Fantastic Ford went as far as picking me up at 4:45 AM to get my husband from the airport (home for a short visit) and then drove us clear to Cleveland to get the car of his dreams. We can drive to town and back on electric only. I love how I can use google auto to sync up to my touch screen where I can upload google maps to my dash!!! Couldn't be happier with my experience at Astorg Ford. I live in NJ and have been searching for a Shelby GT350 in Magnetic Metallic. My local dealer had one on the showroom floor but were asking an ADM of 20k. After multiple failed attempts to purchase this vehicle at a reasonable price, I started looking on line for vehicles that were not so local. I found the exact car I wanted at Astorg Ford, and sent an email requesting info on the vehicle. It did not take long for sales rep Bill Gum to get in touch with me. I told Bill that I wanted to purchase the vehicle, the only problem was that I had a trade-in and I lived 6.5 hours away. Bill assured me that it wasn't a problem. All I had to do was take detailed pictures of the vehicle and provide the VIN, and he would have Tyler Astorg contact me. Tyler called me and asked some details about the trade, and gave me a purchase price. Tyler and I negotiated a little, but agreed on a price. We agreed on a sale price on Saturday 10/29 and Astorg Ford delivered the car to my driveway on Sunday 10/30 and took my trade with them. The car was delivered exactly as described and promised. I have bought about 20 vehicles in my life, and this was by far the best transaction. Who would've thought that buying a car 6.5 hours away would have been the best.... Tyler Astorg and Bill Gum are hands down the best in the business. They have gained a life long customer in me.

Salesman Terry at Lakeview is straightforward and honest, if a bit awkward. I watched the "one low price" drop from $5200 to $3600 over the course of a month, I guess it keeps getting lower! This is one of the only dealerships I've been too that I honestly trust the quality of the cars on the lot. Even so, the car's check engine light came on and the car started malfunctioning during the test drive. They said they would fix the issue. Though I was unable to make a deal, I am overall impressed by Astorg pre-owned at Lakeview.

Took my Flair motor home 03/26/2019 to Astorg Dodge 1601 13th Street, Parkersburg WV 26101 for Lube Oil & Filter Service, along with State Inspection. The total Charge $202.11. I wasn't made aware of this charge ahead of time or I would have told them to cram it. This is a rip off, before I have always paid around $100.00. This was 100% increase. A Lube Oil & Filter service shouldn’t cost any more for a Motor home than it would cost for a F 150 Pickup. I paid $202.11 for State Inspection and Oil & Filter change 2016 Motor home. I paid for State Inspection and Oil & Filter change $63.87 for my 2016 Ford F 150 pickup. . I paid for State Inspection and Oil & Filter change $49.01 for my 2007 Ford Taurus. All three of the above vehicles take about the same amount of time to lube, change oil and filter. The only difference is the motor home is taken to the truck shop and the F 150 pickup and car are taken to the car shop. At one time I was a(Certified Ford Mechanic). Looked on line for price to lube change oil & filter the and inspect system, the range was $79.00 to $129.00 which included up to 7 quarts of oil & filter. Beware before you get anything done at Astorg Truck Shop. Left a message for the owner of Astorg Motors Parkersburg WV to call me. Hasn't at this time called

We purchased a '12 Ford Focus from Astorg on Lakeview recently and it was a pain-free, easy experience. Our sales person, Matt, was simply outstanding. We were given all the information we were looking for right up front, and given options to find the best fit for us. Matt helped us while away the time and was a constant presence during the buying process. Usually, a salesperson jumps on you as soon as you reach the lot and then when you're waiting on the other people (finance people / etc.), they disappear. Not the case here. It was an all around great experience...surprising considering buying a car is usually an arduous process. Highly recommended.

I would give 0 stars if i could. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. We went in one evening to look at a vehicle listed on the website. The owner was driving it, or it was on another lot. The salesman didn't know. When they called the next day to tell us it was there to look at, we drove the half hour to see it. The salesman didn't come out to go over any questions, threw us the keys for a test drive and said nothing. The car was disgusting filthy inside from where the owner had been driving it, wasn't even bothered to be cleaned. When we got back, no one came out to see how we liked the car. I asked about appraising our car for trade in when we walked inside and i literally was told no. I asked if they were serious and the salesman said yeah so we threw the keys back and walked out. This isn't the first bad experience I've had with astorg. I will never entertain giving them business again.

This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Artie Powers was the Perfect Car Salesman - No pressure, no gimmicks, no manipulation. He didn't mind staying a bit late while I decided on my Escape & didn't bat an eye when I wanted to sleep on it. He & sales manager, Dennis, even gave me a grand tour of the new showroom & service department before closing up for the night. I did a cursory check online and found I was getting a fair deal with their One Low Price sales model (I'm new to the area & didn't know much about Astorg). Artie had my Escape & paperwork ready to go when I came in the next day to complete the sale. Finance manager Brad made signing the mountain of paperwork easy & painless thanks to his knowledge and humor. Artie gave me an outstanding orientation to all the bells and whistles on my new Escape Titanium - he had most of the settings done for me before I even got there & helped pair my phone before I drove it off the lot. He followed up later that evening & again the next day to make sure I didn't have any issues or questions. I'm looking forward to my oil change so I can enjoy the new Service Department waiting area - like everything else, it's pretty amazing with separate cubicles with comfortable chairs & big screen TV (so you can watch whatever you want, not whatever is on). I love the Escape & highly recommend it - and Artie! I won't be in the market for a new vehicle for a while yet, but Astorg has another loyal customer & referral source.

We recently went down to Astorg to test drive a used Ford Edge. We ended up talking to Jared Bonnell and purchasing the vehicle. My husband and I found Jared and the rest of the staff at Astorg to be kind, friendly, personable and very helpful. We ended up spending more time than we had anticipated there and our kids got pretty cranky from the long wait but everyone there was really nice about it.
