My husband and I have had the most horrible experience ever with the service staff and management! Nothing we paid for to fix our truck was completed and they never put our truck back together! We had to reassemble our dash before we could even leave the lot. They misdiagnosed the issue and sold us unneeded parts. Managers are never available to make a complaint and corporate has not returned our call from friday! I highly recommend going to another dealership to save you our experience!! STAY AWAY!!!!

I called to get an estimated to fix my traction control. I explained the car's not driveable. Instead of trying to help they wanted me to tow my car to them. This means if the price is to high. I would need to tow it back home as well. Can't catch a break.

I purchased a new 16 3500 HD from Crossroads. The sales experience was nice, after that it's all downhill. After talking with other people I now realize that I am not the only persons vehicle that the expert service technicians failed to tighten up the lug nuts. Taking my expert service experience further I also have a step bar unsecured, rear wheels mounted with no access to the valve stems, deep scarring on the polished wheels, and a front end issue they are unable to correct. A careless and clueless service department. I am very saddened that GM tolerates such incompetence. Do not trust them. Follow Up. I contacted Crossroads after they responded to the review. I have been waiting weeks to hear back from them. Don't be fooled by the lip service they post on reviews and the loud obnoxious clownish commercials. If you are glutton for punishment and decide to buy from them, be sure you take it elsewhere for service.

Sales team is very attentive. I’ve always known them to be on top of things when taking care of their customers. Managers are very nice as well, and will come out to greet you when they can. I love their Service Department! Anytime I have ever had a vehicle there, I am very well taken care of! Service Manager Mike is awesome, as well as the Techs I have met and also their Service Advisors. Haven’t been to the Parts Department much, but the two times I did need to go, I was promptly taken care of and they exceeded my expectations!!

I have used crossroads Chevrolet for service for a couple of years and had a horrible experience this time. Sat for 3 hours to have and oil change and to balance my tires. Watched Virginia the service rep let everyone else know what was going on with their cars and never even acknowledged that I was there and had been waiting. I had an 8am appointment. And didn’t leave until 11am. When everyone that had come in after me had also left before me I went to the front to see what was going on with my car to find that Virginia had my paperwork sitting at her desk. Why? Horrible customer service. I will look for some where else to have my fleet car maintanence completed every month.

If I could leave no stars I would. If you are out-of-state do not even attempt to purchase anything from their internet pricing or dealership period. They wasted our time for a whole afternoon making us believe we were all set and will get a sales agreement the next morning to head on over to pick up the car, find out next morning their corporate policy is first with the cash gets the car, and they wont even write up a bill of sale either so you know what they will sell the car to you for. Out of state buyers beware, and owner of the dealership feel free to reach out to me as your whole used car staff knows how to contact me, and I will not retract this from the internet as I want everyone to beware of your policies, you may be great locally as you are probably the only dealership in the area, but shouldn't even attempt to compete nationally if you cant honor your word, by the way I have all the texts from your staff stating a sales agreement was on it's way, several times.

I have also gotten 4 of my friends to buy from them as well and they treated them the same as me. Charles Cuthbertson is a good man he did all my deals. Ask for Charlie. The only problem I do have with the dealership is the service department. They need better more qualified people working in service. But pleas if your looking for a new Chevrolet please go ask for Charlie. He will take care of you.

Absolutely will never ever buy a vehicle here again. We purchased a truck a week ago. The tire pressure gauges were not working properly. At the time of purchase the mechanic shop was closed and we were told to bring it back to have it reset. Upon return, not only did we have to wait 3 HOURS but they wanted to charge us $400! Absolutely outrageous. This is the worst service we have ever experienced! Please heed the warning, this place is full of liars and cheats. NEVER AGAIN.

Unfortunately, this is not good news. My transmission blew up on a trip home from from Charleston, SC and I ended up at Crossroads. They did a very nice job of providing and installing a new transmission in just two days. The problem: I drove the car home and found transmission fluid on the ground two days later, a seal they removed and reused leaked. Then they stated they were not responsible because the seal was not new. Now, i can't imagine why they would charge $4,300 for a new transmission and not replace an existing seal. This is especially true given it cost about $20.00! And, although they were quick to disclaim any responsibility as " the seal is not an actual part of the transmission" it's difinitely interagal to it's operation and I repeat, it costs about $20.00!! So now, between the new towing cost, seal and installation costs, car rental while in the shop, I have spent another $450.00. All because Crossroads didn't think it made sense to replace a$20.00 seal integral to the transmission when they already had the transmission out, go figure...

Personnel at the service desk were very nice. Chevrolet recommends 7500 miles between oil changes. Your shop put a sticker on my truck that the next change was due in 5,000. I called and challenged that. Strange the dealer doesn't have confidence in the manufacturer's guidelines? Oil was spilled on the manifold, creating a stinch and smoke. I was offered a detail at my next change, 7,500 miles! Could have been better, but personnel were nice.

