Over a month to work on my van for the heat hand rising. 2100 dollars later not fixed with the right parts. Replaced parts van didn't need. Pick up van and still the same. Take van back was told it was another part. Week later waiting on part. Another week fixing it Caught lies being told. Pick up van after 2 more weeks say it's fixed. Drive van starts doing same thing again. Went in requested meeting with owner Joe never got call from him. Doug calls says bring back in.. another 2 Weeks waiting on parts. Call say pick up van it's fixed. No it still IS NOT FIXED. Also had noise in front of van and was told it was a Axel and they replaced it. Well no it was a away bar and was just fixed after I picked van up last time and was on the freeway when it got worse so took it back and it was the swaybar..I have given 2100 dollars to urse Dodge and nothing has fixed it.so how is urse Dodge going to fix this whole situation? I have alot more to complain about but it will be told to the urse owners. If I could give less stars I would give -stars..

"Great Experience" I recently purchased an Alfa Romeo Stelvio from this dealership. The car caught my eye as soon as my husband and I pulled onto the lot. We had some reservations at first because we were not familiar with this car brand and expected it to be way out of our price range. PJ Muscari was our salesperson and he was absolutely wonderful! He eased any anxiety by addressing concerns we had with regard to maintenance, warranty, etc. He also worked out a price that we were comfortable with. Before we drove it off the lot, he walked us through the entire car to ensure we knew where all the functions were. The longer I own this car, the more I love it!! I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Be sure to ask for PJ!

I had an appointment at Urse Dodge on December 31st and was a half hour early for it. I spent approximately 2 hours waiting for my car to be repaired, only to be informed that the part had to be ordered. I scheduled this back in November which should have been ample time to order the part that was needed. Very unprofessional and to add insult to injury, my gear shift lever was installed backwards when they put my car back together. What compensation should I receive for wasted time, gas, etc. to and from the service department? Had to give one star in order to post, but a big negative!

I went for a oil change and and inspection and it took them 3 hours. On top of that I had no other problems with my vehicle. They came to me saying wheel weights fell off my jeep. So that made me have to stay another 45 minutes and got charged to have them balance my tires.

I will not return to Urse Dodge for any service to my vehicles nor will I ever purchase a vehicle from them. Over $1700.00 in repair costs and the original problem was not resolved. I called to schedule service for the identical problem the next morning and could not get it in for two weeks. The estimate was $3200.00. $1700.00 to not fix it properly the first time? I was not going to trust them to repair it a second time. I gave them a gold star simply so I could post this review.

Went in for a scheduled appointment for an issue with my 2014 Ram 2500. The Service Advisor, Levi Yost, was very helpful and the repair was completed, under the factory warranty, the same day. No issues there. The reason for not giving them 5 stars is twofold. Number 1 - it does not make sense to me that they only had 1 Service Advisor working on a Saturday and only 2 Service Technicians working. They were very busy and I assume that Saturday’s are busy days for the Service Department. Number 2 - this dealership will not work with 3rd party Warranty Companies. Luckily my repair was covered under the factory warranty. If not, I would have had to pay the $130 Diagnostic Fee and go elsewhere for the repair.

The mobile text I initally thought was a good idea. However, I was not impressed. I received a call from my service advisor and he stated if I needed anything to send it via the text and he would answer. That was not the case. I had 3 messages that was not answered or acknowledged. My jeep was not worked on until 10 minutes before closing. Although, he was very kind it did not make up for the unpleased service I received.

This is the second time I had an appointment and it was canceled AFTER I was there because they didnt have the part for my recall. The service dept has offered to compensate me but it is still very annoying when you have to use your lunch hour to sit there and only be told that it isnt fixed!! It would have been nice if they called ahead of time at least!

