Not every dealership really hears what your situation is like. Many just pretend to listen so they can push a deal on any car you glance at. Elkins CDJR didn't take that approach with me and got me a clean, smooth running vehicle well within my price range and requirements. They heard what time frame I had and gave me a great deal on a Jeep that I am beyond happy with. I highly recommend looking, testing and buying here if you want a human experience and not the normal dealership woes.

While on a ski trip to Canaan Valley WV I noticed a coolant leak on my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I called Elkins Dodge Jeep Ram and was able to schedule a service appointment the next day. On the way to the appointment I noticed that I would need a oil change within the next 200 miles or so. Since I was headed to New England for 10 days I decided try to get this done as well. The service department personnel were great, got my oil change done and and fixed the small leak within an hour. In addition, when mentioned that I needed to visit the local Walmart and asked directions they (Trey) volunteered to drive me to the store and pick me up when we were finished. I was very impressed with the facility and with the helpfulness of all of the folks I dealt with at the dealership. Keep up the good work!

Worse service I've had!! Took truck in to get TIPM flashed and got out and made it 10 miles then pcm light came on. And they didn't even flash TIPM they flashed pcm. Took it back and wouldn't make it right and wanted to charge another $94 to do it again!! And they only worked on it 1/2 hour to begin with. Guys at service desk doesn't have a clue what is going on there. Don't have aNY service work done there because it will come out worse then went in

I took my daughter over to Elkins Ford in. Thursday to look at a used 2015 Chrysler 200. The lady at the front desk tried to help us by locating the car. We finally found out someone had the car out. The staff told us that they would have it back the next morning at 9:00. We live in Petersburg and I explained to them we would not be able to be back in the morning. We would be coming back over Saturday morning to look at it if the car would be there. We were told by 2 employees that the car defiantly would be there on Saturday. Saturday we went back over to FIND OUT THE CAR WAS STILL OUT. Needless to say we left. I told them that we would go else where to look at vehicles. Pathetic service. Would not recommend them to anyone....

I cannot say enough good things about this place. I purchased a used Jeep Wrangler from them about four weeks ago. They discovered some issues with it After the deal was done and would not sell it to me as they were safety issues. Needless to say I was Angry, but appreciated their honesty and concern. Two days later I got a phone call telling me they were going to take care of all issues and I could still have it for the original price if I wanted it. Of course I did! I was elated! That is what I call an honest, reputable dealership. much appreciation to Vince and Jason for honoring the deal, to Gary S for his efforts as the go between, and to the guys in the service department. All class acts. If ever in the market for another vehicle, they will be my first stop.

Very shady and misleading dealership. The 2013 Hyundai Sonata pictured on their site is not what they really have on the lot. Called in advance on 4/18 and was told it was still available so I went there not only to find out it wasn't same color or model as listed or in as good of condition but I couldn't even test drive it because they were waiting on parts. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in 6 months. Horrible experience!!!!

Have a minor issue with a faulty temperature sensor but the dealership was great about quickly checking the truck and ordering the part. Appears to be a customer service-oriented environment. I would definitely recommend this dealership and sales representative if you’re thinking about a new vehicle purchase.

I can't say enough about these guys. Bought a 19 Ram and the experience was great, no pressure and they worked hard to find me the right truck with the right payment. The truck had a minor issue with the driver side window a few weeks later, not their fault. They drove a loaner to me in Bridgeport and picked up my new truck to have it fixed and returned it good as new the next day. This is my third truck from Elkins and I will be a loyal customer as long as I live in the area. First class service and all around operation, I couldn't ask for anything more, highly recommended!!

Overall my experience was great. The sales rep didn't have to do much as I already had a used car in mind. She did at times appear to be more interested in her cell phone then the customer. At one point I had asked a question and she responded back thirty seconds later once she finished sending a text. I could have done without all that but she did get the job done and appeared to be knowledgeable. Financing took about an hour from start to finish and the rep made it enjoyable. There appeared to be a lot of inventory on the lot and the interest rate actually beat my credit union quote so I was able to leave with the vehicle without having to make another out of town trip.

The staff at Elkins Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram were extremely polite and professional. My wife and I had been searching for a Chrysler Pacifica for several months and were unable to locate one with the options we wanted at a price that we felt was fair. We called Elkins CDJR at about 7:30 pm and Jordan answered the phone. He was extremely helpful and informed us that they were actually closed and he would call me in the morning. Sure enough the called me the next morning when they opened and answered all of my questions promptly and professionally. My wife and I had actually planned on driving to Parkersburg Wv from Fairmont Wv to view a similar vehicle but instead drove to Elkins after speaking with Jordan. When we arrived, Jordan was busy with another customer but promptly assisted us. The vehicle we came to view was everything we were looking for so we decided to purchase it. The easiest part of the entire experience was coming to a final out the door price. Unfortunately due to he holidays, we had to wait a few days on the bank but we're able to get everything worked out. We called and let Jordan know we were on our way from Fairmont to take delivery of our new vehicle and the process was extremely easy. The staff were polite and professional in every way. The facility at Elkins Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is by far one of the nicest and cleanest car dealerships I have ever been to. The only reason this review is 4/5 stars and not 5/5 stars is due to the detail of the vehicle pre-delivery. The detail job was completed satisfactorily yet I feel hat it could've been a little bit better. Also, Jordan did not walk me or my wife through any of the registration for Chrysler's UConnect or the SiriusXM radio registration. Other than that, I am 100% satisfied with my purchase, the service we received and the facility at Elkins CDJR. I would recommend this dealership to family and friends.
