We had a gray experience. I stopped when my Ram truck would not disengage from four wheel drive. They took the truck in, discovered the problem, ordered the part and had us on the road early the next morning. The repair was covered by warranty and my optional insurance allowed us to have a rental car so we're could enjoy the local area that evening. You have a great operation with friendly, knowledgeable people. I would give more stars if I could.

They are outstanding folks at university auto center. They found the problem on my 07 Envoy Denali with the Sirius xm radio and ordered the module and got it fixed for us. Then they called and said it was ready and sent a very caring lady to come and pick me up out in kittitas were I live. Salesmen kept putting me off with excuses like "all day sales meeting" and "we are so busy i havent had time". Then came an offer of a quarter of the trucks value because they dont like the engine it has. Complete waste of my time. They should have said they werent interested and left it at that. Ill never shop there or recommend any one goes there.

He was very friendly very congenial and very professional I got my car in and out got the service work done everything went very quickly and efficiently. We had a great experience when purchasing our new vehicle! The staff stayed late to accommodate our schedule and made sure that we walked out of the dealership happy. Do not be fooled... this is not a legitimate dealership or service center. It's a used car dealership that offers auto service disguised as a legit dealership. They do NOT care about your car needs, just their profits. Their service is not dealer quality and they will take your money and you will be calling the nearest dealership. This place is a scam. Go to a mom and pop shop in town instead. Honesty is the best policy. Avoid UAC

If I could give this service department no stars I would. They've had my 2017 Ram twice and can't fix the seat heaters. Worse than that they can't tell me what's wrong with them and don't know how to fix them. They scheduled me for service and told me they had new heating elements for the seats. For the second time they did not have the parts in stock for scheduled service. A few months back they scheduled my 2015 RAM for a recall service and did not have the parts in stock for the scheduled service. Do not take your car here for service they will not have the parts in stock to perform the work

This is my experience with this dealer. Called and asked for a Tahoe around 60,000 miles and spoke with a sales rep. he told me they didn't have any but took my phone number. A couple of weeks later he calls me and tells me he has something similar to what I'm looking for so we set up an appointment for Saturday morning. Saturday comes around, me and the whole family head down there to look at the Tahoe, the wifey ends up loving it so we decided to have our credit run to see if we can get a good APR, the sales rep. tells me that we need to talk to the finance lady and that they will call us on the phone, so off we go to have breakfast. This was 2 months ago and I never got a call back from anyone, ( I called them once after that Saturday to find out what happened and the sales rep. apologized and said the she was busy and that they would call me in 10 min.), never heard from them again... !! Great job in customer service University Auto Center!! In this same review I would like to thank Prestige Motors in Yakima for giving us a great APR on the Tahoe of our dreams and for treating us with respect and being true to their every word they promised. I would also like to mentioned that we won a Xbox one in the wheel of fortune game they have..

I wanted to purchase a Hummer H1 that they had for sale.I drove from Olympia to see the truck.I got there but the truck had some minor issues.Like steering wheel was shaking.Car was sold as a consigment and I thats why they could not give me more answers. Every time I was asking something they were saying that Im gonna call the owner and let you know.Well they didnt call me and I had to called them back and remind them if they have a answer for me. Only answer was that price is firm and owner didnt call them back.I had questions regarding the steering wheel shaking while driving but no answers.I offered 45k with all the issues that the truck had.They said no. Ok...then I said Im gonna pay full amount thru wsecu but its gonna be financed as a classic because its from 1999 and the bank needs a picture with the vin number and a picture with the engine(classic car guidlines).Three days later after I called and called I get two bad pictures .In this 3 days I called also the sales manager and left him a voicemail that I want to buy the truck but I need 2 more pictures from the ones that they have on their website.Never return my call. In the end I got nervous dealing with them and bought a different Hummer H1 from another dealership.Thanks Wsecu and no thanks UAC Reason for this 1 star review?I lost time driving from Olympia to Ellensburg plus I lost time trying to make them send me 2 pics and no answers regarding truck condition and minor problems.

