Travelled from NJ to purchase my truck. Jenkins had the one I wanted and my parents live near there and had purchased their vehicle from them. Priced fairly, decent amount given for my trade, and no haggle. All the paperwork and calculations were taken care of and adjusted for me to be able to title and register my truck in NJ, where I live. I purchased a gently used vehicle, and there was a concern with the rotors. A simple phone call and friendly exchange, made it possible to rectify the concern. I did have to make the trip back down to West Virginia to have the concern addressed, but I left with NEW rotors and brake pads, no charge, under warranty. Additionally, when I purchased the vehicle, they filled the Large gas tank for me because they new I was driving back home, which was out of state. Overall, I have been treated with kindness and friendly professionalism in the door and back out on the several occasions I have been there. They had also previously serviced my old vehicle for me, when something happened to it on my drive down for a visit. Based on my experience, I have and will recommend Jenkins Ford to others.

Not quite as negotiable as I would have liked but still got a good price, so no harm done. Process took a while, but they were pretty busy that day so again, understandable. Seemed to be pretty attentive to all my questions and requests. I would certainly consider working with them again.

Recently My son had to have his Ford Fiesta serviced there, you did not rotate his tires, or fix something he had asked you to fix. Poor service Jenkins!

I came from Pittsburgh Pa and talked to Nancy our salesperson about 2 F 350 pickups. She was very knowledgeable and accommodating to my needs. That is why my son and I purchased there. Had trucks ready and Nikki in finance had all of our paperwork done. Would highly recommend buying from them.

Absolute dumpster fire of a dealership. Do yourself a favor and look at other dealers in the area. When you call about getting warranty work and the first thing they ask is “did you buy it here” before giving you a service date, you know the place is shady.

Poor service department, Tim (head of service) is very cocky. I can't begin to explain the issues I've had in my 2 visits to the Jenkins Ford service dept from a scratched car to refusing to work on my vehicle because of the first scratched car incident. Take your business to Chenoweth in Clarksburg or Elkins Fordland.

My husband and I had spent weeks scoping out dealerships, finding the ideal car, and comparing prices. The first dealership in Clarksburg that we went to was a complete bust. The salesman was rude, unprofessional, and had little to no desire to work with us after we informed him that we would not be purchasing a car that day and that we just wanted to test drive a vehicle and get a quote. Feeling defeated, we left and said we wouldn't give that dealership a dime of our money. A week passed and we decided to try again. Jenkins had a 2017 Ford Escape that we were interested in, so we thought we'd give them a try. We pulled into their lot and drove around to view the inventory, said a little prayer in the car, and got ready to face another salesman. We were greeted at the door by Brandon Weese. He introduced himself, shook our hands, and directed us to his desk. The showroom was clean, the desks were organized, and it was much better than the other dealership. We explained to him what we were looking for and gave him our price range. After talking everything out, we ended up not going with the 2017 Escape, but rather a Certified 2014 Escape that fit our budget much better. Brandon was extremely personable, genuine, straightforward, and made the three and a half hour process a delight. We love our new car and would recommend Jenkins Ford to everyone looking for a straight forward and honest salesman.

EXCELLENT SERVICE, MADE FINDING AND BUYING A TRUCK PAINLESS. SALESMAN BRANDON CAME IN ON HIS DAY OFF TO SHOW ME THE VEHICLE I FOUND ONLINE, AND THE FINANCE MANAGER JOE HAD A FACE TO FACE WITH MY BANK TO GET ME A BETTER RATE. Guys 90 days in and my a/c went out I only have the power train warranty. The dealer is putting in a new a/c as I write this and they are picking up the bill. If you go to any other dealer in this state your insane! I've never met a dealership that cared about its customers like these guys!
Do not work with Nancy!! I called in saying it would be a 2 hour driver and wondered if she could hold the truck until i got there. Once i sat down it turned out i had been lied to and they scheduled people before me who came in late-i know this because they said so. They came in wanting to buy the truck, she interrupted our conversation to tell him she may not sell it to me and it was like talking to someone you had just got into a car accident with, she wanted to rush me out and move on to another person. She told me "Nope" when i asked if we could work out a better deal being that a 24000 truck just became a 28000 truck due to "fees" not including the Tax. She was annoyed i even asked and told me "I already have another gentlemen interested and you drove 2 hours already" So is this Ebay? I wasn't going to be muscled and left without any apology. The dealership is nice and all but avoid this sales person like the plague.

