Update: The car service department is excellent as well. We came in for an oil change, and they went above and beyond to make sure our car was in great maintenance health (for no extra charge). The staff is friendly and professional, and the wait time is minimal. Stephon was friendly and very understanding about what we needed and worked to help us achieve our goal in buying our new vehicle. He was not pushy in trying to get us to buy something that was not within our means. Very helpful and highly recommend.

Another good experience with the service dept. Very personable service writer. Did the work (simple oil change, tire rotation, and inspection) but didn't charge me due to a longer-than-normal wait time. The extended time was because they had to reflash the computer to resolve an issue with the auto stop feature which is now fixed. One concern was that they did not provide me a copy of the inspection report upon leaving which I didn't notice until I'd gotten home.

Late October I was in the market with my fiance looking for cars. I really didn't want to go the buy here pay here route, and have had issues in the past about not having enough credit to get a car off the lot. The dealer was how I wanted to buy our first car together. Safe secure with a warranty not to mention they always look just a little better to the eye. During our Search we ran across a kind salesman by the name of Dominic. He was kind and did all he could do to make sure the car was safe with enough space for our family not to mention my 6"4 fiance had space while driving. This was the best Ford Service department I've dealt with. They acknowledged my active recall problem, confirmed it, took care of it within 2 days, and was able to offer me a rental while my extended warranty issue was fixed. No other Ford Service department has done these simple things for me, done it in such a timely manner or made it so seamless to be without my vehicle. They care more than most other dealerships. The only reason I gave a 4 out of 5 stars is because they can be hard to get ahold of over the phone.

I work at another car lot we I sent a customer with a ford focus there to get recall work done the gentleman in red and white shirt with no name tag was rude and immediately was saying if it is not a recall you will have to pay right off the bat. Lets try customer service 101. First say I understand it could be that we will check if it is not we will tell you what the repair would cost if there are any costs at all.

In a strange turn of events, we ended up purchasing two Ford F-150s in a month’s time. Had a great sales experience both times with Tyler, and then Paul, helping us out. The deals they worked for us were unparalleled and appreciated, but the thing that stood out to me the most was that these guys really loved their jobs and talked about feeling valued and respected in their work and could easily talk about the vision and goals of the dealership. I received a great deal on a 2018 F-150. However, after the purchase was finalized, the customer service was extremely poor. Issue 1: Within a few minutes of driving off of the lot, a tire pressure indicator came on. A rear tire was down to 27psi, I then notified the salesperson via phone. I was told to inflate it back up and to monitor it. The next morning it was down again to the mid 20s in PSI. Once again, I notified the salesperson and was instructed to take it to the service department. The service department was not able to find a leak at that point in time. The service department stated that the weather was influencing the tire pressure. I kept having the same issue throughout the week. Went back to the service department and they finally submerged the tire in water and discovered that there was a leak in the tire tread. A inside patch was warranted. I was semi happy at this point and I drove home. Upon getting home, I noticed that the tire which was repaired was mounted where the whitewall was pointed in and not out like the rest of the tires. Called the service department back and was told they a cosmetic issue was not a concern. Issue 2: The windshield wipers were bad from the start. An easy fix on my end, but when purchasing a vehicle from a dealership the vehicle should have good windshield wipers. Issue 3: About a week into the vehicle it seemed that the AC was pushing out slightly cool air. Contacted the salesperson to ask if it was under warranty, they stated that would check (never received an answer back) and that it probably just needed to be charged (hinted for me to do it myself). Issue 4: Lazy cleaning by the detail shop upon the purchase. The purchase was late in the evening. I get it people want to get home. But waxing over dirt and water is not acceptable.

I had a recall on my 2013 Explorer and I was in and out within two hours. Dropped my vehicle off at 6:00am, my appointment was at 8:00am and service manager called me at 10:00am to tell me they were finished. Pretty quick in my opinion.

I went to Todd Judy Ford for and oil change and inspection last minute because I needed service right before my family and I left on vacation and my dealership could not fit me into their schedule. This was probably one of the worst car services I have ever received. The first problem I had was that they did not call me when my vehicle was ready for pick up; they called my husband instead (he was working and could not pick up his phone) even after I gave them my call back information. When I got to the dealer and asked why, they proceeded to tell me that it was my fault because they didn’t know who to call. I was kind of in a hurry because my family and I were leaving for vacation so I didn’t inspect the car. Later, I noticed that when they took my old inspection sticker off of my window, the failed to remove the old glue; I now have a new inspection sticker and a glue box from the old inspection sticker. Todd Judy Ford also did not have respect for my vehicle. I also found oil hand prints all over my car, mirrors, and windows; my driver side mirror was so covered in oil that I had to stop at a gas station to clean it off. The last issue that arised was something that I am not sure was Todd Judy’s fault but it did happen two days after I was seen by their service station. My key malfunctioned and I had to be towed to a ford dealership for repair while I was on vacation. I can promise you that Todd Judy Ford will not being getting my business ever again and I am super thankful that I bought my car from another dealership that I can trust.

Great service. Glad I made the trip to Charleston to look for a new car. The dealership was very nice and professional. After three weeks, I twent to the carwash. There was a leak on the passenger side. I call the dealership for an appointment to have it checked and fixed. That was on Thursday, as of today (Sunday) I have not received a call back with an appointment. Also, it rained on Friday and there was a puddle of water from the leak in the floor mat on the passenger side. If you can help me get this resolved, I would highly appreciate it.

I stopped by during my lunch looking for a car for my wife. I was quickly approached by a young man named Jacob Collins, who assessed what I was looking for and showed me a car to fit my wife's needs. I was able to work the numbers and negotiate a fair price quickly and get back to work on time. Mr. Collins prepared the paperwork remaining, had the car detailed, filled with gas, and delivered to my house within hours. All my wife had to do was open the garage door and sign a couple papers. Buying a car and having it delivered was easier than ordering a pizza. Also, I stopped by the dealership after work to thank Mr. Collins for all the help. I was amazed to see the owner, Mr. Judy, working on the showroom floor well past 5pm. I think it's a great sign of successful business to see the owner of a company "down in the trenches" with his men.

I had an appointment for an airbag recall at 9 a.m. it was supposed to take 1 hour. I even arrived 15 minutes early. At noon(3) hrs later was told had been completed 2 hrs prior . Upon trying to locate my keys it was determined . Claim was closed as completed in error an had not been done . It is now after 1 p.m. and still not done . This is the most incompetent place I’ve had to deal with . I will not come back . I will also advise all my family and friends to stay clear of this place . A vacation day totally wasted I may get my car by quitting time

Bought a used F150 3 days ago and Cameron was my salesman. He was extremely friendly, helpful and honest. Overall was very pleased with the experience. Unfortunately I didn't notice the rear tires are all used up and wearing into the wear bars and I need new ones asap. Was hoping the dealership could take care of me and make it right. They make promises they don't keep. I have a brand-new fusion and among other things, it's in the shop again now getting a door replaced. The loaner car they gave me was on empty. I asked for a couple gallons and they told me no. It also had a bloody paper towel in it. I talked to one of the higher ups after I gave the two star rating and he assured me he would get me something better. That hasn't happened yet. Don't believe for one second that any of them are your friend. All they want is your money. I gave you a chance to make thing's right and now this is what u get

Was on a long road trip when my 20yr old Ford Van started misfiring. Their service department was able to fit me in (no one in Ohio, where we were when trouble started, was able to help). They were great. They diagnosed the problem quickly (ignition coil) and got us back on the road in under 3 hours. They were extremely helpful and professional. Highly recommend.
