worst service dept. ever my fiancée Stacey Campbell had our 2015 dodge dart in for service on radio and control arm they said was supposable making the noise coming from car they had it for the whole day go to get it next day and they start saying in owe $200 for some kind of deductible that I knew nothing about was told had bumper to bumper warranty when bought out lease nothing about deductible they knocked it down to hundred that I had to pay to get car that didn't really have then get home and keep finding screws that keep falling in floor from somewhere and fabric around steering wheel all tore out and hanging loose car still making noise it was making before stereo is programed to wrong car. so what I pay $100 for? For them to tare car up more! We called talked to manager told him about it he said he'd review what was worked on and call me back its been 2 weeks and nothing I even called back last week and nobody answered so I left message and still nothing. Worst place ever and bad thing is before this I thought about doing more business with them but not now they woult even replace deck light on truck that has water in it for second time. NEVER AGAIN

Urse Dodge Chrysler Ram and Fiat of Morgantown Was what i need for my first experience dealing with a dealership in WV. I am new to the area and i need to get my oil changed in my jeep. Ruth the service manager was one of the first people i spoke too. She was very sweet, timely, and right on the money for the question i was asking. If she could not answer them she made sure someone did. The service i got was outstanding with no problems. I did try get them to wash my jeep because its very dirty. However that one i was told was on me. Lol I would recommend this dealership and i will be returning for my service needs. Happy Travels to all :)

I am utterly disgusted by their service. I left my FIAT at Urse over the Christmas holiday for a 3-hour work on the engine cradle. Went back on the 26th only to find a big crack on the windshield, at least 60 more miles on odometer and a half empty gas tank. I guess they did a test run to the mountains! I am trying to work out a fair solution to this incident. Update: Sent an email and made a few phone calls, but never heard anything sensible from them.

This place has a terrible service department. I dont know why I keep coming back. I bought my RAM from the Fairmont store and come here because I think it will be more convenient since I live in Morgantown. It took over 2 hours to get an oil change and tire rotation. I even made an appointment at 8:00AM for this. This is typical of their service times. And don't leave a message for a call back from service because you'll never get it. I have had my RAM in for other things and it never gets done right the first time. Also, the wait time to get an appointment is always very long. My guess is they don't have many service techs and the ones they have aren't that great. I just changed the rating to 4 stars and here is an update concerning the above comments......I was still in the dealership when I posted the first review. I was surprised when the service manager came up to me and introduced himself only a few minutes later and wanted to discuss my issues. I was very pleasantly surprised! The manager, Dale Martin, was very apologetic and spent quite a bit of time explaining why my service was taking so long and wanted to hear about my other issues. This was great customer service. Mr. Martin promised he would address my issues and asked if I would give them one more try and I agreed to. I left feeling like a valuable customer. I will be looking forward to my next visit.

I took the car initially for a repair for the ignition and when I arrived the car wouldn't start. I spoke with the technicians and they said it might be a TIPM issue and told me Barb would call me on monday. No call the entire week until I called wednesday and there was no update on my car. Friday came and I was advised they couldn't get my car seen until the following monday and this turned into Urse keeping it for what would turn out to be close to 15 days with no status update. Finally I go to pick up my car and I recieved it back from the dealership with a flat tire and the issue came back where the vehcile wouldn't start. I had to pay 502$ to change my front two tires at another dealership which advised me the valve stem was damaged causing the flat, not from driving it - which I hadn't because urse had it for 3 weeks. I called Urses supervisor and he said he would take care of it, I wasnt reimbursed my money for the tires but they supposedly ordered another TIPM because the one they put it had a faulty relay. Additionally after receiving my car back I started getting a check engine light which the dealership said was from the relay they replaced and that they fixed it. Well last night the check engine came back on. I am just going to go to another dealership because I gave them plenty of opportunities to make it right and at a certain point you feel stupid for even doing that. Ruth the service rep is really nice if that's worth 1,800 in expenses. If you do go to service for any reason avoid Barb. I'll update to see if the TIPM was fixed but at any rate the check engine is back on so I'll go to waterfront jeep because they're just much easier to deal with.

The first time my fiancè and I came to this place it was great. The employees were nice and so subtle about everything. The second time around, it was complete trash. For the past couple weeks we have tried to get ahold of Urse about getting the recall on my fiancès vehicle. We then we're lucky enough to get an appointment for September 25th at 9am. As we arrive and go to the desk we were then told we were never even down for an appointment and that our part was never ordered. Overall, when it comes to reliability for Urse, they are less reliable than my cat, and he is dead.