I'm in Fairmont visiting family and wanted to get my vehicle serviced before heading back to Florida. I stopped in Urse service and ask for a oil change and requested to replace air filter and cabin filter also check my brakes & tires if anything needs repaired call me with estimate and I'll approve It or not . Anyway a hour later Urse calls says vehicle is done $47.00 dollars . Did Not Replace any of the filters I requested , told me one tire will need attention soon & brakes look somewhat ok . In other words the response I took was they didn't want to do the repairs . Went to Sam's club they looked at my tire & recommended I replace asap ,so I had them do so , I bought new filters they were nice and installed them and checked my brakes told me they were about halfway recommended replacing them when I get back to Florida . I gave Urse a try even after I was told by friends they wouldn't take their wagon their ! Well I learned & won't be going back nor will I refer anyone .

Bought a car out there 6 days ago and it has had nothing but problems. Took the car back out there 3 times before Dion Waites decided there was actually something wrong with it and when they had to give me a loaner they gave me a filthy disgusting jeep that had been wrecked and had dog hair and mud all through it. Not a good way to take care of someone. I will never buy another car from that place. The pictures of the nasty grey jeep are on the pictures tab of the website. Purely dissatisfied with the treatment and service I have received. I had to load my three kids up in that nasty dump of a loaner car

Not very happy with this place. They had my car for a week. Called me yesterday and said if fixed and ready to pick up. I go in today to get it. Not even a mile down the road, and it started stalling out again. So now, it's back in the garage. Get it together guys, you're the professionals!!! UPDATE............. now my vehicle has been in this place for 3 weeks. It has not been moved from it's current location for 2 weeks. I was told be service adviser Doug, that I would hear from them on this Monday. I was also told by the service department manager on Friday that he had the key in his hand and was going to put it in the shop himself that day and he would personally call me himself on Monday. Neither of them called or anything . And Durango is still In the exact spot it was parked in Wednesday 2 weeks ago. I'm beyond disappointed with this company. I NEED MY VEHICLE!!!!!!!. I will NEVER again bring in another vehicle for these people to work on. I'm to the point to where I'm about to just go get my vehicle and take it to someone else. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED FROM ANYWHERE. What's worse is the fact you hardly ever get to talk to anyone on the phone. It's always a voice mail service. This place is very unprofessional.

To be honest I was a little skeptical when going due to all the negative comments I have read. But when I walked in I was greeted by a very friendly staff member with a smile. He instantly started asking questions about my Jeep and what I wanted done during my visit. They did the maximum that was covered under my Jeep Wave then went over everything they did on the paperwork. My overall service was wonderful. I got a text saying if I needed anything during my wait to just ask. While in the waiting room other employees asked how I was & if I needed anything also. I look forward to coming back again.

No replacement vehicle has been provided. We have tried to be very understanding up to this point but being without a vehicle when you travel for your job is beyond an inconvenience.

I brought my Jeep to Urse for a routine oil change and bulb replacement while visiting family over the holidays. While there, my Jeep was parked on a patch of ice and slid into something which dented the fender and scratched one of the wheels. Urse ultimately paid for the repairs, but the process was more difficult than it should have been. I live in Virginia, and had to return that week, so Urse told me to take my Jeep to my usual garage and have them send the estimate to Urse, and they would take care of the rest. I did so but after three days Urse hadn't authorized the garage to do the repair, or respond to them or me in any way. I inquired with Urse and was told, for the first time, that Urse wanted three estimates from which they could choose. This was not feasible for several reasons, but especially because the estimate I provided included the price of a rental (which Urse had agreed to pay). I asked to speak to the service manager about it but he was away. I was told the GM was covering service and would call me back. He never did. I had to keep calling Urse over the next two days to get through to someone to help me. Finally, I was told again the GM would call me. He never did. Instead, another lady called to say Urse authorized the repair and that the service manager would call me to go over everything. He never did. The service manager didn’t even speak with me the day the wreck happened. Instead, he communicated with me from his office via the service advisor. I think a service manager should have the courtesy to speak with a customer directly in this type of situation to ensure the customer that the matter will be resolved to satisfaction. But that never happened. No apology or attempt to make up for the damage beyond the bare minimum was ever attempted. No manager ever spoke with me, though I was told to expect a call from one on three separate occasions. The repair is now complete, but body work never fully restores a vehicle, and my trade-in value will ultimately suffer because of it.