They gave me a trade value sheet with more than the information I needed (which was perfect). Afterwards they did not push me to purchase a vehicle. The service department is lacking in a bad way! Every time I’ve taken one of two cars that were purchased there in for service, I or my wife end up leaving upset because of getting charged extra w no real explanation or the issue we had not being fixed. We then take the vehicle to another GM service location and it gets fixed. Imagine that! Very unhappy and disappointed that GM would let this keep going on knowing they’re losing a customer that has purchased three cars from them in one year and is getting ready to buy another. Might by GM.....Might NOT, but I’m just a customer. Oh well.

My Chevrolet Sonic needed front brakes and an oil change and tire rotation.Turned out the brake rotors had to be changed.The bill came to 478 with coupons would have been 600 without them .On top of that my wife had to wait 4 hours for the repairs . I purchased a new 2017 Malibu from Crossroads after debating and looking around for a week. Rob was my sales rep and he was very understanding and easy going. He made the purchase worth it from many perspectives. I highly recommend him if you choose to buy from here. However, be carful she. You go to close on your car. I delt with the lady business manager and she pushing additional sales on me through warranties and other stuff. I know it’s part of the job, but I know what’s best for me. Don’t keep going over the same thing more and more and more when I don’t need it. However, wht really got me is when we got to the “we owe” form in which Crossroads owed me rain visors and free install. This wasn’t on the paper and she got irritated. She tried calling the managers and Bonnie knew about it and so Rob was called in so we could figure it out. He informed her that it was part of the deal but she didn’t want any part of it nor did she want to right it on the paper. At first, she declined and said she wouldn’t write it down as the visors were ordered. I told her I would have all away from the sale without it in writing. She really got an attitude then and ask real snotty how would I like it wrote down. I and my friend told her several times how to write it and she wouldn’t. Finally Rob stepped on and we got it on paper. I’m not sure who she thinks she is, but when I’m making such a huge purchase, I’m gonna look out for the best interest in me. If this experience didn’t happen with the business manager, I would have given a better rating, but everyone contributes to a sale and she was a major piece to it that turned it in a negative experience.

We brought our car in for maintenance and to get our tire fixed. The tire has been slowly leaking air, requiring us to fill it on an almost daily basis. They stated there was no issue with the tire during the visit, but then it expectedly went flat again within the next day. The vehicle was brought in and suddenly was told there was two nails in the tire and had failed sensors. The bill came to over $800 after the sensors because they could not fix the tire and we opted to buy a whole new set. The tires were around 460 for the set. Could they not tell that there was an issue with the sensors during the initial visit? How could two nails not be spotted? It was careless and a mistake that possibly cost us hundreds.

I got a coupon in the mail for $25 dollars off ANY service available in their service department. I had an oil change and a state inspection done. When I went to pay and use the coupon, I found out that a full-priced oil change qualifies as a "service special", and the coupon would not cover it. I'm not sure what is so "special" about a full-priced oil change that came out to nearly $55 or how exactly that counts as "a special", but apparently no one should get too excited about any coupons you get in the mail from Crossroads Chevrolet. My experience with them had sort of a "bait-and-switch" feel to it where they lured me in with a deceptive coupon and charged me a lot more than I was expecting. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Had appointment set for 1230 pm on a Saturday. When I arrived they told me they had lunch even though they were the ones who set the appointment. Then I was there until right about 3 pm for an oil change and a tire rotation. Stepped outside because I was stressed and saw people singing along with friends in low places on their radio and noone was working on my truck. I will never go back for services or ever buy another vehicle there ever again.

If you need a vehicle, go to crossroads Chevrolet and get it (even on Sunday) The people there are very knowledgeable and friendly. They had my car in the service dept over the course of 2 months due to electrical problems. Instead of just telling me they had no clue what was causing the problem they kept guessing at what it could be. Replaced all kinds of wires and sensors costing me $2000+ and the problem STILL occurs.. also called corporate and they were no help either.. So 2 months and $2000+ later I’m DONE dealing with them and won’t recommend them to anyone..

I was very pleased with our salesperson, Nick, when I purchased my vehicle. However, nearly 3 months later I'm just finding out that when they transferred my insurance (at the dealership) they did not ensure that comprehensive and collision was placed on the vehicle I purchased...I've been driving this vehicle around nearly 3 mos with only liability insurance. I took it in for service today only to find out it has a major problem that is going to cost over $4300 to repair which is not covered under warranty. This problem was most likely present when I purchased this used vehicle!! Wonder if Crossroads Chevy was aware when they sold me the vehicle?? Very disappointed to say the least. I'm not even sure what to do or say about this whole issue!

I purchased a vehicle in November from Crossroads Chevrolet. The vehicle was misrepresented. I was told the vehicle was AWD and after 1 week I found out the vehicle wasn’t AWD. I called several times and e-mailed Crossroads Chevrolet without any response. I had my first oil change and tire rotation this week and was completely dissatisfied. The oil change took way too long and I asked if the service department could look at the front windshield washer because it hadn’t worked since I purchased the vehicle. I was told I needed to purchase the part myself. I declined to pay for the part because this vehicle was purchased with it broken. I left the dealership and immediately noticed that the hood was a little ajar. I immediately stopped and lifted the hood and the mechanics had left a tool under the hood. The hood was slammed down and closed.

