I had a number of auto issues when visiting my mother recently. She has purchased her past three vehicles from them and had each of them serviced there as well. I bought my 2015 F-150 XLT from Timbrook ford on 2/3/2016. I got a great price with the Ford Rebates on the truck. I check out sites such as True Value and other competition in the Area and they were the best bar none. Charlie was my salesman and the manager there made the process easy. I got good trade in value and low 2.9% interest on a loan without making calls to the banks myself. I am very happy with the way they treated me and I will be a repeat customer if I ever need a new vechile. Plus the F-150 out preforms other trucks for sale in the area. V/r Michael

Timbrook Ford has consistently gone out of their way to accommodate us, from picking up and dropping off our Explorer at work, to allowing us to leave it for a few days while on vacation. We also like that their have been no unexpected surprise charges; if anything extra needed done we were told and given an estimated price range. We ordered our present Explorer from them, and were given a reasonable trade in for our Escape. When we are ready to buy again this is where we will go.

My husband and I had been talking about getting a new vehicle. I currently had a jeep compass so I was planning on getting a new one of them. My husband for the 2018 for ecosport on their website and sent me pictures. I went to the lot and was very politely greeted by Mr. Charlie Owen. He listened to everything I said, the vehicle did not have the one feature I most wanted which was the automatic start so he arranged that it could be installed for me. After I test drove and realized I absolutely loved the vehicle I met with Mr. Bill the finance manager who went over my extended warranty options and gave me the bill of sale to take to my bank where I was getting my financing. Through the entire process both gentlemen were very polite and nice and I would recommend this dealership to anyone I know. If your looking for a dealership that is nice, polite, and gives no buying pressure you must go here ask for Charlie Owen tell him I sent you.

My Rating is about their service department. Wasn't happy about the way they handled an error on their part I always buy my own oil since I will only Mobile One extended life. I had only had my Ford Fusion for one other oil change and was looking for a good, reasonable reliable dealership to take it to. My 1st was with Shaffer Ford in Cumberland. No real complaints there except for their lack of staff and inability to get vehicle in and serviced. So I tried Tim Brook in Keyser. Everything went find until I got home from getting my car serviced and I found out that they had not put the remainder of my 5 qt oil container back in my car. I called and asked. Lady was very nice and said she would find out why they hadn't. She called back and said that the technician felt that since there was so little oil left in the container that I probably would not want it back. First, it is my oil and my decision to make and every time I had ever had an oil change, I got the remainder back , no questions asked. 2nd that oil cost around $9.00 a quart, I add it to previous left overs and with the wife and I both using it, very quickly I have another oil change. I have a 20 mile drive to get there so she said she would put it back with my name on it until I had a chance to be out that way again and pick it up. ! week and a half later I stopped in to get it but it is not there. They tell me that when I come back for my next oil change that they will give me a quart of oil? Saying goes "cheat me once, shame on you, cheat me twice, shame on me" I tried them,,, end of story

Left speechless. I don't know who gave this a thumbs up but just because I said I am left speechless doesn't necessarily mean good. It isn't bad either. I am still undecided because I have found good and bad at this place. Sorry. Its true though. There is much to be left improved but at the same time I have experienced few nice people there also! So all in all haven t decided. Go there and report back. Everyone experiences things differently.
