Took our van and had fuel pump replaced. That went very well. Couple days later went to put gas in and in wouldn't go in. Took 15 minutes to put 10 gallons if gas in. Took it back to have them check it out. They didnt even take it into the garage after us waiting for over a hour then Informed us we needed a new gas tank! Took it to a friend he found the problem. When they worked on it before they crimped the vent tube. So we replaced that and now it's good again. Wonder how much they would have gotten from us for a new gas tank and the labor? Not pleased at all !

I sat over 3 1/2 hours to get slapped in the face with a low trade in value for my car. Mind you a car I bought off them. I had bought 6 cars prior to this and will never step foot back on northside's lot, nor would I recommend them to anyone!

I would like to thank the staff at Northside Chrysler Jeep Dodge! I had an emergency situation while traveling from Florida back home to South Dakota. I had a flat tire, and when I tried to change it myself I broke one stud and stripped two of the lug nuts. I was only a few miles away from the dealership, so I drove my vehicle there and spoke to Lawrence. They had a technician come out who successfully got a few lug nuts on. I was in and out in less than an hour. Absolutely truly exceptional customer service!!

The most unprofessional dealership I have ever been to. Had truck towed in for warranty transmission work, three weeks later they still have not started on it. After stopping by the General Manager himself asked me if I bought the truck there, and since I hadn’t he makes sure he takes care of ‘his’ customers first and they will get mine in when the can.

Purchased a Wrangler from Northside Automotive, brought it in for an oil change and inspection sticker. Got the oil change but said my tires failed inspection, installed new tires the next day and then my windshield failed inspection, third day I installed a new windshield and then my brakes my brakes failed inspection. In the days before they said both the brakes and windshield passed but now they magically dont. Literal waste of time and my vehicle has been in their shop more days than I have personally had it in the past week because they keep coming up with new reasons that were previously okay. A scam and have lost our business. -5 stars
