I purchased a 2016 Jeep Renegade Trailhawk at the end of July, and the experience has been top notch. I found the vehicle on their web site after previously test driving and deciding what options I wanted in a Renegade. The vehicle I found was a perfect match to my needs/wants, and Steven Jewell made the subsequent purchase experience by far the easiest I have ever experienced. Their One Low Price cost structure was great, as I knew the vehicle price without a long negotiation session with a salesman, and their One Low Price was significantly lower than the prices offered by other Jeep dealers I had looked at Renegades in stock. Astorg's loaner vehicle program for when your vehicle is in their shop is top notch, and above what many of the dealerships I have dealt with offer. Not only did I get a low mileage, excellent condition loaner, they offered to drive the hour and a half to my home, drop off the loaner and take my Renegade back in to perform the trailer hitch install. Astorg truly offers a white glove treatment that is sorely missed in today's world. Astorg will be the first stop in any future car purchasing searches for my family.

I am 32 years old and have had over 50 vehicles so I have had my fair share of knowing what to look for and what I expect. Recently I have been dealing with Astorgs for the last 5 years I believe, which has led me to Astorgs Mercedes dealing with Duane T. And now Jason J. Thru the Chrysler Dodge side. Both Duane and Jason have been helpful and seem pretty knowledgeable when it comes to thier vehicles. I have had a good relationship with Duane thru the years and I am sure Jason and I will as well. I rate 4 out 5 due to the fact I have had issues with the service dept. Not once ! Not twice but 3x due to thier employees getting into my vehicle before cleaning themselves up leading to grease stains in the white stitching of the interior all over my steering wheel and mucking up my floor. Personally in my opinion mechanics should not even be inside the vehicle . I plan to give them one more shot due to the fact that 2 out of the 3 times that this happened they were in the middle of construction putting in a new service dept. I am in hopes that this won't happen again and they have designated employees that cover up the floor boards and seats like C&C service dept. And drive the vehicles in and out ... good day to all and merry christmas!

On a scale of 1 to 10, our buying experience with Astorg Motors was a 15! I can honestly say this was the most pleasant buying experience my husband and I have ever been a part of. We live in Roanoke, VA and found our Xterra online at Astorg Motors in Parkersburg, WV. We then sent an email to the dealership stating we were interested in finding out more about the vehicle. Within an hour we received the most pleasant call from one of the salesmen, Devin Dye. From the moment Devin introduced himself he was not what we call your "typical pushy salesman". Devin was never pushy, he was very patient with me and my 100 questions and sent us an email "auto packet" which contained photos and all the info on the vehicle we were interested in buying. The next day, Devin gave us a call to follow up with us to make sure we received our email info. With each conversation we had with Devin, we could tell he had our best interest at heart and wanted to help us have a great buying experience. When we told Devin we were interested in looking at the Xterra to purchase it, but we needed to figure a time we could since the dealership was 4 hours away from where we live. Much to our amazement, Devin immediately offered (without being pushy) that they could drive the car to us (all the way to Roanoke) for us to see! Then again without being pushy, Devin told us if we liked what we saw and wanted to purchase the vehicle, we could sign the papers then, but if we didn't like the vehicle they would just turn around and take the Xterra back.....no strings attached......all without any cost to us! Ok, let's just stop here for a moment and ask ourselves a realistic question....."who in the world does that type of customer service these days, especially without wanting to charge you extra?" My husband and I were floored that the dealership was willing to do that for us. It was at that point, we knew we were dealing with a class act establishment with great salesmen, great vehicles and top notch customer service! It doesn't stop there....ha! Today, Steve Jewell and Bob Summers left Parkersburg, WV (at 5am) to drive the Xterra over 250 miles (4 hours one way) for us to test drive and view! Steve and Bob were absolutely wonderful! Steve stayed in constant contact, via text, with us prior to leaving and all during the drive to Roanoke to let us know arrival time and potential delays. When the Xterra arrived it was everything we wanted and more! What we saw on the Internet was what we saw in person! We cannot thank Astorg Motors enough for our Xterra and the amazing buying experience we had. We didn't just buy a car, we felt like we made lifelong friends and became part of the Astorg Family! When the time comes for us to purchase another car, I can honestly say we will look at Astorg FIRST before looking anywhere else! Thank you Devin, Steve and Bob for all you did! I had a budget set for myself and had a few cars I was interested in from my online search of their inventory. Called and made an appointment for a Recall on October 5th. The soonest they could get me in was October 23rd which was fine. Swapped vehicles with spouse and took vehicle in. After 47 minutes in shop they notified me they ran out of parts to do recall. What is the point of an appointment and schedule ahead? Plus why couldn't they notify us they day prior they needed more parts. Very poor customer service and communications. So now have to take another day off work and swap vehicles for "whenever" replacement recall part arrives.

The entire staff, from management to service to sales is very down to earth and common sense oriented. No pressure, no stalling, no nonsense whining about how much they spent on the vehicle when you are negotiating the price. In particular, I highly recommend that you talk to Jason Jacobsen if you are truck or suv shopping. He doesn't give you the old "I'll see if I can talk my boss into it" spiel, he just lays it out there for you without making you feel you're getting danced around. I'm only giving them a one star because I have to. They have crappie Custemer service especially at keeping the customer updated on the vehicle status. I dropped off my 2013 Ram 2500 Big Horn 4X4 diesel for transmission problems on October 8 2016 "AFTER MANY ATTEMPTS TO GET MY TRUCK FIXED BESIDES REPLACING THE WHOLE TRANSMISSION THEY TOLD ME THEY HAD TO CHANGE ONE MORE PART WHICH WAS SUPPOSEDLY THE FIRST ONE THEY CHANGED OF MANY." So I picked the truck up on December 8 2016 took it to my local dealership which I got the truck from. When my mechanic tore into my transmission he noticed they left parts out of what they changed. Then to find out all that was wrong with my truck was a speed output sensor and nothing internally. I wouldn't go back if they was the only dodge garage in a 1000 Miles. They have no idea what they are doing other then what a computer tells them

I have been dealing with this dealership for years and they have been pretty good until now! They couldn't and still haven't been able to get the parts in to fix my car in a couple of weeks! They wouldn't help me with a loaner (knowing me quite well) to use because the car is still drivable but illegal with a rejection sticker for the fog lights which I leave off most of the time and is no safety issue! Rejection stickers are only good for 5 days and legally you can't drive them except to get them fixed or to work. I'm on vacation now! What a waste of my vacation! Big Dealership don't care about one customer but mom and pop places do care! Remember what they say when they sell you a car what happens a couple years down the road!!

I am not only an employee for the Department of Veterans Affairs, but I am also a Navy Veteran. I needed one of our patient transport vans internally detailed last minute. These guys fit us in, cleaned her up real quick and walked the keys over to me while I was waiting and told me it was a courtesy cleaning. It warmed my heart! What an awesome crew and dealership!