Erick Atkins helped my husband and me with the purchase of both our vehicles last week. He was so genuine, down to earth and non pushy that our experience couldn't have gone better. Holly did our warranties and final paperwork. She was funny, real and non-pushy as well when it came down to what we each needed specifically for our vehicles. I highly recommend University Auto Center in Ellensburg for your vehicle purchasing. Their prices are fair and you don't have to haggle them down. Very refreshing. I will definitely be going back.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH A Dealership that tells you on a friday evening its a done deal after being there for 3 hours while they get the numbers right, only to come back on a monday and spend another 3 hours while they completely rework what was told to you was a done deal ! Your salesmen should NEVER tell a client its all done when in fact it isnt or allow the front office to rework a deal that was supposedly already made !!! Getting ready to head over the pass this morning to go home after being stranded at loves because of weather, our truck started hemorrhaging fuel. My friend and I walked over smelly and covered in coolant and diesel asking about a piece of hose for a fuel injector breather line. Their service department led us over to their parts department, but before they did they offered to drove us anywhere we needed to get the help we needed. We ended up getting the hose and a plug at no charge and we are extremely grateful. You saved us at least a few hours, at worst probably a day or two. Thank you so much. -Two smelly Soldiers on their way home finally.

Recall work done. Picked up truck with steering wheel having to be held 30 degrees to left to drive straight. Went back upset of course. Told by the manager only time they have done it wrong with 100 trucks and would undo the welds they just did and reweld. Girl at desk didn’t think I should be upset by having to bring the truck back, Missing work and waiting for it to be repaired again. She was very unprofessional and went back and complained about me talking very rudely to staff about me. Where I could hear her! Service manager was very unconcerned about my time or experience telling me it would not take that long to repair. Guess while he is at work getting paid he has no concern for those missing work to to his departments negligence!!! Yet another horrible experience with dodge trucks and dodge service!!! Avoid both!

Not only did they keep my car for over 3 weeks charge me outrageously, they put it back together poorly causing more issues. Took it back to them to fix and they will not accept blame. How convenient that after they pulled my dash and steering column apart nothing works properly now. Would not recommend their service department they will rip you off and cause more damage. Will never let them touch another vehicle of mine.

This is the first review I have ever written about a car dealership. I live on the "West Side" of the state and hadn't planned on going to Ellensburg for the new GMC truck I was looking for. But I'm glad I did because I found exactly the truck I wanted and my experience with the dealership was very good. Buying a car/truck is usually an uncomfortable transaction involving high pressure, vague terms and general craziness, and that was what I was running into as I looked at trucks in King & Snohomish counties. I was able to figure out the truck model I wanted and it is very easy to check a dealer's stock online. When I couldn't find what I wanted locally I just expanded the search and there was what I wanted at UAC. They were responsive and easy to deal with and gave me a better price than I had received elsewhere. Plus I saved ~$600 in sales tax, further reducing the price. I was able to figure the deal out with them over the phone before I made the drive--and the drive turned out to be a very pleasant 90 minutes over Snoqualmie Pass (in mid-December, and the roads were great and the scenery beautiful). I'll be going back there again.

Not sure if this is where I write this kind of review but today my experience with the front desk lady Lori Riddle wasnt great. I was getting my grandsons car worked on today and Mike in service was such a great guy to work with very helpful and knowledgeable. Once I got to the front Lori was sitting there and I started talking to her and all of a sudden she looked at me and said " I am on the phone." and then told the person on the phone "sorry people dont understand when I have my head piece on that im talking." she said it in a very rude way and just kept on talking to the person and didn't even say shed be right with me or anything. Then the gal with long hair came and started helping me she was very nice. The phone started ringing and instead of lori picking it up so the young lady could further help me she let it ring and ring until the lady had to pick up. I was very turned off by how rudley she treated me. Ive always had great experiences but today was not one.

My husband and I purchased a new Jeep at University Auto Center last weekend and we cannot say enough good things about our experience! We have been doing a lot of research on new Jeeps, but just haven't jumped the gun to actually go and look at them as we just have always hated the car buying experience (pushy, slimy, not trustworthy, etc... sales people). We were completely blown away with how easy the buying experience was with Dale and Holly at University Auto Center. They made arrangements to go pick up the Jeep at a different dealer and bring it to their lot for me. Everything was so smooth, from the initial call to Dale to signing documents with Holly, it was all a breeze. Never once did we feel forced or uncomfortable. Dale explained all the new 'goodies' that came with the Jeep and how to use the new features. I would certainly recommend University Auto to anyone looking for a new vehicle and we will continue to go back to them for our next vehicle!

