Took our 2015 Ford Escape last week for an Inspection Sticker and oil change. A few days later on the information screen, it said “oil change required.” I called the Service Department. They were very nice, said to bring it out and they would do the reset. Not a huge inconvenience, but took 30 minutes out of our way plus mileage (maybe 8 miles). If setting the reset is on the serivuce check off list, it was checked without doing that step. Very friendly and efficient people at the desk, but obviously not as efficient in the actual service department.

If you are going in for Routine Service they are Expedient at getting you in and out with little Fuss. The Service center Lounge could use a little updating, but they have an endless supply of Coffee, and cold Bottled water. They have Free Internet Service available to keep up with your Business or entertainment to pass your time while waiting. The Service Staff is Always Good natured, Jovial and Friendly. It makes a sometimes Bad Situation Bearable. When they do an inspection on your car you don't have to be worried about being Scammed or Gouged by unnecessary work. They always make the Situation as Pleasant as possible. I Highly Recommend them.

These guys are great! I bought this Jeep sight unseen and they took all the pictures I requested. They gave me the Jeep at a good price and they delivered it the next day for free! They are easy to deal with and they are friendly. I would buy from them again and again. The gentleman I dealt with was LT. My experience was great with this team. I was in desperate need of something to get around with in the winter. I was stuck in a finace on my current car for more than what the car was worth. I emailed them and the Internet sales manager, LT Schoonover, promptly emailed me back. I had a very strict budget and a trade in that I was bottom under on with no cash down payment. He personally worked to get me a great deal on a 2013 Ford Edge. The experience was fantastic. The best part about it was that I never left my house. LT emailed me pictures and video of the car and even delivered it to my house. I have to say this team is great. They can really "Do The Deal!"

I was on the market for a Ford Escape, and Ramey Ford Princeton had the best selection. I was able to drive various model years and trim packages and found my perfect car! I visited the dealership twice...once to see the selection and once to purchase. I had multiple follow ups within those two days and felt my business was valued. Grady was a pleasure to work with! As a female, many dealerships that I visited treated me with contempt and as if I was unknowledgeable about purchasing a car. As a military spouse buying a car alone while my husband was away on training, I was apprehensive of treatment from car salesmen. Had been looking for a specific Ranger for my dad and they had exactly what I wanted in stock here. Filled out the online form and got the standard email response with promise of upcoming call. Most times that never happens but these guys are different. LT called me and walked me through what they could do for me as I am in another state and 2.5 hours away. I thought their price for the truck was more than fair and they did all the paperwork for me and delivered the truck to me the next day. It was the easiest deal I have ever done in my life. Lets face it, nobody likes dealing with the entire car buying experience but I can tell you this was easy peezy. Even the delivery guys were great!! While driving to North Carolina our transmission began overheating. We called Ramey and were told to come in as soon as we could. They took the truck in promptly and tried to diagnose the issue, but the computer showed no problems. After a couple lengthy conversations with the service tech, he checked the fluid level (ok) and the transmission cooler (looked ok). At that point anything more would have involved abandoning our trip and spending a lot of time there. They sent us on our way without charging us anything. They were very friendly, nice folks

Took 2017 Ford Focus SE in for oil change and got the Ford Works. Took 45 minutes. Every employee met was courtesy- helpful and answered a sale question I had about price matching their vehicles from other car lots and dealerships. Highly recommend calling to schedule an appointment. They fit me in the same evening. Working all the time creates juggling to keep maintenance up on our vehicles. Ramey did a quick appointment I needed and took my husband as a walk-in to get his oil changed on truck. Highly recommend.

Bad bad attitudes! The salesman was great until it came to following up with me on financing. I couldn't get my salesman to return any phone calls. All he had to do was tell me that they couldn't get me enough money for what I wanted. When I did get him on the phone he seemed extremely annoyed. So, I call back to try and go over some cheaper options. I get the first salesman on the phone and try to explain that I was working with a certain salesman, and before I could get it out that I wanted someone different he interrupts me and says "well ask for him next time instead of just sales." and immediately transfers me to the fax machine...wth??Like I'm some kind of dumbass. These people really need to do something else because customer service is definitely not their strongest attribute. It's not that hard to treat someone with respect and make an honest deal. Scratch one more local dealership off the list of ones I'll do business with.

