At one time or another I've dealt with most of the dealers in the Roanoke/Blacksburg area (Shelor, Duncan, etc.), but I have to say my experience at Ramey was better than any of those. Michael Walker was one of the best sales guys I've ever worked with. Ramey made the deal easy and even delivered the car to Roanoke. Even the two older gentlemen who delivered the car were great. Next time I'm looking for a car, I will definitely be giving Michael a call, even though its a bit of drive from Roanoke.

Drove over a hour and a half to look at a car we found on line. Pulled into the lot found the car . Then we waited for 30 to 45 minutes to be waited on. No one ever spoke to us. Two young girls pulled in and 2 salesmen came right out to them and still never spoke to us. I don't guess Ramey Dodge needs my business

Andrew went above and beyond to make the purchase of my truck a great experience. They delivered the truck to me about 7 hours away. While enroute the check engine light came on. The driver got me on the phone with Andrew and he said just take it to any Dodge dealer and he'll cover any cost to fix the check engine light. So I signed all required paperwork. The next day I noticed a few other minor issues. I sent Andrew a text addressing these small finds. Without hesitation Andrew sent a driver back down the next day to pick the truck up, provided a loaner truck, fixed the issues and returned it several days later with all items corrected.

We are from ohio. Traveling on our very first family vacation. Unfortunally our van locked up and stoped working. Come to find our it was done for. We stayed in a hotel for the night and early this morning we landed on rameys car lot. Explaining what has happened with our van and how were not from around here Everyone at Ramey helped us out tremendously by finding us something in our price range. It took hours of phone calls and paperwork but thanks to Travis Barker and others there we walked out with a reliable vehicle for our family. Our Ram truck, which is still under warranty, went into "limp" mode due to an error code for the electronic throttle control. The three dealers closest to us wouldn't schedule it in for more than 1 1/2 weeks. We called Ramey and they scheduled it in the next day. They called me before noon to tell me what they found and to let me know they ordered a part. Called again the next day at 10:30 to let me know the truck was ready to go. This is the way a service department should operate!

This is my second time buying a car at Ramey. The customer service was great! The sales staff was very helpful and met all of my needs and wants. I was in and out of there quickly and with ease. I also had a service appointment for recalls and they accommodated my schedule and had my car ready in the same day. The staff was also super friendly. The salesman at the dealership was very rude and disrespectful. He could not provide any definitive answers to questions regarding rebates or pricing of vehicles. He did not ask any basic questions about my employment, offer to run my credit, or attempt to make a deal in any way. I am highly dissatisfied and will not return to any Ramey dealership. This is after my Mom paid cash for a Buick at the Ramey dealership next door. We will no longer do business with this company!!!

This place is a joke brought truck in on warranty work after a month still no resolve and giving me the run around. Had them change the oil before realized how bad it was one month in my truck is low on oil when I have never had an issue with it leaking or burning oil and is now ticking again didn't have this issue prior and my warranty work still hasmt been done!

We had a vehicle break down coming through the East Mountain Tunnel and were towed to Ramey Chrysler in Princeton. I can not say enough about the friendly, helpful service we received from everyone there. Larry Jessee in service was very kind and helpful. He made sure our truck was looked at even though it was Friday before the long weekend, and Andy Hardee was able to lend us a car to get to a hotel for the night. Both were very understanding and willing to go the extra distance to make sure we were well taken care of. Thank you so much, you made a very scary and uncertain time for us a lot better!

When needing my car fixed, it took three times in two years to get the hood lever fixed and still the shop used zip ties to hold the cable. Not to mention I was first told the warranty would pay, then I was told I would have to pay $100.00 deductible. I have the disappearing deductible, which means I wouldn't pay a $100.00 deductible unless the warranty paid and the cost of repairs were $1001.00 and over. I paid the cost of the repairs of $97.00. In other words I was lied to twice and the repairs were shotty. I was not pleased at all. Just because I'm a woman doesn't mean I'm stupid.

This what you can expect took my truck in after having front end rebuild for an alignment 49.00 bucks no problem........2 hours later cant do the alignment because rear brakes are worn ???? What no that cant be right oh yeah and wheel bearings are bad.....um there brand new....well we can do it ok so I pick the truck up the bill 52.00 ...um wait it was 49 and you didn't do anything....oh well they did an inspection for me so I have to pay.....WTF never again total scam