My family has owned a 90s Chevy pickup for over a decade now to use as a utility vehicle, but after years of wear and tear, I've recently been considering purchasing a newer truck to haul equipment for side jobs during the summer months. Although I figured I wouldn't be able to afford a brand new truck, I visited Urse Dodge to browse some of the options out there anyway because one can dream. I was greeted almost right away when I walked into the dealership, and Tyler walked me around the lot to show me some of the newer Ram models. Everyone I talked to was knowledgeable, especially in terms of my hauling needs and financial situation. While I ultimately didn't purchase a new truck during my visit, I will most definitely take and refer my business here for the excellent customer service.

On 17-Mar-18, while on a family excursion to Krispy Kreme, I noticed a vehicle I was interested in on the URSE website. After reaching out to URSE and receiving an alluring price back via email, I decided to take an hour drive to Morgantown. Upon our arrival at URSE, we were greeted by Jamie Markley. Jamie's demeanor was fantastic, he has a pleasant attitude and was easy to converse and work with. Needless to say, after test driving the vehicle I decided to proceed with the purchase. I worked with Ralph Neal for the financing, who was also very laid back and pleasant to work with. All in all, my total experience with URSE was quite possibly the best I have EVER had with any dealership in my life. URSE (Dodge Chrysler Ram and Fiat of Morgantown) was not a pushy dealership and they didn't brush you off either -- very laid back and relaxed environment. I would recommend visiting URSE to any one interested in purchasing a vehicle. Most expensive Krispy Kreme trip ever, but very satisfied.

The absolute worst dealership I’ve ever had to deal with, they have had my vehicle twice. First time took two weeks for a dent they had put in the driver door. This time it was a transmission problem. I get the car back after a week with scratches all over the car they claimed “ there’s nothing in their lot that they could’ve hit “ and blamed the tow company. First of all, our Product Specialist, Alex Aylsworth, was so knowledgeable about the vehicles, as well as so helpful in assisting us in finding us the exact Ram Truck that my husband wanted. His manner was polite and friendly. Alex reviewed all of the features of the truck with us, and wanted me to be as knowledgeable about the vehicle as my husband. Once we selected a vehicle, we were introduced to Brandon, the Sales Manager. Again, so friendly and polite, and determined to help us get the right vehicle within our budget. Despite his best efforts, the end price for purchase was slightly above our budget. He understood that we were retired and on a fixed income. At that point, Brandon asked us if we had ever considered leasing. I was seriously interested in it; my husband really wasn't. Brandon made it clear that he wasn't trying to push that on us, but that he felt that he could meet our budget. HE DID!!!!!! We were given an extremely fair trade in value for my husband's 2005 Chevy Suburban. We did a 36 month lease, with the tire and oil change package, and ended up being $16 below our maximum budget. Jacob was the Finance Manager that assisted us as well. He had our paperwork completed in a timely manner, and explained everything to our complete satisfaction. We looked at a similar Ram Truck at another dealership in Uniontown, PA, and although the Product Specialist was very nice and tried to work with us, the Sales Manager increased the monthly payment for the truck by $100 in 2 hours. That's unethical. And that's why we gave Urse a try. We are so happy that we did. Alex even offered to program our cell phones into the blue tooth feature if we are unable to. Prior to our departure, Alex did another walk around of the truck to assure that everything was OK, as well as again asking if we had any questions. We have already recommended this dealership to friends, and will continue to do so. My husband and I are totally satisfied and have just had the best car buying experience that we have EVER had. I am from out of town, and while towing a camper, had a sudden breakdown with my Dodge Ram on the interstate. Me and my family were stranded and needed help. I called Urse because they were the closest Ram dealership, and spoke with Zack. I explained that I was in a bind and stranded on the interstate, and I asked that if I had my truck towed there, could his diesel mechanic look at it. Zack advised that it would be two weeks! I asked if he knew any alternatives for my situation and he replied 'Google '. Well....I did use Google and was able to reach a diesel repair shop that, even though they were very busy, IMMEDIATELY looked at my truck (a mechanic even stayed late to help), and the OWNER brought a separate truck to pull my camper to a campground for my family to stay in during the repairs! Now that's how you show compassion and do business! Needless to say that Urse had no compassion or a willingness to help a family from out of town. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Unfortunately, they have a very inefficient service department. My first trip was for an oil change and an inspection sticker- it took 4 hours to be completed... The second time we took our jeep in for rear brakes and it took 6 hours to complete. For the second trip, they were not able to offer me a shuttle home (2 miles down the road) or a loaner vehicle. Just very disappointing.

Ruth was absolutely more than nice upon arrival and also when I picked my vehicle up. Roger(?) I believe was the technician on my receipt. I haven't had any issues and my vehicle runs great. Service was also done in a very timely manner! Would definitely recommend!

