Why would you go anywhere else when they wash your car everytime you visit? Pull into the garage, you don't even get cold and the put air in your tires for free, no dirty hands. My third new Kia, dont think I'll ever buy anything else again, of course the 100,000 warranty is what got me hooked.

I've been calling the service department for 5 days, left several messages and cannot speak with anyone. I just ended my call after 30 minutes on hold for the front desk attendant to pick up again and ask where she can direct my call. I will not be taking my Kia to this dealership for any maintenance. I could only imagine what my wait time would have been to fix any issues with my vehicle if they dont have time to answer a phone call.
First time buying a car from a car dealership and LaMar was great! He helped me get into the car that I wanted and was very helpful. The GM (I’m assuming) worked to get my car payment down by $60 just in my price range! I traded my car in during the “Push, Pull, Drag” event and couldn’t have been a happier customer.

My husband (James Amrine) and I had a great experience when we purchased a Kia Sorento from Freedom Kia in Morgantown. Our sales representative D'Andre Stevens was very professional and thorough. He explained everything to us and even hooked up our phones to the car. The financing process was efficient. We left with a new car withing 2.5 hours.

First of all this is my 5th KIA from this dealership so you would think loyalty would make a difference. I have been waiting over a month for a repair to be made to my car. They couldn't fix it and told me they would get right back with me after ordering a part. I've called and was told they would check out what is going on and would call me back. Well, still waiting on that call. This place was so much better when they were a smaller dealership in Westover. It seems now they have lost their good personal customer service in the process of worrying about becoming a fancier dealership. Such a shame.

BEWARE A group of four of us went in just to look at cars and all four purchased used cars in November . Three of us have already had trouble, one has had to take his car back twice. Our salesman were GREAT, but beware when other staff there promise compensation for taking a MONTH to pay off your trade in, get it in writing. Management will not back up their staffs promises either. It caused one of us a lot of trouble with having to make payments on both cars. Just get it all in writing. And if you want to have someone call you back don't hold your breath.
My wife has a kia and only takes it to Freedom Kia when she absolutely has too especially this place, she doesnt go often but will never return now. She had to get a sensor replaced for an airbag, over 100 bucks just for them to tell her which sensor when it takes 5 seconds to hook up a machine, they ordered the part so she thought waited almost a month for her to call back and they didnt even order the part, they told her she needed to call the parts department and figure it out herself. NEEDLESS TO SAY she did the job of the service department and parts team. (Where's her pay??) It was fixed over $600 dollars later and that was for a used part they wanted 2300 for a new seat sensor. Skip a few months she has been trying to get into the shop for just a oil change and tire rotation. She can only do weekends because she works, understandable that's the first day that goes, but this dealership doesn't try and accommodate or offer any other solutions its just nope were booked, have a nice day. I have never seen a place that lacks customer service as much as this dealership. This is why we stick to the mom and pop shops, one they are honest, it doesnt break the bank and they do everything they can do accommodate a working family. KIA should be ASHAMED to work with the public because that is one thing they dont know anything about!
This is a horrible car dealership. They ripped off my friend with high interest rates and an unsafe vehicle with a faulty air bag system. They refuse to pay for anything that you find out about after selling you the car. If my friend gets in an accident and the airbags don’t deploy i will 100% hold Freedom Kia responsable. Shame on this establishment for try to save a quick buck by putting good people at risk of injury or death

I've had several sour experiences with them,including having to make several phone calls and messages without a callback.I had to basically make a complaint through the Ford side to finally get a response.They also questioned weather or not I had a tire maintenance package when I bought my car when I took it there with a leak- so that basically tells me that my original paperwork is also incomplete since they could not tell that immediately without having to show proof.Thank god I kept all of my records!!! Also had to wait several hours just to get a tire serviced.They'll bombard you with voicemails and emails about their sales promotions though,believe me on that!

Freedom has twice out of 2 times failed to honor on-line maintenance scheduling but offered to reschedule me at their convenience. I work 7 days a week and arranged time from work for this appointment. rescheduling wouldn't help me so the next day I tried quick lane for just a oil change and tire rotation. Upon arrival, even though they advertise NO APPOINTMENT NECESSARY, I was told they were fully booked and offered to make me an appointment. I needed the work done, so I went to two other vendors, one for the oil change and one for tire rotation. I contacted the store manager and was told he would check into it and I would receive a call from them the same day concerning the matter. To date I have heard from no one. Today, I received an e-mail concerning on-line maintenance scheduling. i chose to contact the individual listed in the mail to complain about the problems with on-line scheduling and received an e-mail that the individual was no longer employed there. The e-mail contained another e-mail contact which I wrote. That was another false lead. Does everyone in Freedom Auto Group play pass the buck and lie to their customers? I have bought 4 new KIA's from Freedom KIA. I will not buy another one from them nor will I recommend that anyone deal with Freedom Auto Group. James Seargeant

The worst place on planet earth. Took my car for state inspection sticker they kept it for a month and did things I never asked for. They charged me $3,015. I’m outraged. When I took my car I asked them to do mutltipoint inspection and replace both brakes and top all the fluids. When picked my car none of those were looked at or fixed. Instead they did things I did not ask for. My God how do they sleep at night. Just be careful. Just because you have Kia you do not necessarily need to go there. I just don’t want this to happen to any one especially around a holiday when people are short for money.
I Know The Deal With Dealerships, It's Often High Pressure.. The Sense Of Urgency Is Often Made Much Bigger Than It Needs To Be.. This Place Took It To A New Level. Listening Skills Are Not Good Here, It Was Always More About What "THEY WANTED" VS What I Wanted.... Oh Well, Lost My Business Across The Board As Far As Freedom Goes.

