Omg I can not tell you how unhappy I am with this place. We have spent a week with them trying to get a vehicle. The first salesman put all of our information in wrong then they kept calling acting like we have never been there before, they ran it through twice for the wrong vehicle then they have us come sign paperwork and when we went they asked since we were self employed can we provide proof of income so we did and they ran it through a third time and we have spent all day waiting to hear something back and they never called, so I called them and they informed me they couldn’t get it to go through. We gave them everything they asked for and all they did was keep missing it up. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

We traded in my old car for a new Jeep and had a wonderful experience with Roger! I've had all my oil changes done in the service department and they fixed a huge dent in my door and bumper in a day. Their entire staff is very friendly!

We buy all of our vehicles from Sheets! They have always been so helpful and find us exactly what we want in a vehicle. If they don’t have it on the lot within a few hours they have located one. They are always so sweet with our girls also giving them candy etc. while we wait.

Terrible customer service as far as the repair shop goes, can’t speak for the sales team as I don’t know. Specifically my experience with Hailey was very bad who works the service counter. She was literally the rudest person whom is supposed to be “servicing customers”. When my company vehicles muffler decided to detach itself, I was told by ARI to go to Sheets for the repairs. When I got there instead of being professionally greeted it was “you need something?” After explaining my muffler had detached Hailey rudely asked in a demeaning tone, “Did you have an appointment.?” Ok... my muffler has just detached itself without prior notice.... how can I schedule an appointment for the unforeseen? It got worse from there. I called the next day to check on the status of the vehicle and got who else other than “Hailey”. “Oh, they haven’t even looked at it yet.” Ok, so when will they get to it? “Um, did you have an appointment?”. Wow. She actually asked me that for a second time... make a long story short and called ARI back and they got me set up with a Service Shop that not only was glad to look into the issue but did so with professionalism. Hailey should take an online training class on Customer Service, she’s going to cause Sheets some problems with her poor attitude.
Bought my Jeep there in April. Easy to deal with. No problems so far.
Took longer then I would of liked to get appointment to get window(under warranty) fixed. Appointment is Friday 22nd but I have been waiting a full month to get her fixed!!

About what you would expect from a dealership. Their lack of seating in the service area was a disappointment. I also didn't appreciate being called into the garage to talk to the lady dealing with my paperwork. She could have come to the window intended for customers instead of asking me to walk around & stand under a rather loud speaker playing music. The music wasn't offensive but the lack of professionalism was disappointing. There was also no need for the guy working the window to wait silently on the phone as I tried to check my vehicle in.
Service department is criminal. 300.00 just in labor to change breaks is robbery. I can change all 4 my self for 80.00 and an hour of my time.
For quick and easy service, I fully reccomend Sheets. The employees are friendly, nice, and very professional. I give them 5 out of 5.

They were patient enough to find the perfect Jeep, made the paperwork a breeze, and brought it to me, so that I wouldn’t have to drive all the way from Lynchburg, VA to Beckley, WV. The staff is kind and patient, and they made the car buying experience quick and easy! My family has purchased half a dozen vehicles from Sheets, and we will ALWAYS come back with our business!

They made the entire process easy and quick; even the paperwork process was seamless. They are the best of the best to deal with; treat you with respect and are very professional. Received a follow up call within 24hours just to check if we had any questions since the purchase and told us they would follow up again in next couple of weeks for any questions or concerns since the purchase. Found the car on Cargurus. It was a "Used 2016 Hyundai Tucson in IMMACULATE condition". Looked at the pics as best I could. Contacted "The Judge", asked him to walk around the car to actually look for anything that should be listed in the description as far as possible damage(scratches, dents, chips, etc). His response was that there was nothing. The catch? I am in SC and the car was in WV. They would deliver for a fee because I couldnt make it up there. So, we agreed on a price and they delivered it. I gave them a cert bank check(cash) and they gave me a bill of sale....NO TITLE. I was informed via phone call, that the title would be mailed, but I didnt receive it for 2 weeks because the title person went on vacation. That sure was inconvenient and inconsiderate. But, they had their check. Then..there's the car. After a couple car washes(about 2 weeks) I started noticing things that I can only assume were "hidden" by the dealer. Multiple paint chips, a small dent above the left front wheel well, a spot on the inside roof in the back, and the worse??? A damaged area on the pass side body molding that was repaired and I assume was blended with Wipe New and as the product got washed off, now everyone can see it. Along with rim rash on the pass rear wheel which I assume happened when the trim was damaged. Sent all this info to "The Judge" with what I believed would be their "normal responses to complaints" and was not let down. I was told even though the car was described as IMMACULATE, my expectations for a used car were unreasonable. UNREASONABLE FOR A CAR ADVERTISED AS IMMACULATE???? Not even an offer to repair or replace any of the damage. Nor an apology. And, no response from upper management. I sent the emails to Denny Mitchem(The Judge) with the request that he forward them to upper management since I couldnt find the email for Dennis Sheets, the owner. I gave them a chance, they kinda did nothing. The Judges final response to me? "Sorry you dont like the car". I have all the emails of the exchanges. Make up your own mind..... I forgive them, this is just my experience with them. Maybe this will help them improve in the future. Oh yeah, and the 100000 mile warranty, found out from a dealer down here that its cut in half to 50000 miles because Im the 2nd owner. That 1 heck of a surprise. The car was advertised as having a 100000 warranty, I guess at one time..it did; Just not for me. I really do hope Sheets improves their practice. Sincerely....