I've been in to get lights fixed, my oil changed, and to determine why my back windshield wiper won't work. Every time I arrive, employees always greet me immediately. They give me accurate cost estimates and take time to determine the problem (like with my lights) and then they find the best and most cost-effective way to fix the problem. The oil change was quick and they let me know about a few concerns-like a slight oil leak. They offered suggestions regarding fixing the oil leak but were not pushy. Just a great team! And nice waiting room-clean and WIFI! I wish I knew everyone's name..but if they are on my paperwork or in the billing area then they were awesome!

Jeeps struts needed replaced and I had the VIP customer membership which was purchased in addition to my vehicle. I had a written estimate from the dealership and took it in for repair. They charged me more than the estimate and did not honor their estimate! They basically called me a liar! I will never return.

We recently accepted the fact that it was time in our lives to get a minivan, 2 kids and a dog and the car just wasn't cutting it anymore. We looked around and figured out what features we wanted on a used Chrysler Town & Country, and the one we found that was optioned the way we wanted with the best price for the mileage/ age, just happened to be on the other side of the Cascades in Ellensburg. Mike took several videos showing us all the little "wear and tear" type items one would expect on a vehicle with ~50K miles, and was very honest and straightforward with everything before we make the 2 hour drive. When the snow allowed us to get over the pass and make the trip, the minivan had been cleaned and detailed and was sitting in their delivery room. I wanted to negotiate a little, its just something you want to do to feel like you got a deal, but I really didn't have anything to negotiate with, the minivan was exactly as Mike said it was, and the price was where it should have been too. We were already pre-approved with good credit, so we were in and out in about 2 hours tops, and the majority of that time was just me checking over the vehicle and the wife taking it for a test drive. Overall the experience was excellent, I would have no issue with making the drive back if they have something else we needed. Everything was very friendly with no pressure. Thanks! Sean

Was traveling from out of town and pulling a fifth wheel, when the engine light came on. Was close to this dealership, so pulled in hoping they could work me in to see what the issue was. Not only did they check, but also repaired (bad DEF heater) in about two hours. I was back on the road again and made the next campground with time to spare. Their service department was excellent and would not hesitate to go there again.

My wife and I went through our first car-buying process here and were very (positively) surprised! Matt Lueder reached out to me via email after my online inquiry into a 2014 Honda CR-V, and we setup a time to meet after I got off work. We got there around 5:50 (didn't realize they closed at 6pm) but neither Matt nor Holly, their Finance Manager, mentioned anything about having to stay late for us, but did everything to serve us well. When we got there, Matt greeted us at the door and took us to check out the car, which he had already washed and parked inside their garage showroom so that we could see it under the light and in warm conditions, rather than a dark, 20-degree parking lot. We noticed a long crack in the windshield, but Matt went to talk with his boss and they agreed to take care of that for us - we're now scheduled for a replacement appointment next week that they already arranged and paid for! While taking it out for a test drive, Matt was very personable and far from "salesy." In fact, I had told my wife beforehand "even if you like it, just pretend to be very disinterested and not impressed" but when Matt when inside to grab the keys she said "this is hard - he's just so nice, I don't want to be mean to him!" After we got back, we went straight back to Holly to talk through financing and payment. I did not like how she presented the information - rather than laying it all out and saying "here's the cost, this is the Credit Union we got you approved for, and this is the APR" it was presented to us piece by piece as we signed, which didn't give us really any chance to negotiate on price. However...every time we got information it was actually better than I expected! She got us a great credit union at a great rate, the car was what I believe to be very reasonably priced, and I couldn't be more pleased with it! After closing the deal, Matt walked us out to the car, congratulated us, and said "I typically like to fill up my customer's gas tank before they drive off, but since I didn't have time to do that tonight, there is $40 cash in the center console for you guys." What a great piece of customer service! Anyway, this turned out to be a much longer review than I planned, but I was a very very big fan of our experience, and hope that others check this place out before deciding on any other lots.
