I had to take my car into Kia for two recalls it had on it. The associate at the service center inside was very friendly and attentive. After checking with the mechanics he let us know that our diagnostic test was in fact due to the recall and that our car. He shared that it shouldn't be more than a few hours and it wasn't. He called as soon as it was done and they put mats down on the floor to ensure they didn't track and dirt in the car. Overall, they were respectable and timely. The only thing I wish was done or offered is, the option to use a vehicle for transportation. When making the appointment for our car, we weren't given that option, come to find out we could've done that. That's the only minor thing I would say though. Overall, great service.

My husband and I were in your Nissan dealership in Bluefield, WV on Saturday, August 24, 2014 to purchase a vehicle. It was one of the very best experiences we have ever had in purchasing a new car!!! I have a friend whose wife purchased a truck for her husband and the vehicle is still broken down and they have to get a LAWYER AND SUE THIS COMPANY, LAWSUIT PENDING STILL. SO I WOULD ADVISE YOU PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM ANOTHER SOURCE THAN FROM HERE FRIENDS!

I bought a 2015 KIA FORTE from them , paid $4000.00 down , making payments $421.38 and still owe way more than the car is worth . Pretty much nothing is covered on your bumper to bumper warranty. You are better off with a souped up bicycle. I can't wait to get rid of this car . Never again !!

Great experience with the Kia repair department after my Kia Soul just died on highway trying to get back home 300 miles away. Had car towed to Kia cole and the service manager got back to me next day to inform me that the whole engine had to be replaced since a push rod had broken loose and destroyed the engine plus other things. He had already called Kia and got go ahead to do all repairs under warranty and had a replacement car for me so I could get back home. Once they had the replacement engine and parts sent to them by Kia, they did the work in 3 days. The repair/service manager was absolutely fantastic!

Written on behalf of my mom who doesn't have Gmail access - "I had a good experience with them. I went in with my spouse to take care of another vehicle and had been wanting to upgrade to a newer model. I was a little concerned about it because I was still making payments on the vehicle I had at the customer service garage. I had never traded in a vehicle while payments were being made and had no clue how the process really worked. It was actually easy and they had done it before, so there weren't any hiccups. I went through the typical process of car buying - bank, financing, etc. Although I still owed on my current car, it was as easy as signing a few pieces of paper after it was valued, to get it paid off through the dealership, and the excess being put towards the new car. Basically, they made an offer on my current car, used part of the offer to pay it off, and applied the remainder to the balance on a brand new car. I had been wanting to upgrade to something in a different model and nicer color, so it worked out well for us. I have more room, lower miles, a better warranty, a lower car insurance, and my payments didn't change much at all in the amount I was paying previously. Chris and his partner were helpful with the process and answered our questions. Of course, purchasing a car takes a few hours with banks, forms, and paperwork but they made sure everything was handled for me so I all I have to do is make payments. I did end up having to use a different bank for payments this time, but you can also set them up online so you don't need to drive to drop them in. Everyone was hospitable and answered my questions. I wasn't rushed and it was a one day trip to get it all handled from valuation, payoff, transfer of tags, signing new paperwork, and getting the new vehicle home. No complaints here." Denna C.

I used to think highly of this lot, until I recently went in to trade in a vehicle, they will do anything to make a sell, told me to get a car and then take a voluntary repo on my current vehicle, I grabbed my keys off of the desk and got out of there, once my vehicle is either paid off or I trade it in some place else I'll never step foot on a coles lot ever again.
