So, I filled out a pre approval online. This place BLOWS MY CELL UP for over a week to come in. I found a car,went in,and got nothing but upsale. "How about $500 a month" when I repeated that $350 was my comfort area. It was closing time on Saturday. Said they would contact me. No call back at all! I emailed finance and sales to check the status with NO RETURN CALL! Then 5 days later I get a text from Dutch Miller in Barboursville asking if I found a car. (I looked online) I told them that I couldn't even get a F#&@ You from Huntington. Guess what his reply was... NOTHING!!! LMFAO!! It was enough for me ,as a man, to sit back,take a breath,& keep the old me calm. Hopefully someone reads this to at least soften the blow when this place HoneyDicks you and treats u like trash. Just by private if they're your only option. Glockner is across the bridge lol

Called and was able to get my 2002 Hyundai Sonata in the same day for an inspection on possible recall repair work. Dutch Miller Hyundai staff was very welcoming and explained the claims process thoroughly. Amazing service personnel!

A bunch of crooks, from the finance people to the general manager . And for Cris Miller he has a good talk but when it comes to getting to the facts not there. I know one thing I will not recommend anyone to buy a car from any of their dealerships at all. Having dirty finance people working for you does not mean a lot.

Customer service was not professional. Do not back up their body shop warranties or the warranties with the automobile companies. Absolutely would not recommend Dutch Miller's Auto Body Work especially through Nationwide Insurance they say they have 100% guarantee back up but that is not true they just make out like issues that you have caused yourself. Definitely back in the day Dutch Miller was honest but these people do not back up their word they definitely need customer service training.