Stress as I was initially Steve stayed steady and consistent in speaking to my situation in turn calm my nerves. 5 stars for Steve. Crystal professional, personable, hardworking. Crystal brave the deluge of rain to get the mileage from my vehical. Crystal also facilitated the transfer of my belongings from my vehicle to company's shuttle. Prior to that she fielded calls and info for my transportation from outside agencies . Due to rules for out-of-towners and my lack of funds failed. The shuttle was manned by a Mr Moony who also carried the same excellent traits imbued in others I came in contact. Mr Moony continued elevating my spirits with stories of past service to our great country through past experiences we similiar shared. Moony helped with my personables into my room. Making sure he picked the heaviest. Matt who I thanked with a solid handshake and a heartfelt smile and thank you.Matt has a visegrip handshake... good man! I thanked Matt on my trio a lot; as my vehicle ran nicely and arrived In one piece. Left Days Inn 5am 2July18 arrived in Earth City, Mo. at 3:30pm 2July18. I have used Crossroads Chevy for car car for years. This was by far the worse experience I have ever had, not only with Crossroads Chevy, but with any car care service. I came in for an oil change and a daytime driving light bulb change. Appointment was at 10:30am. I arrived at 10:20 and waited. Saw customers come.and go. Finally at 12:20pm I went to the desk and was told that everyone had gone to lunch. That corporate requires all mechanics and service personnel to go to lunch from noon till 1pm. No one told me that it would be so long! I had another appointment that day at 1pm. The lady at the desk verified that my oil change was complete and I asked for my car. She had to go get it herself because....everyone else was at lunch!!! Never again. Horrible customer service!

Was very disappointed this last time I went, had a 230 oil change appointment didn't get out until almost 5....all new staff , they guy at the service desk told me that anytime I came to go ahead and pull in the garage because he was fat and didn't like to walk...thats part of YOUR job!!!

I made an appointment for 10:30 am on Saturday, Apr. 20, to have the transmission fluid in my 2013 Avalanche flushed. When I arrived the service person ( I do not know his name) said they could also flush the coolant at the same time so I added that as well as making sure each tire had 38 lbs of pressure with a reset of tire location with the truck. The service person said it should take about 2 1/2 hours to have everything done. My truck was taken back shortly after my arrival. After 4 1/2 hours at approximately 3:00 pm, the service person came out to tell me that the transmission flushing machine had broken and the tech was having to flush it manually. However, he was almost done and it would not take much longer. I told him I had to be out of there because I was meeting family for dinner at 5:00 pm in Fayetteville. He also explained that a tech had quit on Thursday and there were 2 techs trying to do the job of 3 that day. He assured me it shouldn't be too much longer. At approximately 4:00 pm, the service person came out and said that the tech was almost done with the transmission flush. He asked if I still wanted the other two things done. I told him no because I had to leave to meet family at 5:00 in Fayetteville for dinner. Please just get me out of here. I saw the tech bring my truck out to the parking lot at about 4:20 pm. I went to the service person and asked if it was ready. He said that doing the flush manually used more parts and labor so someone was adjusting the bill and it would take a few minutes. I was worried all day that something went wrong because it took way longer than it should have. I asked for my keys so I could put my stuff in the truck and test drive it to make sure it was alright. He said I would have to leave a debit or credit card to take it since I had not paid yet. I was livid and insulted at this point. I asked him if he really thought I was going to leave without paying after I had sat there 6 hours for a flush. He said that was policy. I left my debit card and test drove my truck up to iHeart church and back to make sure she ran alright. I came back and waited until 4:45 when my bill was finally ready. I could not believe there was no discount for being stuck there for 6 hours. I would have been happy with a free oil change or something for the inconvenience of wasting my day. I mean seriously....I had a lot more to do that day than sit there and lose 6 hours of my life that I will never get back. The service person was nice but, this was absolutely ridiculous. If the job could not be completed because of understaffing then someone should have called to reschedule. I would have understood and just rescheduled.

First truck I bought here had scratches on it, salesman said they would buff them out at later date I agreed. Took it back they buffed it all right left swirls all over it and would not fix it. So bought another truck here sales was great to deal with, so check engine light comes on I take to to services department and was there 5 hours, should tell you if you have a light on to drop it off or give you a ride to use just saying 5 hours is a long time to sit in waiting area. Not disgusted with this service but needs improved!!

Im a veteran, I loved how the dealership worked with me on trying to get my truck, Lisa and Jeff were very helpful as sales reps. the only reason I give a 3 star is because the dealership needs to know what features the vehicle has before putting it up for sale for example, in my case I seen the truck online an it was suppose to have power folding mirrors with auto dimming, I got after market trailer mirrors with out power folding and auto dimming. i asked for them to begin with before I bought the truck. to make the story short, I talked to the general manager Kenny and he said they didn’t add in the price to fix the power folding and dimming mirrors, so therefor they will not fix them. I shouldn’t have to pay more for something that was in the advertisement. I found the mirrors didn’t power fold before I signed the papers and was told it would be taken care of well it wasn’t. So I would advise you , the vehicles are great but just check the options before you buy, they don’t check the features of the truck and they think the truck has all the features it’s suppose to have . On a better note they really are nice people.
