Wish I could give them zero stars. They sold us a truck with steering issues. When we went back to see what could be done, they told us that they didn't want us driving it the way it was. However, they did JACK to fix the problem. We'll NEVER do business with Carder Motors again!!!@

I bought a 2005 Dodge 2500 5.9 cummins in June and it was my first diesel truck. They said they’d get me in the right vehicle and the buying process went good. The trucks check engine light was on and they said it was just a sensor and would get it fixed and told me to bring the truck back in two days. I went home and scanned the truck for codes and way more than just the sensor cams up. When I took the truck back for them to repair I talked to Carder himself and told him all of the problems I found and he assured me that everything would be fixed and straightened out. They sent it to a shop in Fairmont, Wv and had it for eight days to work on the issues. When I dropped the truck off it had a full tank of fuel. When I went to pick the truck up the truck was on empty and had an extra 150 miles on it. Then on the drive home the truck still did a lot of the old problems. I had one of my diesel techs at work look at the truck and use their snap on scanner and run some test on it. The truck has injector problems and a ton of blow by. Also, when you get the RPMs up it has a big miss and the throttle sticks wide open when not even on the throttle (they also knew about this the first time I dropped it off) I was also told it had a fresh fluid and filter change. When I changed the oil it would barley run out of the drain hole and the filter was tourqued on. The fuel filter was also packed full. I took the truck back to them to tell them what was going on and I told them that my warranty was one day over and I was told that it was close enough and it would be fixed. I dropped the truck off and the next morning I got a call from the shop guy and he proceeded to tell me that my warranty was one day over and it wasn’t his problem and basically called me a liar when I told him what was going on with the truck. They had the truck for eight days out of my thirty day warranty and didn’t even fix the problems that were supposed to be fixed and then told me I was one day over and I was basically on my own. Never again will I or anyone I know but another vehicle off of carder motors! Work hard for your money and expect a good functional vehicle and get taken for a ride..... Thanks a lot....

Carder Motors is a great dealership that treats their customers exceptionally well. Not only was the service great (I dealt with George and I recommend you do, too), but the price was fair, they promptly followed through with their promise to fix a few minor problems on the vehicle I bought, and they didn't try to low-ball me on a trade-in. They were up-front about the price (as opposed to just telling me the monthly price for the loan), and took extra time to get me a great deal on a loan. I will buy from them again and I recommend them for your next vehicle purchase.

Bought a vehicle from them back in March 2016. The day we drove it home the check engine light came on. Took it back to have them fix it and after picking it up check engine light comes right back on and vehicle starts having problems starting. Have had it back to them multiple times and still not fixed. Also had to replace a wheel bearing on a vehicle that supposedly was put through a thorough inspection before i bought it 4 months ago. They told me to take to a dealership for starting issue and have had it there multiple times and they can't fix it either. The day i bought the vehicle i told the salesman i just wanted a good reliable vehicle for my family and he assured me that was what i was getting. Has been nothing but a hassle and a inconvenience to own this unreliable vehicle from day one.

Wish I could give them a big fat - - - 0...Fiancee bought a 2007 Silverado 2500 diesel ..Started out with the stereo ..Stopped working..Than had to have it towed because it wouldn't start..We were assured it had been completely inspected and had absolutely no issues..Well, we are now $3000.00 plus in repairs..The whole front end of this truck has had to be replaced..Both batteries ,"that had no issues there"...I really wish I could find the guy that was at the lot the day we bought this,that we were told was interested but couldn't get financing..I have a feeling that wasn't.the case at all..I would not recommend buying from this place ever without taking the vehicle to someone you know to look at it that will verify that there is absolutely nothing wrong with it..Sad when you work hard to get and have the things you do to have people like this lie and con ya just to make a sale...

well first off i went to this so called car lot to buy a truck and they told me i couldnt test drive the truck untill we did the paperwork well then we went in to do the paperwork then after i was approved for the vehicle they still woudnt even start the truck so i could hear it run let alone they wouldnt even let me see the keys to the vehicle very unprofessional i have never went to a car lot got approved for the car ad they still not let me drive it well i will never go back to his place i will just buy a $50,000 truck somewhere else.

Moreover, you can't ask for a more professional staff from Mark to F&I manager to the Service and Detail Dept.