I purchased a 2016 Subaru Crosstrack with 9,000 miles on it from this dealership in June 2017. The salesman said it would $21,000 + taxes, I ended up paying $26,000. $2,000 of that was for additional warranties for anything Subaru wouldn't pay for. Be ware if you purchase any car other than a Jeep or a Dodge for this dealership, they can not service your vehicle. They must out source it to a dealership that services your type of vehicle. I've contacted the salesman (Jaimie) and service department numerous times to set an oil change and to make arrangements to my vehicle taken to Jenkins Subaru to check out a problem I was having with the ignition. Finally, I gave up and took it to John Howard to be fixed and get an oil change. I don't trust the service department to even do an oil change (the salesman stated that the woman in the service department doesn't know what she's doing). I wouldn't have purchased the car if the salesman had told me that they couldn't service the vehicle. I don't want to deal with a middle man whose going delay service on my vehicle and charge me more for maintenance from another dealership. I'm filing a compliant with the WV Attorney General's office for a refund of the money I paid for the warranties. I'm tired of getting the run around from these scammers. Buyer be ware!!!!

If I could rate them lower I would. They damaged my boyfriend's car twice when he brought it in for oil changes. They scratched the rim and broke the rocker panel. Don't buy or get your car repaired here. You will regret it!!!

Urse has gone above and beyond all dealerships that I have ever dealt with in the past when buying/leasing a car. From the first phone call (answered by Jacob Jabbour) they handled everything professionally and in a timely fashion. They followed up with calls/texts to get me all the information that I requested quickly too, and I requested A LOT of information. I like to do a lot of research before I buy a car. They are true to their word when they make you an offer and they are honest about everything, unlike a lot of other dealers. I was very impressed with the looks of the dealership and my salesperson, Ralph Neal, completely went over everything about the car after my purchase. Donnie, the manager I believe, also took time out of his day to introduce himself too. David, in the finance department, was very thorough and efficient and got me out of there very quickly so I could make the 2 hour drive home before dark. I will go back in 4 years when I am ready for another vehicle and look forward to seeing everyone again. God bless you all! I LOVE MY NEW CAR and so does my husband & son. BUYER BEWARE!! This dealer is very untrustworthy. They misrepresented how many miles were on the car (166 vs their claimed 52 on paperwork). They refused to fill up the gas tank even though the trade-in had a near full tank. They gave the wrong bank information forcing a long and tedious payment. Buying a car took 5+ hours. AVOID!!

I bought a car from them in 2014. I just found out the extended warrenty they sold me was not the warrenty I asked for!!!! I asked for a Chrysler MOPAR factory warrenty and was told that's what I was getting. I jjust recently found out at a different chrysler dealership that I do not have a Chrysler warrenty, here I am 2 years later with some 3rd party warrenty. Buyer beware! I was lied to and now after asking for them to fix there error and change my warrenty they have refused! I will be contacting the Attorney General, Chrysler Headquarters and the Better Business Bureau. Buy your car from a more trustworthy dealer! These guys are liars and cheats!!!!!

Would not recommend this place to anyone. I live in NC and was in Morgantown for the holidays visiting family. I had went there on Dec 27th to have them find out about a cupping issue in my driver front tire. They did an alignment and rotated the tires. Mind you my back tires were brand new at the time. They have less then 3000 miles on them. They put them in the front after the alignment. I drove back to NC 2days after alignment. I had to drive back to Morgantown (Jan 16th -18th) after finding out my mom has lung cancer to take her to her appointments. When I got back to NC I noticed my front tires were evenly bald on the outer tread (toe) both sides at that. So I knew the alignment was not done right. I called URSE dodge of Morgantown service dept where it was done and the manager said that they won't do anything because I could have hit a pot hole and messed it up on my way out. If I would have hit a pot hole it would only mess up the one side not both and not evenly either. So I had to pay myself for another alignment but here in NC. One month after I had the first one done at URSE. The alignment was not done at all properly at URSE. I have the paperwork from the dodge dealer here in NC showing the before alignment and the after the alignment was done. Also they did a test drive to make sure it was good. This dealer in Morgantown did not even show me or give me any paperwork showing the before or after of the alignment and URSE did not even do a test drive after the alignment to make sure it was correct paperwork proves it. Now I have bald tires (new) and cant drive the vehicle. I have to go back and forth to Morgantown to take my mom for her chemo and radiation and Dr appointments but now I'm not able to because the tires are not safe to drive. It's about 500 miles each way. I dont feel I was treated right here or taken seriously.

I submitted everything online, and Jamie and Pat done amazing work. Last night we got to come home in our Jeep Wrangler and we are happy as ever. My salesman, Zach Stire, was down to earth, no pressure, very accomodating and completely honest.
