I was in the area one day and saw the dealership so decided to stop by and I'm glad I did. The moment I walked in, I was helped and not pressured in any ways. I test drove a couple cars and finally found what I was looking for, for a great price! I ended up finding a Camry hybrid with all the options you think of. "Customer Experience" is what I look for particularly in the service industry and I can tell you that Seattle's Finest Motors hit the spot. I bought my first newer car from this dealership and the whole process of buying a newer and more expensive car (then i'm typically use to) was easy! The sales agent was very knowledgeable and helpful and pulled stories from his own family/friend experiences to help me decide on options. They were honest and professional. Overall, they all knew what they were doing from the moment that I walked in to the moment that I signed the paperwork. Needless to say, the customer experience was spot on. I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealer and it was an awesome experience! All the salesmen were great, not pushy and very friendly and respectful. I knew which vehicle I was interested in, however, i was extremely impressed with all the cars on their lot. They all seemed to be in very good condition, and I saw no signs of the typical "99 used car" appeal. I worked with Vladimir and he made the process so easy. He accompanied us on the test drive and was very easy going. He shared the carfax and maintainance records, and was confident in the quality of vehicle he was selling. Bought a Chevy Express 2009 van with 73k mileage - low mileage, should run at least 200,000 more miles - transmission broke during my first trip to a job site, from Kent to Lynnwood. They said that they changed oil in transmission (probably to fix the issue), but what happened is it did not fix the issue but made it worse and completely to fail. CornerStone Extended warranty would not cover the transmission repair issue because the problem with the transmission was obviously prior of me purchasing this warranty. When I drove the van home from the dealership it smelled strong like burned oil. If you end up smelling this same smell from your newly purchased vehicle, return the car right away! I had to fix the transmission for $3000+++ out of my pocket. The dealer is not willing to reimburse, neither negotiate, inadequate responses to emails, it seems that they don't read what I was saying in the emails, but ignorantly pushing their "solutions" which make no sense, such as "you should use your extended warranty" but hey, how am i supposed to use it if I had cancelled it two weeks ago and received a refund for cancelled warranty and plus i don't wanna use it that is why i got it cancelled in the first place. I had purchased cars from dealers before, each of these took only one day worth of my time to complete purchases and be happy with my purchases, and this time it took more than a month to understand that I got screwed by them. To make this story really short: I got SCAMMED. TIP: buyers, to be safe - before you buy from any dealer make sure you read what you sign especially make sure you do not wave/void any warranties such as Implied Warranty - very important! Right now I'm seeking for legal action for them to refund me every penny for the repairs that I paid for to make this van usable. Peace be with you! PS. Also read other 1-star reviews, interesting stories... --Response: you offered me your mechanic when the transmission was ordered for delivery to the shop of my choice, your offer was too late and not answering phone calls and delaying on replies is not of a help at all. In addition to those two weeks when the van was standing by as a trophy in my backyard, I cannot allow myself another 3-4 or more weeks of skipping work and waiting for you to answer the phone. Where is the documentation of the inspection made by your mechanic that there were no issues with the van, i never seen it! If there were no issues, the van's transmission should not fail right away after i bought it and certainly should not smell like burned fluid. I was seeking for your advice and instructions since the moment the transmission broke and i did everything as you told me but then it ended up being a loop, repeating same thing over and over again. The team Farzad has at Seattle Finest Motors (SFM) is top notch. I primarily worked with Alex on a late Sunday evening and although it was close to closing he remained patient with my requests and provided answers, service records, and car fax to solidify my decision to purchase a car there. Farzad isn't too concerned with moving cars in and out of the lot but rather ensuring each customer that buys there is a satisfied customer and will remember to tell friends and family to go there when looking for their next ride. And that is what I intend to do for any friend of family member looking for their next Quality Pre-owned vehicle. One other thing, to illustrate Farzad and his teams commitment to ensuring I was fully satisfied was my request to get a part replaced (a Mass Air Flow sensor) that they happily agreed to pick up the cost for that after investing nearly $2k in recent maintenance on my Acura (Timing belt, water pump, valve cover gasket, and transmission service). Listen to me; skip the big Dealers that treat you like a number and try to woo you with free water bottles and go see Farzad, Alex and Chris. Those guys will take care of you and your car shopping needs and put you in a reliable vehicle that will be sure to turn heads. Take a look at their inventory to see what I'm talking about. -R.R. *****Update Jan 19 2018***** I‘d like to think I gave SFM a fair shake. It’s been 6+ months owning my car and although I have ran through a few troubles here and there I overlooked them since the team there are really good guys. Check engine light still turns on (emissions issue), the passenger seatbelt warning light turns on and it can’t be covered since it’s a Canadian vehicle, the battery terminal around the positive post corroded and broke off while driving and had to tow home (still haven’t fixed), and the A/C and Heater is sporadic in operation at times (won’t blow cold, won’t blow hot when I need it to). All minor in the grand scheme of things but when you’re working 60+ hours a week it truly is an inconvenience so the car has just been sitting the last 3 weeks until I have time to fix it. Future buyers, maybe proceed with caution. Again; the team there are great guys. My car seems to require extra attention, time, and money. ***** Update 5 Feb 18 ****** Alex reached out to me and offered to fix the issues at hand. I decided to keep all the details of the review to show what went on during my car buying process. The sale (the good), car malfunctioning months later (the not so good), and then SFM contacting me to see how they can make things right (the best). Simply put, I started with a 5 star review then lowered it to a 1 star review. I assumed they were like every other Dealership and did not care for the customer after the sale. I was wrong and the team at SFM exceeded my expectations. If you are like me and do your due diligence when car buying then I hope this review can help you decide whether or not Seattle Finest Motors is worth your time and money. Chances are you saw a vehicle or two on their site and wanted to ensure they were reputable and trustworthy. Take it from me, they are and you should drop by and just have a conversation with them. They will take care of you before, during and after the sale.