4hrs 45 min's sitting waiting to get my car fixed was told they was getting ecpverythi g took care of and after all that time still didn't get it done had to take it back. And the part they did work on I never had no trouble until they worked on it it was on a recall took back can't fix it because they can't get it to do what it did on me by putting the car in drive or any gear and it goes back into park won't let you use any gears does me that way but works great for them OK....could go on but what's the use hope all has better luck then me

I recently took my vehicle in for service .Sheets had my vehicle for 4 days during this time my vehicle was ransacked and various items stolen from my vehicle. I contacted the service manager, he stated this is an ongoing issue and their disclaimer states they are not responsible for anything that may happen to my vehicle while they have it .This is appalling to me! How can I leave my vehicle on their lot for service trusting them to repair my vehicle and feel at ease if they take no responsibility to ensure my vehicle is safe especially when they are obviously aware of this problem. He was real quick to state to me that his staff wouldn't do this ..Funny my vehicle has a security alarm!! Just saying! Yes I did lock and secure my vehicle before leaving it there. So be aware if you take your vehicle to Sheets in Beckley you risk the same thing happening to you!!! I did file a police report and the officer stated he is unaware that this is an ongoing issue .
Couldn't get me a deal
For the longest time I was told to stay away from here. I went in to get my trucks Uconnect system updated and got to looking around while I was waiting. I decided to trade my truck in and got a new Cherokee Trailhawk. The experience was great. They gave me more than I wanted for my truck and gave me a little more off on top of a massive amount of rebates. It was all and all a awesome place to buy a vehicle from. I will continue to use them and not let others experiences get on my way.

Adjusted Market Value stickers on cars. When inquiring why the response was it helps with getting more for your trade in? Well they also use an app per the salesman to see what your vehicle is going for at auction so they do not base it upon market values is what I got from the salesman.
I don't think very highly of Sheets Dodge. So that is the reason for only three starts. Raised it from two stars, because it was better on this service call then on previous ones.
Service manager is a Bitty for starters. I'm sure FCA warranty is good coast to coast and I'm sure FCA pays the dealers back for the warranty work they perform. But hold my hand if you didn't buy your vehicle from them, lookout, they gonna have it for about 10 days to put a but splice on a wire that'll last until your warranty runs out. Then you take it to another dealer and they repair it the right way and charge you because it wasnt done right the 1st time. Oh, I hope you dont need a rental when yours is in the shop because they'll give you the biggest run around on it as well. Once you call FCA and get customer service involved they change the tune a little bit. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere for your Chrysler business and service.

I was traveling from Michigan with my family and our car broke down in Pax. We got towed to Beckley. We were told our car was fixable and after 24 hours and over $500 later it wasn't. I went into panic mode. My husband did some research online and we went to speak with The Judge.. We arrived at the dealership and this gentlemen went above and beyond for our family to ensure we could get home. Denny tried his little heart out to get us financed. After a few hours we were on our way out in a new car!! He only had a small amount of cash for a down payment. This guy made it happen. Him and the other guy there that day were so hospitable!! I'm so thankful for them. I was stressed out for 3 days and they fixed my problem. He even gave us a couple ideas on places to go so we could enjoy the rest of our vacation. It was beautiful and for sure what our family needed after a few bad days!! I would recommend this place to everyone!!!