Very friendly and went over board with my warranty repairs even though the vehicle was purchased at another dealership where I was charged for repairs.
I’m in town working on the pipeline, and my truck is critical to my work. It pulls my camper, gets me to work on very muddy roads, mobile office. I need it every day. And I’ve never had good luck dealing with any dealership repair shops. So, twice now, Jenkins Ford has had my truck in their shop. Once for a leaking vacuum booster. Repaired, and the new part went bad in a few days. They got me in and fixed it right away, putting aside other work to make this right. Then, a few weeks later my transmission cooler was damaged by a piece of road debris. They got the part ordered, installed, and even managed to get me a new set of off road tires at a very reasonable price, all in three days. Oh and new brakes up front when they put the new tires on and saw that they were about worn out. That’s the kind of service and attention to details that I have come to expect from my own mechanic back home, but have learned is rarely found at random. I travel a lot for work, and to find this level of service, and quality, is rare. To find it in a dealership of any kind or brand, well I’m 50, and it’s a first for me. Ford, Chevy, Nissan, Dodge have all been disappointments to me until here at Jenkins Ford. Thank you, for you service and attention to detail, and bending over backwards to help me and keep my truck running, and me working.

Very friendly service department and knowledgeable fixed problem first time
Me and my husband were on our way home from Florida. We stopped in West Virginia to get some sleep and the next morning our truck wouldn’t start. We found Jenkins Ford and they saved us! They pushed other vehicles aside to take ours in and treated us better than our own Ed Shultz Ford ever did. We love this dealership and would recommend it to everyone and anyone. They treated us very kind and got us back on the road in two days.
They have taken great care of my car since buying it. I have had all my service performed and a couple recalls fixed.
my new 2109 f150 with the 5.0 motor use 1 quart of oil every 1000 miles this started at 2000 miles at 13000 miles it had used 11 quarts of oil I had taken it back to the dealer which Ford needed a analysis on the motor which meant I had to bring the truck back every 1000 miles it was going to be a long process. if I had the time to do this I would have kept my 2012 f150 that had 175,000 miles and used NO oil between 5000 mile oil changes. with my work load I had no time for this I traded for a Toyota tundra in doing this I lost about $21,000 and sadly since 1985 fords are the only brand I have driven between me and my wife we average a new vehicle every 3 years. both my sons have 2 fords each

I would give this zero stars if I could. I do not recommend buying a vehicle from this place. After dealing for a week about a vehicle I wanted, I called each day until the day I was coming over to get it, because I had to work. I let them know I was approved for a loan and we already negotiated a price. The day of, I called to tell them I was coming over to get it. Rick Floyd was very kind throughout the process, nothing on him, however he had left early that day and told me to get ahold of Dennis Crawford when I came in and he’ll help me with paperwork and get it all worked up. After a two hour drive I show up and ask for Dennis. He comes to me and says yes Rick called and told me you were coming but we just sold the truck. I thought he was kidding. He said, “No, you should have been here two hours ago. They are working on the paperwork now.” I called four hours before this. And they knew for a week I wanted it. Are you kidding me? How can anybody do this to someone. Dennis was absolutely unprofessional about it all and was extremely rude to me. Money over morals at Jenkins Ford in Buckhannon.

Had a air bag recall on my car. They promptly scheduled me in for replacement and began working on it as soon as I arrived. In and out with no damage to my vehicle.

