By far the worst experience i have ever had with a car dealer. They dropped the ball twice on getting info over to the lender. I still haven't heard anything back from them but that's ok i went to Kenny Ross got a better price and great customer service.

Thank goodness for James he really cares about customer satisfaction. I moved here to work and used this dealership 5 or 6 times. Every time left feeling like i had been slightly over charged (lots of overhead I understand ). They offer a drop off and pickup service, which was extremely helpful. The service team member did not express the same level of concern.
A month and a half to schedule service on our car. We take it in and the tech called off. They have no one to work on it but can reschedule for October. The first time I called to have it looked at I was told they couldn't work on it since we didn't buy it from them. We tried to buy the car from them and they couldnt help us.

Outstanding! We were traveling over a 1000 miles from home and has a DEF sensor light up giving us a 150 miles till limp mode every other dealership I called said at least 4 days before they could even look at it and Sam got us in, taken care of, and back on the road within hours. Hands down the best service

I purchased a lifetime power train warranty when I bought my Jeep in 2014. Five years later, when I had a problem, I called the warranty company but had no warranty. When the transaction was made it stopped at the dealership. I can get a refund but have no warranty. I can’t even get interest on my money they had for five years. Shows they really care about their customer satisfaction ratings! Duh!

I'd got my 1st brand new vehicle here at Country Club Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealer in 2015. I drive a 2015 Jeep Patriot. This dealer will treat you right. The parts and service department are also great. Most dealers won't install customer bought parts, this dealer does. I'd bought brake pads at the local NAPA auto parts store after I'd got my Jeep inspected for state inspection, they installed my NAPA brake pads. In the past, I'd ordered dealer only parts, for my other Jeep, my 2003 Liberty. The prices were reasonable. Parts and service department are very helpful and very professional. You won't be disappointed with this dealer. If you are buying a part but don't know the part number, just get the VIN number and they'll find your part that way. If you like Mopar such as Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep or Ram trucks, you will like County Club Chrysler, the staff is very professional. And the price and wage for the parts & service department at County Club Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealer is mostly reasonable, parts & service department here is cheaper than Harry Green Chevrolet or Chenoweth Ford's parts & service department, heck, Chenoweth Ford's parts and service is cheaper than Harry Green's. If you come to Country Club Chrysler Dealer, you'll like it here.
My visit to Country Club Chrysler went very well. I looked at a couple of vehicles (Jeep Compass and Jeep Renegade). The salesman (Jason Miller) was very helpful and knowledgeable about the Compass and Renegade.
They do not take responsibility for anything that happens to go wrong my brakes went completely out on my 2014 Ford Escape, so it had to be my fault

Since the used lot down the road does not a have a separate website unfortunately all of country club will have to bear the brunt of this review: During a recent promotional event my wife an I went the the Country Club Used Lot to "spin the wheel and win a prize" since we'd received a brochure in the mail. We currently have a 2011 Rav4 in Good - Very good (based on KBB and NADA definitions) condition with about 65K miles on it. We originally were looking at a Ram 1500 (2010) but were convinced that even with our trade we would not be able to get the payment range we wanted. Ok, not a bid deal, so we started looking at cross-overs. Long story short, we were interested in a 2013 Dodge Journey. That's when the fun started. First, we requested no hard credit inquiries unless we were 100% dead set on rates (we even specified soft inquiries only). Then our RAV4's trade value was initially claimed to be only $2000 (it was later claimed that there was a miscommunication). Long and short is after being told our trade was worth only that amount, the next offer was 7500, then 8500, until the main finance guy estimated the vehicle was worth between 10K and 12K. All of the above would not be too much of an issue (standard used car dealer treatment), but after all of this, and specifically requesting that no hard credit application be run until we gave permission (which we did not), what show' up on my Equifax Report 4 days later? A hard inquiry through Credco, submitted by Country Club!!!! I like having a very good credit score, and really hate being lied to!

Not proactive all takes 2 days to hear back from them when they already know the answer (I called) and the owner is to much involved with the company in affairs he know's squant about, he doesnt know anything other then the money in his pocket.
Treated like family, little problem with insurance. They delivered Jeep next morning after insurance Co. Was open just signed name and done.

Called to make an appointment for a brand new Ram 1500 with 900 miles on it, the drivers side window is stuck half way down. Called on January 24th, they tell me the first available opening is February 19th. What a joke! I'm supposed to drive around with my window down in the middle of winter for the next month? Great service, last Ram I ever buy that is for sure.

Dont buy anything from country club Chrysler they dont honor the bumper to bumper warranty and refuse to give a loaner car after I bought a 70,000 dollar car from them they have left me with no vehicle for two days and said there backed up haven't even got a chance to check it out, but still wont give me a loaner vehicle....

Called them and scheduled a 2hr factory recall maintenance job. They called me back and told me to bring it Friday and they would have it done that afternoon. That afternoon they called me and told me it was done. I showed up the next morning to pick it up and it wasn't done. They never even touched the truck. I was told it might be done Monday. afternoon, but they weren't sure... I can not trust a business that operates under this carelessness.
Dishonest. Had been going there for years (they're the closest) until they refused to service my new truck and suggested I take it back to where I purchased the vehicle. They also scheduled my car 5 weeks out once and when I showed up to pick up my vehicle they let me know they 'heard the noise but there's nobody here who can work on it today" AND "since it's close to winter it's gonna be tough getting it in here to fix before SPRING" can't make this stuff up... Any place that puts 3k mile oil change stickers on still should always be a red flag.
Stopped in to have the "check engine" light checked and the service department was able to tell me why it had come on. We were driving through VA and needed to have it looked at. Thank you so much for taking the time to put the analyzer on the car and allow us to make it to our destination.

My wife and I went here to lease two new vehicles. A 2016 RAM 1500 Laramie and a 2016 Dodge Challenger ScatPack. We dealt with Jeff Edwards, Rod Owens, and Jodi Burris. They were all fantastic. We told Jeff exactly what we wanted, but since they didn't have either vehicle on their lot Rod searched for vehicles matching our description and found a couple at other dealerships. A couple days later they called and told us our vehicles had arrived, we went in and signed everything and were out in no time. It was a great experience all around. And I had done research for weeks ahead of time on new RAM trucks and Challengers to know what kind of prices I should get, and I have to say, I was surprised when the first offer Jeff and Rod made on each vehicle was almost exactly the price I wanted to get, I didn't have to haggle or fight to get a great deal. Bottom line, I would definitely recommend Country Club, especially Jeff and Rod, for your next vehicle purchase or lease.

This is an excellent place to purchase a vehicle. The service department manager is very conscientious and willing to do as much as he can possibly do to provide aid to America's Wounded Warrior's. I know this from personal experience. I had a 2015 JEEP Patriot that was totaled after hitting a bad pothole which broke the rear axle and deployed the air bags! What I learned was if the air bags deploy on the JEEP Patriot it is considered to be totalled. The service manager gladly volunteered to remove the carrier for my mobile chair. This task involved installing a new wiring harness and towing hitch on my new vehicle. Both were done free of charge since I purchased the vehicle from Country Club Crysler JEEP Dodge. In my opinion, these were both acts of going above and beyond. if I have the opportunity to purchase my next vehicle and I am in the area or capable of traveling to Country Club Chrysler JEEP Dodge I have promised myself that is where my business will be done for the duration of my life. We received a very good deal and the quality of the people made the buying experience a pleasure. Logan our sale person came in early Saturday to have our new Jeep Wrangler detailed and everything ready for us. Wonderful drive and great people.
