Buckhannon Toyota is by far the best place to buy a new vehicle. Showed up 2 mins before closing and they still allowed me to test drive and negotiate my trade. Tyler ( salesman) did a great job and made me feel welcome with no complaints even after closing time. Also the management stayed as well which in itself was surprising and eye opening. For anyone looking to buy make sure you head to Buckhannon Toyota. You won’t be disappointed!

Nice facility, courteous staff, and great selection. However, as we are shopping for a new car, this dealer convinced me to go with a Subaru. We are on our third Highlander, which we are looking to trade in, but dealer charged the diagnostic fee of $90 yet could not make repairs. When I related my dissatisfaction to the manager, he seemed indifferent. Now I'm indifferent...to a new Toyota!

It was many firsts for myself . Never had owned a toyota or had ever been to the dealership . Glenn dale was great from the start . He took the time to learn what i would do with another vehicle and explained what the packages where on the tacomas . I was very impressed with the fact that they never rushed me or pressured me into buying a vehicle that didnt suit my needs . So far my new 2013 Tacoma has done everything glenn said it would do . I will definitaly come back in the future for another toyota from Buckhannon Auto mall .

I had tires put on by the dealer; there was a vibration problem, so I brought the vehicle back twice and had the tires balanced and rotated. The service manage rode with me in the vehicle and noted that there was a vibration. Finally I asked for new set of tires and ordered Winter Treads instead of all seasons. When I came to have the tires put on, one of them of them was damaged, so they told they would get me another tire and made an appointment for two weeks later. The Friday before my appointment the parts department called and told me they could not get the tires and I should order something else. I found the tires available from Tire Rack and feel that Toyota could have ordered me a tire, since they were available else where. The service manager never returned any of my calls in a timely manner, but had the parts person call me but it was not in a timely manner either. I have bought four vehicles from this dealer but will never purchase another vehicle from them.

Buckhannon Toyota has always been very prompt on service schedule times and when certain maintenance times are due (oil changes, mutli-point inspections, etc), and are quick to send reminders. 9 times out of 10 they are on time taking in my truck, and very polite and friendly. Their Sales staff is the same way. They do not push you into a purchase, they let you decide and work with you however they can to make sure you can get what you want and afford it.

Terrible customer service. I would drive 800 miles to buy a Toyota as opposed to EVER going back. The new car sales manager is horrible. He would rather smart you off and yell at you than to have to explain how they value trades or how much they can come down on prices. He said that the cars were theirs, and they could price them however they wanted. When asked about his wonderful customer service, he responded to not threaten him, and that he wasn't scared of me. It was almost like he was looking for a fight. What a wonderful attitude for the customer service industry. He acted like it was all that he could do to restrain himself from coming unglued and going berserk. I thought that bartering on the price was part of the car business, but at Buckhannon Toyota, those are evidently fighting words.

My daughter and son in law bought a 2016 dealer demo Highlander there on a June 30, 2018. They told the salesmen the tire looked low but he just said it needed air.... needless to say, 2 days down the road in a rural area the tire was flat. Calls to the salesman were not returned. Turns out tire had a nail close to the rim and they had to buy 4 new tires to fix the problem. I feel he was just pushing the sale through due to the end of the month sales. Very poor customer service.

Would give 5 stars but I have to wait 3 weeks to get into to get my oil change that they sold me when I bought a new car. 3 weeks is a bit ridiculous for something you paid a premium for.