I have had my oil changed several times and the service department is very nice and helpful, they do make the time waiting a little better. This is by far the worst dealership we have ever dealt with. We bought a commericial van from them and it hasn't ran right since the day we purchased it. They currently have been "working on it" for a little over 4 months with no solution. We put over $3,000 dollars into the intial repair and in less than a month it broke down again. It has been there since then ..We did pick it up once and it broke down bringing back to our shop. It has now been there for 2.5 weeks "waiting on a part". I am beside myself with this service.

Went in for a recall on ram 2500 water pump. Water pump was installed however they did not fill my coolant back up causing my light go off while driving home. They also didnt plug in my air intake sensors. The techs at urse are terrible. Although the service is below par I will say the gentlemen running the service desk are professional and easy to work with. Doug, and a couple other gentlemen were quick to get techs to fix thier mistakes.

This is a review of the service department first a foremost, besides the one time I came.to.look at trucks and the salesman walked away to do something and seriously never came back to me after 15mins of looking around. Anyhow, the man in the service dept. Was super friendly and knowledgable, as in knowledgeable I mean enough common sense to go outside to my vehicle with me and tell me how stupid the service techs are for telling me I needed to replace a brand new tire within a few months. That man is the only reason you get 2 stars. He was smart enough to tell me that the service program there was stupid and that the service techs are there to scam you into buying things that are not needed. As for the other part of my review, I was there to get the oil changed in my girlfriend's Jeep, this took over 2 hours to complete with 2 others waiting in the waiting room for other various services. Personally, 2 hours for a simple oil change is absolutely mind blowing. If your looking to sit and wait 2 hours on an oil change then get told your brand new equipment on your vehicle needs replaced soon, go here. P.S. thanks to the guy in the service dept that was REAL with me.

Haven't used them in years because they told me inspections were first come first serve on Saturdays. I show up and of course the guy who does modified stickers isn't there. Why did I call for an appointment? Last time I tried to use them they didn't answer the phone or return my message. I get an oil change this trip due to having a coupon and there is only one guy working the counter and it's the same as always. No modified inspections, no one answering the phone, people waiting for long wait periods to pay and check out, etc. Saw a guy show up for an inspection because the used car lot said show up anytime. He couldn't get one that day. Invited for over an hour for an oil change. I was there at 830 AM and they open at 8. Only two other people in the waiting room. So it's like this, don't go there unless you like waiting forever, no one answering the phone and of course paying an arm and a leg being they are a dealership.

I currently own an Orange 2013 Dodge Dart, which is "kinda" priceless because they do not make the Dodge Dart in the same Orange anymore. I normally do not complain much, but enough is enough. EVERY SINGLE TIME I bring my car here for service, it is returned to me DAMAGED! My very first oil change, they damaged my rocker panels. They denied it when i brought it to their attention. Every time after the first service, my rocker panels got pushed in and dented upwards even further.(from wrong lift usage) They got so bad the paint started to peel, chip and expose the car. Due to the fact they refused to take responsibility for the damage, my husband and I decided swallow it and fix the rocker panels ourselves since the exposed parts of the car started to show signs of rust and damage from the elements. The first service we had from them after fixing the rocker panels ourselves proved that we had them for damaging my car, because they returned it with, go figure, damaged rocker panels. When i confronted them about the "new" damage, a guy had the nerve to tell me that quote "All dodge darts are prone to damage there when lifted, its how they are made, they are weak there". That was the last straw. After finally losing it and throwing what normal people call a complete nuclear meltdown, they FINALLY agreed to fix the damage they caused. That was after they gave the "lets just fix it to shut her up" vibe. OH and even though i was able to finally prove they were the ones tearing up my car....they STILL wont own up to the previous damage. So, first service after my car's warranty is out? One of their employees decided to hit my car with another customer's car....it now needs a new bumper, which Urse said they will fix (which isnt the point because it shouldn't have happened) On the way to the body shop, the car starts to smoke and smell of burnt oil. Take it back to the shop to find out they cant even do an oil change right. Oil leaked past the filter. Heaven forbid if i EVER want use this car as a trade in for anything else....Urse Dodge is DESTROYING the value of my car and anyone i ever talk to about it at this place is to stuck up to admit it. Has the all mighty dollar really made people this greedy that nobody cares about how they treat people or their belongings? I feel they owe me a new dodge dart...the EXACT color as my current one....I love my car...and it absolutely enrages me that these guys continue to treat me and my husband like we are idiots and keep damaging my vehicle. And it is a shame. This dealership is the only one close to me to service my car...and close as in about a 20 minute drive. As per my cars warranty, it had to get serviced at an Urse dealership, I wish i would have drove the extra 30 mins on top of that and went to see if Morgantown Urse was any better. In Conclusion, if you want your vehicles to hold ANY value, Dive that extra 30 minutes! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES TO URSE DODGE IN FAIRMONT!

