If you need a service department...keep looking. I have a Lexus and needed a dealer to diagnose a problem. Without going into a description of my car's issue, let me assure you it was not major. In the end there was no actual work done because they didn't have the part. I sat in their waiting room from 10:00am-5:00pm. I had an appointment. I'm not sure when they decided to finally look at my car but 5 hours later, at 3:00pm they showed me the part I needed. Am I to believe it took them 5 hours to look at my car? I do not believe it. I think they are trained to avoid direct answers about what they are actually doing. I spoke to the service manager, Frank Russo, before I left to express my concerns about the service I received. He said "That's how things turn out sometimes" Really? That's how you deal with a customer complaint? I asked him why he wasn't interested into looking into my concern. He said, " Well, it's Friday afternoon and I need to get my employees home" Really?? I sat there all day! Shouldn't the service manager get involved when a person is in the waiting room for 8 hours? He totally blew me off and really did not care. I love my Lexus vehicle but I Hate Love Lexus of Saint Albans. They are a good reason to avoid a Lexus in the future. NOT worth the bad treatment.

************BAD SERVICE********** We went to Love Lexus with intent to purchase a 2016 model. We had our trade-in inspected and were not given the amount we desired and went home without purchasing. The next day, the salesman called to offer a 2015 model instead. We said no thanks. TWO days later, he calls and says they will give the desired trade amount for the 2016 model we wanted. We changed all of our plans to get there that day. He calls back about an hour later to say that his manager took the deal back. I am not happy. Love Lexus, in my opinion, is not worried about making anyone happy since they are the only Lexus dealer around. We will drive to Columbus before dealing with them again. ************BAD SERVICE********** Addendum: I would like to add that this review was for the old Love Lexus dealership. Since Moses has acquired the business, there have been many improvements and the service is much better! I now take the Lexus that I purchased elsewhere to Moses for service and I am treated very well at each visit. I would consider purchasing from Moses Lexus in the future since they appear to have improved the operations of the Lexus dealership.

internet sales are HORRIBLE!! found a car we wanted and called and emailed the dealership who promised calls back which never happened. finally I spoke to a salesman who promised pictures as we were interested, but those never came.. what did come was a call the next day saying they sold it that morning. had they put me through to a salesman and been professional they would've sold the car a week earlier and not lost my business and and potential future business from me or anyone I talk to!

They went above and beyond what a car dealer would do. I took my mother who was in a wheelchair. A very kind young man came out to help us in. When we were ready to leave he helped us back out to the car and even held an umbrella over her head so she wouldn't get wet!! Excellent service all around!! Thank you!