Swung by Seattle Finest after finding an X5 on Craigslist, and although the one I originally was looking at was being purchased already, I found another one I loved more! Justin was awesome and easy going to work with during the test drive (and more importantly) the transaction itself. Couple hours after driving off the lot, the check engine light came on, which made me immediately anxious and skeptical about the car, its condition and inevitably the dealership itself... I called Justin first thing the next morning and he apologized for the inconvenience, told me to bring it back in and they’d take care of whatever was wrong with the car ASAP (perfect response!). Fast forward a few days, I’d been working with Farzad (I believe he’s the owner) closely and he managed to jump in front of the line at the shop and they pinpointed the problem and solved it (to the tune of $1100 — they provided receipts for my records), and I picked my car up washed, detailed, and full of gas also! Farzad was SUPER responsive throughout the few days it was being worked on, which was really reassuring as a customer. Used car dealerships can make people leery (myself included), but I’d totally recommend Seattle Finest for their level of service and how they stand behind the vehicles they sell.

I told them okay, within less then a week they called me saying they got it, I came down to give it a test drive and had a mechanic check it out, that car was exactly what I wanted (with no issues) Then came time to do all the papers and the loan... They were extremely patient and helpful through out the whole process, they explained me what I need to do, where is the best place to go if I wanted a loan. They had few other customers come in while I was doing the papers, and they treated all of them as if they were the only customer in the building. Trustworthiness and Used Car Dealerships are not usually synonymous, however, I've found that the Seattle's Finest Motors dealership to be the exception to this commonly held view. I'm not just saying this based on an initial feeling, I experienced their integrity first hand, let me briefly tell you why I wouldn't buy a used car anywhere else. (This is a super condensed version of a very long story), 3 hours after purchasing our pathfinder from SFM, the check engine light came on, we had the error code checked, and it was a Transmission Solenoid (YIKES!!!!!!) I had signed the state "AS IS" at the dealership form, and felt this was my responsibility, and legally it was. Again, in an effort to keep the story short, I transported the Pathfinder to Seattle transmission shop, was run through the paces there, from $185/$2500/$4500, at the $4500 level I decided to call SFM and plead for mercy, I asked if they could help out at all, I was surprised at their willingness to discuss it, shortly after initial contact with SFM, both the owner and head mechanic phoned me. After several minutes of intense conversation with both of them, they convinced me that the repairs were not necessary, co-owner Bobby said he would have Sam (his mechanic) along with a tow truck to meet me at the transmission shop, I agreed. Again, tightening the story, that all happened to plan, and I had my Pathfinder delivered back to me in about three days. You see the repairs the transmission shop recommended were all made up, Sam and Bobby both knew this because of the thorough checking they do on ALL Pathfinders (Pathfinders of this year range have an inherent issue with the transmission that can be fixed and future problems avoided if done properly), the Seattle transmission shop knew this and saw the $$$$ signs, SFM knew they had already fixed it and had the paperwork to prove. (I've since driven the vehicle to Idaho and back, over 1,000 miles and it's perfect). You see they totally had my back, WOW!! BUY YOUR NEXT USED VEHICLE HERE, WHY?: FAIR PRICES, PRISTINELY DETAILED VEHICLES, THOROUGHLY MECHANICALLY GONE THRU AND REALLY HONEST!!!!!!!