The following is a complaint about service received at the Urse Fairmont location. This was the only email address I could find for the service department. If this is not the right contact for this, please forward to the right department. Thanks. My wife needed an oil change on her 2013 Fiat 500 Abarth. She also has a "check engine" light on. I suggested that she make an appointment for the oil change at our local Chrysler dealership, which happens to be Urse in Fairmont. The appointment was confirmed for 8:30am this morning, and she had me take the car in because she had to be at work. I arrived at 8:30 and parked the car in the parking lot by the service bays, and walked up to the service desk. After explaining that I was here for a scheduled oil change, they asked me to drive the car into the garage/bay with the desks in it, so I did. The person who met me gave me a quote of over $100 for just the oil change and "free" inspection, which seems extremely high considering the car's oil capacity is just 4 quarts, but I agreed to the quote. Furthermore I was informed that the check engine light could not be read or cleared since this was not a Fiat dealership (which was kind of annoying) I was told it would be 30 minutes and I may wait in the waiting room or at McDonalds or Walmart. I went to McDonalds for coffee. After an hour had passed, I walked back over to the waiting room, hoping I didn't miss the "car is ready" call. After 90 minutes had passed, I walked down to the service counter to ask what was up. The desk guy told me "sorry, it's really hard to change the oil on that car, it's taking them a while." This was very suspicious. I have changed the oil on this car MYSELF before. It takes 15 minutes. There's nothing "hard" about it. There's no special tools required. You have to remove the intake air hose with a regular screwdriver to get to the filter, that's it. So I explained to him that there's nothing HARD about changing the oil on the car - then he changed his answer to "well they don't like working on Fiats. They really hate working on Fiats." Oh, so you were just planning on lying to me about why it was taking so long, assuming I didn't know how much work is required to change the oil on the car? Meanwhile lots of other people (who arrived after me) were picking their cars up from having their oil changed. So it's clear that I ended up waiting almost 2 hours for the oil to be changed, just because nobody at the shop wanted to spend the 20 minutes it takes to change the oil on my wife's car, because it's a Fiat. Not because it requires special skills or tools or knowledge. Other cars were serviced out of order to avoid working on mine, even though I was quoted 30 minutes. This is really awful and unacceptable. I don't personally own a Chrysler/Fiat/Jeep/etc (this is my wife's car), but you better believe I'll let all of my American-car-owning friends to stay far away from this place to get service done. The actual cost ended up being less than the quote, but still much more than I would have been willing to spend if I had known it was going to take 2 hours and not be able to read or clear the check engine light. I suggest you address these issues in the future.

Took my car in to have a lifter replaced under warranty. Long story short, they waited four days to finally order parts and of course that was on a Friday. Kept asking for a loaner vehicle and kept getting told they were trying to get me one. Had to keep calling them for updates. Finally after a week they called and said it was ready to go. I'm writing this exactly 74 days since I had my Jeep Patriot towed to Urse Dodge for repair (and that was after waiting a week and a half for the scheduled opening). I waited nearly two months (or was it longer?--after so long the days get blurred) for a BATTERY. Waited a little longer than that for the alternator to come in, then was told to come and get it. I waited as the mechanic drove it from where it was parked to the service entrance, where he informed me that there was another mechanical/electrical problem they failed to detect, and that the part will be a month in arriving. Heard that one before. 74 days ago. So I leave it to the reader to decide if this is the dealership for them...