I purchased a 2017 Kia forte it is 60 days and one week later never sent to the dmv if had nothing but problems with the dealer ship the general manager is so rude and disrespectful he didnt even say he was sorry for the inconvenience I had to miss work for too days to deal with this issue I will never in my life go back to the dealer for another car ever !!! I was treated like I'm trash the general manager in about a joke and a half I will be trading the car back in as soon as I can at another dealer !!!! NEVER AGAIN !!!!

I am from out of town but needed to get an oil change before heading back home for a 3 hour trip. I called on Memorial weekend (Saturday morning) and the service manager was very accommodating and got me right in. Then when I get there he says it's still their customer appreciation special and my oil change and service inspection would be free! I was so surprised! I explained I'm from out of town and not a regular customer here. He said that didn't matter and sure enough I was blessed with a free oil change. The service area is very accommodating and comfortable with free wifi, just a great all around Kia dealership. Thank you!

I've called 5 times in the past week to attempt to schedule an oil change and been transferred back to service, left a voicemail and never got a response back. When I explained that I've called so many times, they still didn't seem to care to help. I'm now going to take my Kia to University Toyota because I had such a great experience with them in the past. I called them today and scheduled an appointment so easily.

Horrible service department! Unbelievably dishonest! A while back I sent a friend of mine here who seemed to have a problem that I assumed was a "dealer fix" and they charged her $315 for the diag alone!!! (This involved removing 5 screws and doing a simple visual inspection on a few items.) They also managed to do another $700 worth of work that the car absolutely did NOT need. It was a classic "safety issue" and immediately had to be repaired.. because of course it did.. They see a woman bring a car in and their eyes get big with envy.. Absurdity at it's finest. I have no experience with their sales department so I can't comment on them... but from what I saw on the work invoice, I wouldn't take A N Y T H I N G to this dealer's service department.

I didn't want to post a negative review but I’ve had it with these people. I purchased a 2013 Hyundai Accent GLS at Freedom Kia on September 18th 2017. I Purchased this car used (I have driven less then 8,000 miles since I purchased this vehicle) The dealership told me over and over again when test driving the car that it was “certified” and is still under its 10 year Powertrain warranty. I found out later on that was not remotely true. This dealership is an official inspection station, they inspected this car and put the current inspection sticker on the vehicle in July of 2017 with a bad steering rack and with the AIR BAG NOT WORKING! Everything “seemed” okay on the day of my purchase. Since it was coming from a large dealership I thought nothing could be wrong with this car but 5 days after I purchased this vehicle (less then 100 miles) the steering rack went bad. They fixed the steering rack but it took them over 1 month after being told 4 days, (which took my car out of the dealerships 30 day warranty and then refused to start the warranty over) since then I’ve taken the car back to the dealership on 9 separate occasions. 3 times for basic maintenance. The other times were about problems including an engine knock that started but they insisted everything was fine, even though I presented them with videos. Now an engine light came on related to engine knock and they told me the knock sensor was bad, turned out that wasn’t true. I was so fed up that I took the car to a Hyundai dealership and was told the knock sensor WOULD NOT cause a physical knock so they looked at the car for free. Turns out the car needed a software update to fix the engine issue. The Hyundai dealership also informed me that my airbags don’t work at all and that it needs a clock spring replaced in order for the airbags to work. After trying to charge $220 to fix it I explained how the airbag light was on when I purchased the car but didn’t think much of it and have videos the day Kia gave me back the car from fixing the steering rack and the light was ON! After explaining that to Hyundai they told me Kia should fix the problem if that is the case, so i did just that. After spending most of the day dealing with Kia and explaining another issue that should have been fixed before attempting to sell the car to anyone, they agreed to pay for half the work that needed done up to $400. i said these should have been fixed before I ever purchased the car but was rudely told they don’t have to do anything for me. (except these issues should have never existed this soon under my possession. They should have been obligated to fix these very serious safety problems with the car if they existed while having it in there possession.) The experience Ive had from this dealership has been nothing but a nightmare, I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to this dealership.
If I could give them less than one star and still write this review I would! When I bought my car from Khia before it was located at its new location a few years ago I really had a great experience. I however when I got the recall to come in and fix the problem with the breaks It was a very POOR experience. I not only was going to get the part for the breaks repaired but also an oil change and an inspection. I made an appointment and my boyfriend took in my car. They repaired the part, and changed my oil but they left blood in my drivers side seat and didn't even bother to clean it up. GROSS!!!

I purchased a car in December 2018 Kia Forte 4,000 some miles. The car was a loaner never titled. I went in for my First oil change at 11,000 miles. I was told I needed new tires they were at 4/32 . Why ? I got a new car it should have new tires Not need new tires.To the credit the salesman was awesome. The service manager is awesome. The sales manager wants to give me a deal on tires NOT. A deal should be to have the tires replaced 4 months 13,000 miles tires shouldn’t need replaced. Do yourself a favor buy something somewhere else.
