I had a real problem caused by Lewis Nissan of Beckley WV this dealer took me in as if I was family they listen to my situation with open ears and minds then the went to work to try to solve the Major problems I had and just a clue 9000 in the hole is a Major problem Lewis Nissan should be ran out of the state of wv,well it may take the attorney general's office to fix my problem but it was on my part to sit for over and hour to talk with Lewis Nissan sales manager to NO avail and Nissan financing was no help on the phone.

After I waited one hour and my car was still setting where I parked it. I ask for my keys and left the dealership without a inspection sticker. Poor business! Was getting my vehicle serviced and asked a sales rep if I could look at the owners manual for one of the show room cars while I wait. I told him I was interested in the vehicle and he said that it was locked up and he would have to get the key all the while sitting on the corner of the desk and in a tone that wreaked of laziness. The car in question was a 2015 model and I understand now why it's been there for 2 yrs. Extra star is for the service personel.

Hello, I'm Johnny Williams, and I'm down here from Houston Texas working here in Kimball, WV. My car gave me some problems Sunday night, so I had to find a Nissan dealership so they could fix my issues. So I talk to Jerry in the Nissan service department at COLE NISSAN about what was wrong with the car, and he suggest that I could drop it off through the night drop box, since I couldnt get there before they close. So I did, and Jerry said he promise to handle the rest for me. Jerry kept his word and took care of the problems and now my car is back running right. It come to show you that it's really some good people left in this world. Me and Jerry never meet face to face, just spoke on the phone,because of my work schedule, but he was man of his word. The service center has got to be one of the best and nicest I have ever been to and I have been to a lot. They were so accommodating to everyone in the office. The building is so comfortable and easy to use for all ages. It's great to have a facility that someone as my age or someone as my father's age both loves to come to, it really does make it seem as of the time for the service goes by so much quicker. The workers are the best as well, we will continue to drive an hour and forty five minutes to have work and service performed there.

Called to ask if their Parts Dept. Had or knew any company that had stock rims for my specific model in stock. Was told "We do not keep anything in stock. Do not know anyone that would." This does not sound very worthy of being listed as a certified Nissan dealer or saying they have a Parts Department. Will notify Nissan about this as well. Don't even bother calling it a parts dept Cole. If you don't have anything for the most common model nor offer options on the phone or can't even give me a tire/rim dealer who could offer me some answers then don't claim you have options like "parts dept".

Professional service when I took my car in for the estimate and when I brought it in to be repaired. The receptionist was polite, courteous and professional each time I communicated with her. Repair was completed within the estimated time. Thank you. However when I picked up my vehicle after the repair was completed the service supervisor nor a representative was there to go over what was done to my vehicle nor to ask if I was satisfied with the service, etc. The technician who bought my car out was every courteous, thoughtful and polite. I used Cole's rental and I received very good service from that department. Overall very good service and I am pleased with the repairs that were done on my vehicle.

I had an amazing experience. The sales associate, Allen, was top notch. He was very professional and helped me to get into a car I loved and one that fell into the price range I was looking for. They even stayed late to help me finalize all the paper work. The detail crew was even willing to stuck around until I had finished to detail my car before I left. I told them not to stick around for that. They let me come back on the weekend when I got the chance to get it detailed then. Sooooooo nice.