Had a friend take his 2015 Mustang GT here to have a faulty tail light repaired. When he went to pick it up, a silver oily liquid was present all over the vehicle and the interior and the steering wheel. A female worker in the service department was notified and agreed to have the vehicle undergo corrections at a local paint shop due to them not having one. Well, that trip produced a Mustang that suffered numerous scratches around the tail light area. The manager at the Ford dealership disregarded the new damage and scoffed at my buddy with " it’s not fair to them that I don’t have photos of the car before it went into their shop." Avoid this place like the black plague!

I was working with Terry Freeman from Ramey Ford Princeton and I got the impression that he was not attempting to help me. His emails were vague and did not give me information so I felt he was just saying anything to just get me to go on or to do the bare minimum because I was not a perfect, ideal customer with a 800 credit score. The next morning I emailed to inform him that I was going with another dealership that felt that were more willing to help me and he replied with a very childish remark that stated: "Terry Freeman at Ramey Ford Princeton Thu, Sep 20, 11:20 AM (6 days ago) to me OK thats fine with me I was also able to get you a loan worked out this morning on a NEW car. I told you I would try to get you the most worked out I could. Sorry I didnt answer you quick enough!!! Thank you Terry Freeman Sales Manager / Special Finance He then ignored my follow-up emails where I apologized and he not responded to me at all. This is very unprofessional and clearly shows that he was not worried about losing a potential customer. I made three clear attempts to tell him I was sorry and no response. Ramey, I would make sure he doesn't interact too much with the public. I live very close and will make it clear to not work with this individual if anyone is to ask or if I hear of anyone wishing to go to this location. I have left a poor review on Cars Direct and any other site that contains Ramey Princeton information, I will do the same. I wish I did not have to give one star.

My veteran grandpa went here by himself to buy a Lincoln on Veteran's Day. It was the most expensive car he's ever bought and he has trouble understanding things. They ripped him off beyond belief. They gave him nothing on his trade and he paid around $10k more than fair market value. My grandpa never told us he was buying a car or we would have stopped that from happening. When my dad found out about this, he was angry. The manager (Sluss) told my dad that he could reverse the deal on the car but he didn't like our attitude so he wouldn't. My grandpa is stuck paying a ridiculous payment at 88 years old. I put a review of this experience on their Facebook and it was instantly removed. The guy over that department was rude to me about doing that. Maybe they shouldn't stick it to 88 year old veterans. I think that's rude. My entire family will not ever buy a car there again. In fact, I've purchased a brand new car and a truck since then and I never even checked their inventory.

Sales guy's very friendly and seem to genuinely care for customer and they try to do what they can it seems & the only reason they get any stars. beyond that we have had a terrible experience. They puled our vehicle out of service for us to look at, when we decided we wanted it they promised to finish looking over it and fixing all that need fixed. Well in between time for our appointment to take it back to service. the driver side and passenger side windshield guards both blew off the vehicle and by the remnants looked to be fastened with Velcro. Something they would have noticed had they finished inspecting as promised. Needless to say on the day my wife was told to bring the vehicle in we were told we had to pay for everything to be fixed including what they had messed up before we even bought the vehicle.

We got an excellent deal at Ramey Ford on a 2015 Jeep Cherokee. LT helped us to understand how to navigate the Chase Car Buyers Service since we had never used that. We were able to pre-qualify for the loan through an online application process and everything we settled within a hour. Even though we had to drive about 40 miles to pick up the car, when we got there, their finance manager John had found us a better interest rate than we originally qualified for and saved us some money on top of the great deal. I took my f150 there they was supposed to fix the key system and check out the radio they did fix the key but the radio they did not even check I know cuz I had it checked today and the buttons on it is messed up

My daughter was traveling from Ohio to South Carolina when the Engine Coolant overheat light came on. I called them ahead of time and when my daughter got there they took the car and diagnosed it immediately. The active grill shutters were stuck in the closed position causing the car to overheat. They rigged the shutters to stay open to prevent the car from overheating. Ashley in the Service department was so professional and so accommodating. My daughter was back on her way in an hour. This dealership and their service department are A++ awesome!!! The service fee was more than reasonable. Thank you Ashley and Ramey Ford.

