great local dealership, family owned and operated, I have bought several vehicles for my self and kids from here, great vehicles, great service before and after the sale, they got us the best vehicle for our money, great financing, sales staff is great, didn't try to pressure us into buying a certain car, found us the right car to fit our needs, they really treated us like family!!! thanks auto junction!!! I bought a 2012 Ford Explorer Limited and I love it! The owner worked with me on my trade in even though i still owed money on it and I got a great deal! When I left with my new car, something went wrong with the Ford Sync system. I called the owner, Robbie, on my way back to Pittsburgh and he took care of everything. He had someone drive 2 hours to my house, pick up my car, leave me a reliable loaner and completely replaced the Sync system free of charge. He gave me his personal cell phone number and kept me up to date with the repairs and when it was finished, drove the car all the way back to Pittsburgh for me. Even though something went wrong with my new car, i had no doubt that Robbie would get everything taken care of for me. He treated me as if I was his most important customer and made sure that I was taken care of. The car works perfectly and I couldn't be happier. I recommend Auto Junction in Grafton WV to everyone looking for a quality car and great customer service. I will definitely be shopping here again when I'm ready to buy another vehicle even though its two hours from where I live because they treat every customer like they were family. I can't recommend them enough if you are in the market for a great used vehicle. Thank you, Robbie, as well as everyone else at Auto Junction for everything you did for me to make sure I was taken care of. I love the Explorer and can't wait to come back when my wife needs a new car. You guys are the best!!

Auto Junction is hands down the only dealership i will ever deal with again. They are not only great to deal with when buying a truck but they stand by you when any problems happen, and lets face it with used trucks sometimes things happen. They fixed my truck 2 months after purchasing it and didnt charge me $1!! Thank you again guys!! I recommend ANYONE in the used vehicle market to check them out!

Sold us a car that was overpriced (a 2006 chrysler 300 c with 101,000 miles for $7,000). Right after we bought it from them they had to take it back to replace rear coil spring and didn't even fix the emergency brake. A year and 5 months after buying it the motor blowed and had to be replaced along with the engine cradle which was like swiss cheese. Vehicles at this lot are overpriced and some are in such poor condition that they shouldn't even be sold (would not even pass a state certified inspection). We traded in our 1997 dodge dakota that had a bad frame under it and instead of scrapping the truck the crook sold it to someone. The place should be closed by the better business bureau. They are crooked car dealer and I recommend shopping elsewhere. They call themselves the auto junction but it really should be called auto JUNKtion!

They sold us a car that had problems when we looked at it and would've sold it as is if we hadn't said anything, then they said they would see why it was making a whining sound but didn't because not even a month after we bought it the rear end went out on it, thats what waa causing the whine and someone hit and totalled the Jeep, cannot trust them! Will not go back!

After browsing the local area, I found that they had some of the lowest prices in all of WV so I bought my first car from here! It was serviced, so clean, felt brand new, and has taken me all the way to Texas. The employees truly have your best interest at heart and will work with you to get the vehicle you want. If you are considering buying a vehicle from this dealership and they write up an ‘I owe you’ form, make sure you get a copy because they will conveniently lose the one they have for you. My husband and I bought a vehicle from them a year ago and they owed us a new center console, that was replaced, but they also owed us a stitch job on the passenger seat. At first, the gentleman who sold us the car, Scott, put us in touch with someone but they said the stitch was too big for them to work on. A couple months go by and we were told another guy should get in touch with us about it, never heard anything after that. I finally called the dealership again about a month ago and they said they don’t do stitch jobs and that Scott had moved on to start his own dealership. I inquired about the form that had the things they owed us and they didn’t have anything on record. The airhead I spoke with, I believe it was Nick, who apparently happens to be the office manager, said he would look into it and call me back but I’m still waiting on a phone call. I will say this they have great customer service if you are trying to buy a car from them, but after the deal is said and done, you are treated like dirt. Scott was the only one with a sincere, professional attitude.

the dealer is actually deceivers and impudent people, coming up with unreasonable reasons to not fulfill their obligations, they can insult, try to give incorrect information. they are trying to get all the money out of you, not to value customers, many 5-star reviews are custom-made, or the real ones write this is 1 star.
