I'm an old customer Bought my first Kia Optima in 2013. Best car I have owned and I've had Honda s and Toyota's. I just did go over 100,000 miles. To find my oil is going somewhere. Doesnt burn or leak. But I'm loosing or consuming 1 at for under 1,000 miles driving. I'm sick about it because I love this vehicle. I've done oil changes every 3 thousand miles. Car look great. I've had the service dept check several times. Will need a new engine because there is an issue. I wouldn't feel safe driving on trips now. New engine $6,000. Wow. Trade in value about 6,000. Really cant afford a new car payment. 103,000 when first reported. Can you extend the warranty. I've been your # 1 promoter since I bought this car. Love the car and loved this dealership.

I have known Mrs Lawrence a long time. Her word is as good as anyone in our community. I support and trust her words. If you haven't seen her experience on social media, make sure you check it out before purchasing at this particular dealership. In support of Debbie Lawrence. Jason and Finance Manager should be avoided at all coat. They lied to me, sold a car out from under me, then once I called them out on it, they stopped replying to me. Then in turn, I'm now having to go outside of them getting more inquires into my credit and lowering my scores due to their negligence. I am considering civil liabilities for these actions. The Service Department at Dutch Miller Kia in Barboursville were excellent! They were very professional and customer oriented. They also have Saturday hours, which is the only day I would be able to come in without missing work. I made an appointment on line and they were able to get to my vehicle right away when I brought it in. After work was completed I had a question about changing the auto door unlock feature on my Kia, they said that they didn't think they would be able to change this. When I was leaving, the Service Advisor and Technician caught me in the parking lot and said they were able to change it after all. They took my vehicle back and changed the setting in only a few minutes. The fact that they would come out and catch me just to answer a question and correct a preference that I had, that didn't actually affect the functionality of the car, just speaks to their level of customer service. Excellent!

This dealership I had nothing but empty promises and they ran my credit unauthorised. Yes without my permission. Trust me don't go there and expect the truth or to honorable dealership. Totally not honest with you. They only lie to get the sale, once you are out the door. You can't get anything that was promised and even put in writing about their promise of commitments in the written sales contract. Unless you want to go to court.

Im not sure what to think about A google user's review below me..I have had nothing but amazing service @ Dutch Miller Kia. My salesman Johnathon was extremely polite and helpful and helped me get my new Sorento within my price range. I have owned it for 6 months now and the service dept has been super. I actually had my transmission act up at month 3, they checked it out and said it was a manufacturer fault. The entire thing was replaced within 3 days, they gave me a loaner and it was all covered under my warranty...I love the care they give there customers, im even taking my daughter to get a new Kia this weekend from there.. I would recommend them to anyone!

I purchased a 2014 Kia Soul almost 2 month's ago, pd 10,500.00 cash. The car had 43,000 miles when I drove it home. I have seen a hundred " friend's and family " commercials over the year's, and now every Saturday it's an hour long commercial. Anyhow a month into ownership of my car, my driver's front window tint peeled from the bottom up. I called and spoke with a gentleman who had no idea what to do? He transferred me to the sales manager... what a joke! He informs me that the only thing he could do is peel the tint off for me??? As I start to fuss a bit he tells me they did me a favor by putting me in a 2014 Kia for 1500.00 less than the asking price. Haha which by the way was what the price was on their website, they just jacked up the window sticker price. So actually I purchased the vehicle for their asking price... I do have to give credit where credit is due though... They have given me a 19.99 oil change with my purchase. I also need to add that I had to purchase floor mats and my sunglass slot opens every time I hit a pebble in the road, and it took 2 month's to receive my title. I spoke to two people. I was told they had mailed it twice, and it was returned twice because of wrong address. Nope! Correct address! Also my name is spelled wrong on my title. I had overlooked the small thing's until now. This dealership isn't about friend's and family, customer service or repeat customer's. It's about getting the sales and making that commission! I wouldn't recommend Dutch Miller to anyone.

Decided to order a truck with Dutch after going back and forth between Dutch and Walker. I was quoted a price and assured that the rebates and price when I ordered the truck would be what I paid. So magically a week before the new truck came in, the price jumped $4XXX. I knew something was up when the VIN was available the next week and they didn't accept my deposit and told me not to worry about it. They lied to make a sale, and now I'm out a couple thousand in rebates that have since expired.

I got a screw in my tire on a Friday and got it patched at another tire place. It didn’t fix so I took It Monday to Dutch Miller Kia. I was Informed the whole was too big to patch and needed a new tire. They worked immediately in on their busy schedule and changed my tire for me no problem. I am very disappointed with the service department after this appointment. I had to scrub the interior of my Optima after I got home. It seems the person who removed and put new stickers on the inside of the front window didnt wash the grease off of his/her hands before holding on to the interior post. I have already scrubbed the post three times and Guess What? The Grease Is Still There!!! I AM EXTREMELY MAD AND UPSET!!!

It didn’t start off great. My wife took in our 2011 Kia Sorento to the service department to get some recalls fixed and made it 20 minutes down the road and it broke down on her. We took it back to the service department to see what was wrong. The service guys were very understanding and we got linked with a salesman. Nathan Graves is an exceptional person to deal with. He worked hard to get us the best deal possible and didn’t push anything on us. He was very patient and understood our needs for a better and more reliable car. I would recommend him and their sales department any day of the week and will definitely use this dealership any time. I have previously bought 2 kias from Greg. He was absolutely amazing to deal with! I first bought a 2011 optima, then traded my optima for a 2013 sportage. I went in today along with my husband to look at a new optima. I already knew I was going to be top heavy on my sportage. We dealt with salesman Neil. He had no customer service skills whatsoever! They were not willing to work with us one bit! After hearing their so called "deal" they were going to make us, we just got up and left. WHAT A JOKE! I said that's fine, we'll just go to Mark Porter Buick, Chevy, GMC in Pomeroy, Ohio! Neil makes the comment, "please let me know if they beat our deal!" So guess what, I did! I'm driving home in a 2017 GMC Acadia right now! There is no comparison! I messaged Neil back to let him know. His response "well sorry we don't have like 5k in rebates!" Really, what kind of customer service is this?! If anybody wants a new vehicle, please visit Jim at Mark Porter in Pomeroy, Ohio! Dutch Miller, you have lost my business, and you can better believe I'm going to share my experience with all family and friends! From now on, please get to know the personalities of your sales people before you hire!