Was an unexpected breakdown and they took us right in. We had purchased the ten year warranty on the Edge and parts had to be ordered. They sent for a rental car which we drove for several days and really they had our vehicle fixed sooner than I thought. I would recommend Ramey Ford to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. I can only hope that the management of this dealership has the chance to read this review. As I was traveling through on my way home to Alabama I had an issue arise on my pickup. Although this was not covered by warranty I was late getting to the service department as they were about to close. I want to send a great thank you to the service department, also the great service from the parts department, and a huge thank you to the mechanic that decided to stay late and fix my vehicle. You have a great group of people working for you and I only hope that this thank you will reach you and let you know. So many people these days do not get the appreciation they deserve.

I had to have the dash fixed on a new vehicle, and the service department picked up my car and took mine in for repair, the repair was a pretty major job. The had to remove the dash to fix. I got the vehicle back and you can not tell there was any problem at all. They did a first class job.

I purchased a used 2017 F250 XLT 4x4 from salesman LT. He was helpfull and we worked out a good deal even on a trade-in unseen by the dealer. They even delivered my truck to me 5 hours away - that was a huge relief for me! Danny the driver was awesome and i tipped him for his professionalism. The truck appears to be as advertised. I was given only 1 key/fob but promised I would be getting the 2nd key/fob when the original owner returns it. I'm still waiting........ONLY 1 STAR because when you pay $36,000 you expect to get 2 keys!!! I will update when/IF I ever get my 2nd key/fob! UPDATE: my salesman LT followed up and mailed my 2nd key fob to me a few weeks ago. He kept his word and that means a lot - thanks LT!!!

It was horrible , I had my car for 3 months and the back end went out. They informed me that it was not under warranty because it was not part of the drive shaft this cost $768.00, the belt was torn I had to replace it or I would need another front end. I actually sold a navigator the very next day for them. Ramey has refused to do me right. I have 3 small children and I have been stuck on the side of the road 3 times now. This has caused me to upgrade my insurance to add towing to my vehicles. Rameys In Princeton I not reliable PLEASE PLEASE do NOT buy a car from them they are not willing to help you when you have problems with one of THEIR vehicles. I guess they save all of the good ones for themselves. I am so disappointed. I was told that I would just have to live with it I have put $2000 in the jeep already not including the $16,000 I paid for it.. I will never and if I can help it no one I know will be purchasing a vehicle either. I'm sure this will not help anything, however if I can get headquarters I wonder if that would make a difference. ( I doubt it)

I purchased a 2011 f150 in January 2019 that has some rust issues after finding this out Mr Blackburn went to work on making it right..I had to wait to get my tax refund cuz I didn't have my half of the repair cost..I got my refund and was unable to get in touch with Mr. Blackburn after leaving numerous messages..I spoke to Mr Blackburn and apparently to the post below I will be responsible for the full repair of the truck.. I urge people to be cautious on Facebook if u have a friend resend u a friend request please check with them b4 receiving it..this is how hackers get ur personal information.. They sold me a 2011 f150 thats a rust bucket..I'll never buy from them again..my truck was purchased in January all I've got is ignored from service manager Gary Blackburn.. Your right it doesn't seem like it was, however the reason I gave 4 stars is the good sales experience that I got with Rex Ratliff and Terry Freeman the day of my purchase..

RV Prepared Yet?

I can not say enough good things about the service department here. I was traveling in the area up from Florida and looking for land when my window washers stopped working. It was also snowing/icy and I couldn’t see. It was about 23 degrees out. I took it to them with no appointment and told them I really needed this working because I’d be pretty much stranded without being able to see. They took my info and told me they would get it in and have a look. About 20 minutes later the mechanic pulled it up and front and my window was clean. Seems snappy lube #14 put cheap or watered down fluid in my washer reservoir and it was freezing as soon as it hit the nozzle. I used all of it and went straight to get the deicer kind. I thought the reservoir was empty but there was a solid chunk of the cheap stuff still in it. I just added the better stuff in with it and haven’t had an issue since. Thanks so much Ramey Ford service!
