Joe Holland Chevrolet has always provided excellent customer service, whether I was just taking my car in for a service check, or body work incurred from an accident. On a scale from 1 to 10, with 1 being the lowest and 10 the highest, I would rate them as a 10 (excellent). Their employees are very helpful, courteous, and always ready to answer any questions I may have. I would recommend Joe Holland to anyone looking for a good, reliable vehicle, and an excellent service department.

Car is great and just had body work done their but now my driver window doesn't have the automatic roll up or down and I had to fix my driver mirror myself after getting it back from the body shop noticed my drive side mirror wasn't put back all the way had to do it myself but over all good

Awful customer service from management. Bought 2018 VW Passat only 1 key. Ok we settled for it. Bought a 2019 VW Jetta autoban loud noise from suspension. They left the shipping blocks in the suspension from delivery. The car I traded in my friend went to purchase. A 2016 awd ford fusion with auto start. He can't use the auto start because they won't turn it over to him. I gave to them 2 keys and the auto start they give him one. Weeks later they turn another key over and still no auto start. Called today still waiting. Now while writing this they call and change the story and claim it was turned over to him when he bought it. Tom lied! Shirley is the only helpful person in the entire building. Gave them over almost a month resolve.

Philip Warren was our salesman and he was absolutely TERRIFIC!!! They made the process easy and not that much negotiating. We told them what we wanted and the price we were looking for and they made it happen. They even had the Tiguan shipped in because they didn’t have the color we wanted. Funny thing was... we ordered a color and it turned out being different than we wanted BUT turned out being EVEN BETTER than the one we ordered!!! Thanks Phillip and Joe Holland VW for our new ride!!! Def recommend to everyone we know or anyone looking for a new car!