Took my Dodge Durango over to be serviced. Was told appt was Monday. It was Tuesday. Check engine light was on. Paid $447 and picked it up on Thursday. Assured it was fixed. Drove 12 miles and the light came back on. I called and was basically told them fixing it “threw something electrical” causing the light to come back on. No, I will not be taking it back over. No I will not be paying to have it not be fixed again. No I will never buy from them and no I will never buy another dodge vehicle in general. Very bad experience. I may go trade it off today.

The service department SUCKS! I was told on 7/19 my 4 cylinder Jeep had two blown head gaskets ( a 4 cylinder only has one head gasket) and possibly a cracked block and given an estimate for $7500. Took the vehicle to another dealership who is doing a goodwill/good faith repair to fix the REAL issue that Urse did not fix the previous July when it was still covered under manufactures warranty. My van broke down back in March, and it turned out to be the engine. It was covered under warranty, so I had it towed to Urse Dodge in Fairmont. They scheduled me in for the following week. I continuously called to check the status of my van over the following weeks, and was told every time that I called that there was an issue, “they were backed up,” “They were waiting for parts,” etc. I had a voicemail on my phone stating that the parts were all in and to expect it to be finished within one weeks time. Never heard back.. so I called one week later and was told they were still waiting on my parts. That as after five weeks of my van sitting on their lot. I was polite on the phone, and told them just to call me when it was done... they called two weeks later! My van sat on their lot for SEVEN weeks!!!!!!!! To say that I was irritated would be an understatement! We will never have a vehicle serviced there again!

I received excellent customer service from the service department today. I had called with a problem with my jeep and the service dept. was able to get me in the same day within a couple of hours. They were efficient, kind and courteous. They stayed in touch while repairing my jeep and stuck to the quoted price for the repairs despite the fact that they had to do a little extra. The technician was thorough and even came back out to clean a little smudge he had left. A breath of fresh air compared to an earlier experience I had the same day!! Ron the Sales Manager was extremely disrespectful to us. They did not want to meet the price we needed. Ron kept saying I was unrealistic/wrong on everything I said. So we walked out saying we are going to Urse, he didn’t care. We called Urse on our way there and explained what vehicle we were looking at and that we would need some numbers figured out. Joe, who had answered the phone was more than willing to do this for us. When we finally got there, we walked into a completely different environment than we previously did. Everyone was very inviting, outgoing and willing to help. After the excellent teamwork of Joe, who actually ended up being our salesman, Derek and Weldon we were able to achieve our budget and had a great time while doing so! Called and made an appointment to have 4 new tires installed. Let them know which tires needed ordered and called multiple times prior to the appointment to make sure my tires were ordered. Left multiple messages and never received a call back from the service department. Dropped my car off the night before the appointment just to receive a call almost 8 hours after my appointment time that my tires were never ordered. Call back a few weeks later, make the employee aware of the previous situation and again, place a tire order, drop my car off. Was promised tires were ordered. Again, tires were not ordered and I was notified hours after my appointment time. Go back to pick up my car, was told that tires were being ordered that day and someone would call me to set up a time to have them put on. A week goes by. Call back to check on when I can get my tires installed. Tires are still not available. I will not be utilizing Urse for my services any longer. Their customer service is laughable and I do not recommend anyone have service completed there.

Took 5 months to "fix" my father in laws truck. Now it has more problems. Brakes sticking, transmission slipping, and the air conditioner is broke. But who cares it's only 95 degrees here...I'll never recommend them to anyone. I'll continue to give a 1 star review every day until they give him a vehicle while they fix his.

Appointment was for state inspection, winter maintenance service and check tire for leak. I was there on time for my 9:30 appointment. Shortly after they began servicing vehicle I was informed that leak was caused by nail. I confirmed I wanted it repaired. No further communication after that.