We had our 2017 Ford Escape in to change the oil, rotate the tires and get a new inspection sticker on it. Everyone we encountered were very friendly, everything ( waiting area, restrooms, show room and even the garage area) were very clean. Our waiting time was not long and we got good service. We will return here when we need service again.

Most of the paperwork was completed before I showed up at the dealership, but it still took around 4 hours to purchase a used vehicle. They filled out information on the paperwork for the used certification incorrectly, so it took forever. The salesman was lazy and unhelpful. (I asked about a few additional parts/accessories that I was interested in and he just told me they didn't have any, without even looking or asking) The vehicle was supposed to be filled with gasoline (per the certified used warranty) and it was not, was dusty inside and needed detailed. Also, they messed up the title and plates, not to my knowledge, so I have been driving around with a dead registration for the last month. I received a voicemail about it last week about the issue, but haven't been able to talk to someone about fixing it until today. I've been put on hold or my messages haven't been returned. Extremely sloppy and lazy personnel. The whole experience with Jenkins Ford has been a fiasco.
I truly appreciate how friendly,considerate, and professional these folks are! I have every confidence in their ability to keep my Fiesta safe and sound. They are prompt and have also helped me with minor questions or concerns about the car from home. They are the greatest!!!

My 2012 Lincoln MKZ was recalled for a faulty air bag. I made an appointment at Jenkins Ford in Buckhannon W.V. and took it in for repair, an oil change and a "the works" check up. All was done and they also found that my new Ford battery, (about 5 months old), was also faulty. They were going to replace it under warranty that day but were out of my size so I had to go back in about a week for the new one. In the passing week, I notice a very minor glitch, not even worth mentioning here. I brought it to Tim, (the service manager's), attention when I went back for the battery and he acted like it was his sole job that day to correct it. He went above and beyond my expectations for the situation and, as always, the service is great and faster than promised. I have had other brands of cars and different experiences with other branded dealer's service but every time I take a car to Jenkins for a service where it requires something be taken apart inside the car, there is NEVER any trace that they have been there. All lines and gaps between interior parts like dash to wall, dash to windshield, door to door jamb or anything else are always perfect. This is the second car that I've taken there where the interior had to be disturbed and it always comes back perfect. It it were a crime scene, the police would find no evidence that they were even there. No greasy finger prints, nothing. It's just sad that I had to move 1,000 miles to get quality auto work. It may sound like I'm raving but it's the truth. I'm that impressed.
I just had my vehicle in for a state inspection, I was completely !! dissatisfied with the service department. I was told I would be charged for new breaks because they were to lazy to check to see that it was covered by warranty: and then got some bs story about needing a new battery instead of saying my battery was weak and would need to be replaced soon which is not needed to pass state inspection!!! Next I had ask them look at a couple of cup holder that needed fixed one of which had already been fixed by them, but had broken again shortly after the repair, amazingly they knew these were not covered by the warranty! All in told I was going to be charged around $600 for a state inspection!!! I would hate to have seen my bill if I needed a oil change. I have been dealing with Jenkins Ford since the the mid 90's and have always been happy with all aspects of the company. I hope this is not the standard practice that is going on now but I would be surprised if this was a isolated case. Trust is hard to earn and easy to lose. I hope this comment goes to some one who will at the very least look into it to see if what I am saying is true and if so do something about it. If you think I am upset you are half right mostly I am disappointed that a company I have trusted with buying and servicing my vehicles for over 20 years would pull a a bs stunt like this disappointed

This is the best service department I’ve been to. They are prompt, friendly, and efficient. I trust them with taking care of my Fusion and wouldn’t take it anywhere else.
Staff was courteous and polite. Truck was fixed. Unfortunately what’s was supposed to take 20 min took almost 2 hrs. And the technician that pulled my truck out of the shop was covered in grease and dirt and didn’t cover my seat before moving it.
This is a great place to get work done. Was traveling from Ma to KY and had an issue on they way. These guys went way out of their way to help me out. If I lived near this is the place I would go .