Can’t thank Nathan and Jonathon—and the rest of the team—enough for their help in arranging my purchase of a Stinger. They were transparent, honest, quick to respond to my (many) questions and…patient. Since I was looking for a particular car, and a great example of it was on their lot, I ended up driving six hours in a rental to get there and finish the purchase. When I showed up, they were prepared, attentive, fast and honest—no last minute fee shenanigans or anything like that despite dropping the rental and walking straight in. I've talked to a lot of dealers and they were so good, it was worth the six hour drive just to work with such high quality folks. If/when I decide to upgrade, I’ll absolutely call them first!

Bought a car from them, which took all day because the sales and finance ppl are a joke. Then I go get new tires at a tire store and the lug nut lock key is no where to be found. I go back to get new ones and they tell me because it's been over 60 days then won't replace them. They have no idea what it means to keep a customer happy over $50. All they care about is selling you a car and then they could care less about you. Not to mention the salesman who sold me the car is no longer there so apparently it was his fault for not checking...

After I made a deal on a 2015 Lexus IS250 with them and pay a deposit, they canceled the deal and their reason was the GM didn't wanna do this transaction to find out they Sold the car to somebode else. Beaware they are liers and unprofessional and won'r recommend them at all.

WARNING! To anyone looking to purchase a vehicle I DO NOT recommend Dutch Miller Kia . They have done nothing but lie to us and take as much money as they can with surprise fees that they cant explain . When questioned they will just keep changing their answer until they can justify it . They quote lower prices and continually raise them when you go to sign. They have left us feeling robbed , trapped and taken advantage of . They are a HORRIBLE business ! 6 years ago they were great but they have really gone down hill . I used to like this place about 6 years ago & felt well taken care of however since my last vehicle purchase about a year ago (new Sorrento) I just waste time trying to get anything fixed. Nothing but a run around. A small piece of trim that was reported broken the next day after I bought it has yet to be replaced. Seems they just can't get the right part even after a year of me owning it. Took video of problems & they still refuse to fix those malfunctions.

Most people would probably have laughed at my credit and sent me on my way but he actually took time to work with me and tried every possible scenario until we came up with the right one. They lied to me, sold a car out from under me, then once I called them out on it, they stopped replying to me. Then in turn, I'm now having to go outside of them getting more inquires into my credit and lowering my scores due to their negligence. I am considering civil liabilities for these actions. Love the car so far. 3 months in and not an issue with the car. I go to make my first payment and I call the finance company and they didn’t have record of my finance plan. - turns out they had issues with that finance company and just switched it to another one without our permission and didn’t let us know that it had changed AND that my monthly payment went up $40. Okay.. no big deal.. I’ll live. Not happy.. but.. I’ll live. A week later I get a paper in the mail from the DMV saying that my tags were transferred. - that’s odd because Jason Smalley told me I was getting new tags and my old tags were left on my trade in. I’ve contacted Dutch Miller Kia in Barboursville and Mr. Smalley on multiple occasions and I’ve yet to hear back with an actual resolution. My temp tags are dead after tomorrow.. I’m not happy and I doubt I go to another Dutch Miller. EVER.

Buying our 2016 Kia Sorento from Dutch Miller Kia was an absolutely great experience. We were able to get the deal we wanted with very little back and forth and everyone was very helpful. Was very pleased with Nathan as a sales representative; however, not that pleased with the quoting of numbers used to sell the car. Was quoted the selling price at one set of numbers but another value appeared on the form used by the finance representative. Purchased the car regardless of this action. What did not like was the ways that tried into increase profit with lots of "add one". We did not take ownership of the car until the next day. Told them we would exchange cars the next day. They asked that we call become coming in. We did but was the car ready, no! Had to wait over an hour to get delivery. Wondering why the car was not prep after we signed the papers purchasing the car and knowing we would be in the next morning? Really, really hope the service department is better than "prep" department.

Nobody knows anything. I was told 3 different things about the warranty. The salesman said I couldn't change my own oil. At the 30 day service, I was told I could use my own oil & filter (Mobil 1 synthetic & Mobil 1 filter), both better than factory, but had to have them do it & just pay labor, then at oil change, I had to use their oil & filter. Nobody has any answers or contacted me.

great customer service from dutch Miller Kia, in barboursville and service manager blake Miller, got a part replaced Saturday and through dumb luck a few hours later it was damaged through no ones fault car was not damaged at all, and my car smelled great after I got it saturday, dont know what it was but wanted to thank whoever! I texted my sales man CJ Blosserblosser, he was sorry about what happened and told me.to see blake Miller, most people might have got upset about this, I have read negative reviews about people experience about dutch Miller kia...go in and be nice, people it's amazing how far that will get you! they are going to get me another part,,,,, great customer service as always from blanche and brian at service counter if you need a new car go see CJ help him retain his title! thank you all! (my mom and grandmother had always got cars from dutch Miller in Huntington when I was growing up)
