a truck and was told it's in the shop and I couldn't give a deposit. Called back the next morning and they had sold it. Wouldn't sell it to me but someone else can buy it? Very unprofessional and sketchy behavior.

I had this dealership change my oil. Not only did they overfill my engine oil, they forgot to put the oil cap on! I drove my Jeep over 300 miles only to find out their mistake. Another dealership in Ohio had to figure out Victory’s mistake! I was lucky my engine didn’t blowup. And my K&N Filter is ruined, plus my Jeep smell like burning oil daily!! I had bought a used truck from them recently, and was pretty please with the people, until after the sales were final and I had to go back at deal with their service department. I had bought a diesel that was fully deleted and after I had discovered quite a few problems & the truck started throwing code after code. I had found out from a friend who had test drove the truck before me that it had a programmer on it whenever he drove it, but whenever I bought it, it did not. I contacted the dealership and they had acted like the truck never had a programmer on it & the service department would not do anything about it. Later to find out the truck had also had a stack on it that they had removed and covered up with a bed liner like it was never there, since I've bought the truck it's been nothing but a lemon and currently getting ready to put 4,000$ into it, remind you I just bought the truck 3 months ago. So beware, they're nice at first but anything that goes wrong and still under the warrienty they give you they will try to get out of helping.

Excellent customer satisfaction! I called and talked to the manger Jeff Meddows about a wrangler I seen online. He was absolutely helpful and delighted to help me. Once I found one I like he referred me to his best car salesman Tyler Burroughs. Tyler was extremely helpful. He took the time to explain the difference in models and systems. Even down to the tires! Tyler took his time with the deal and I didn't feel rushed or pushed into buying something. I'll buy from here again.

I bought a truck at Victory, and I was pretty pleased. Until I have seen their service after the sale attitude. They were nice as can be when they are tying to sell you something. But after, beware. I bought it out of state, so I have to get an inspection done in my state. When I took it there, it failed because there were holes in the rocker panel. They neglected to tell me that the running boards were ripped off the trunk in an accident fashion. When the running boards were ripped off, it left behind big holes where the bolts were ripped from the rocker panel. I called the sales guy, and he told me they would not do anything for me because they lost money on the deal. That's not my fault they priced the truck wrong. The salesman got rude with me, he actually said "you bought a used truck, you are a grown man and can make your own decisions," who says that to a customer... then said have a nice day and hung up on me. I mean, it only took three days for him to finally answer his phone after multiple voicemails. All I want is the holes patched. I got a local estimate and it was only $350. Fix it or reimburse me either way is fine. I don't think my request was off base. Its not like I asked them to put brand new step sides on it. It is a matter of safety. Fumes could leak into the cab. They sold me a truck that will not pass a yearly inspection. Not to mention these open holes will probably start to rust, if they aren't already. I will be reaching out to the owner, and I have already filled out the paper work for the attorney general in WV. Once I get all the copies they require, I will mail it out. I am not the type to ever complain about businesses, or people. Everyone has a bad day, but after telling my story to a few people, I am going to take action this time. I just cannot believe the way they talked to me. Raising his voice and hanging up on me is just an unacceptable way of doing business. You'd think I was taking money out of his pocket. I like my truck, I just want a basic thing fixed, not the attitude and rudeness that comes along with it. People can go buy a car or truck anywhere, now a days its reputation that matters. Overall, I had a good experience. Drove 3 hours to look at a used pickup. Had a few things that weren't detailed in description and a glitch with the inspection of the vehicle, however I was not pressured and allowed to examine the truck in depth and felt most issues were presented to me prior to the drive. I ultimately purchased the vehicle from Tyler( well spoken and very likeable) and would return to work with Tyler and the rest of the staff again, if they have something that catches my eye.

This place is full of it. They say they can get you financed but cannot. They were given specific requirements that I needed in a vehicle but they ran my credit for a vehicle that didnt meet my #1 requirement. GO TO JIM SHORKEY IN UNIONTOWN THEY ARE GREAT!

Several weeks ago we got a flyer in the mail that said we had won $1000 in cash from Victory Dodge. Since the dealership is an hour away (and the whole thing screamed BS) my wife called, expecting to be told that there was some fine print we hadn't read. When she called, the woman who answered the phone informed us that we had in fact won $1000 and to come in with the flyer. When we got there, we were informed that we had won $2, despite the flyer clearly indicating that we had won $1000, which had been confirmed by the person on the phone. I have no idea what insane person working at this business thought this was a good idea. My wife and I wasted almost 2 hours of our time and however much gas money, not to mention the sadness and anger my wife experienced. We will never buy from this business and we have told pretty much everyone we know about this BS they pulled. How disappointing and pissing potential customers off by lying to them makes sense, I will never understand.

went twice under warranty to get new security key fob replaced was told on back order and id be notified.i wasnt ! so after taking my truck in for the second factory recall i find out they now have no record !!!! are you kidding me ?how do you order n recheck order and theres no record? i wouldnt recomend these people! either incompetent or crooked or both !id have it towed right on by or across the road if you need service.i didnt expect anything extra for being a disabled veteran but boy i sure didnt think theyd rip off a vet with a freakin cane.they did.
The boss there is rude and makes you not want to buy vehicles there even though you feel sorry for the salesman. You have to wonder why anyone would want to work there.

Drove up to Kingwood to purchase an all wheel drive car for winter last year, had a great experience and came back this spring when my husband was ready to trade in his SUV for a new Truck. We both take our cars here for service and continue to refer friends and family.

I was very pleased at first when buying a used truck from them but ever since the day they sold it I've had nothing but problems. They were to fix a computer problem before I bought it which I was told was fixed and after having the truck and noticing that it was not fixed they told me to take it to another shop To have it it fixed so I did. Now not even a month of owning it I come to find out it had major engine problems that over time have become worse causing the me to have to pay for a new top end on the engine and they will not warranty any of this even though I was given a 3 month warranty on it. They sound great up front but after the sale is finally they want nothing to do with you because they say they lost money on the sale. I don't think the customer should have to make up for them loosing money. Will not buy there again.