I found out about this dealership through my auto insurance, USAA's Car Buying website which only sell certificated cars and give Member discounts. I found the car that I wanted at this dealership and Feras immediately emailed. I called and he was courteous and easygoing and not pushy and making you feel pressured like 90% of car dealership sales people. When we had scheduled a time for my husband and I to see the car, he didn't say at the end, something like "you should hurry or come in sooner because it could be gone tomorrow." And then when we got to the dealership, he and another colleague did not make us wait and he gave us the keys to the two cars we were deciding between and let us go on our own for a test drive. Best Used Car Dealership I had the pleasure to deal with, very nice cars, honest People, long story short, I traded in my evo here, and got my self a Newer BMW, after purchasing the car, the trans had an issue, (I did not purchase a warranty), and Feras and the Dealership owner, still went out of there way to, replace the trans, and give me a loner to drive, and when another major expensive component failed after having the car for only a couple days back, the Owner and Feras,(finance/sales manager), (keep in mind, used car dealers don’t do this,when it comes to things breaking, even big company’s) got me that part same day, and no charge, this is exactly what a used car dealership is supposed to be when it comes to taking care of customers and just being a good person. As i was searching for a bike around the area. I saw a post of a nice ducati bike. The price was out of my range and put an offer that was $2000 less than the listing price. They shoot me a message right away and saying they’ll go for it which is lower than the book value. They helped me alot into getting the bike. Justin was very helpful. Very professional and friendly staff. I was helping a friend find a very specific car. Out of all the dealerships I visited this one in particular had the best one at the best price. As soon as I arrived I was ready to talk to a sales person and a gentleman whose name I didn't get quickly went in and got ahold of Alex for me who was very professional and I didn't at any point feel rushed or uncomfortable like I did with other dealerships. The car I looked at was in great condition compared to some of the other ones I looked at that had already rusted drive axles and other issues. My friend ended up making the best decision and buying from this location. This place deals with a lot of fine automobiles like the name suggests. Alex actually is knowledgeable about the cars on the lot unlike some other dealerships where I felt like I was telling them about their cars. All of the lenders we reached out to were unable to help assist us for financing due to financing terms. We did are absolute best in trying to help assist you with your future purchase and even refunded the 1000 non refundable deposit. If there is anything more we can do for you please don't hesitate to ask. Thank you and good luck on your search for a new car.” I was with my brother throughout this whole process. I acknowledge and appreciate all the effort that was put into getting my brother a loan for the car. But for starters the car he was interested in was a 2006 Subaru STI, so if you’re going to respond at least be accurate with the information. For two, we were recommended to leave $1000 as a way to put the car on “hold” so it wasn’t sold to a different customer throughout the time we waited for the banks to respond. At no time was it emphasized that the $1000 we were leaving behind would be non refundable; I would assume that even though it is in writing it would be a priority for the seller to let the potential customer know what they are REALLY leaving their money for, it’s a common practice, even stores like Forever 21make an emphasis on their terms and conditions before any transactions are completed. So even stating “even refunded the 1000 non refundable deposit,” as if it were a generous act is wrong because we were told differently while we were there. I suggest better communication should be practiced within the sellers and their potential customers. Lastly, confronting your customers about the reviews they decide to make based on THEIR experience is very unprofessional, especially when you’re using the $1000 as a leverage tool for you guys to receive a better review. Great customer service, very polite but overall a little unprofessional. Paper work for the car was on in order, took it on a test drive and then sat down to talk pricing. Gentleman gave me a great deal, but still being unsure, I took it for one more test drive. After much deliberation I decided to hold off on the purchase. Gentlemen then became confused by my actions and ask me to explain my I wasn't buying the car that day. I tried to explain, but it just seem to make him more frustrated. I am sorry if I gave off the wrong impression but it is not proper customer service to ask a customer to explain oneself. Lastly, all the staff members that were visible wore sandals or moccasins with tee shirts and ratty jeans or shorts. Still a decent place to go get a car, but not Seattle's Finest.

Yesterday, we casually decided to just go and test drive cars. We stopped by Seattle Finest Motors in Lynnwood and test drove a few of the cars they had in stock. Little did we know, we fell in love with the Lexus RX350 and even though we had no intentions of buying it, we end up getting it. The car was meticulously kept with very low mileage at the best price in a radius of 200 miles. The customer service was excellent. Farzad is your man if you need to know anything about the cars. Farzad (the owner) was awesome. I visited him intending to purchase a Subaru WRX STI from his lot but unfortunately I was one day late and it was sold to another buyer. Farzad sympathised with me and did everything in his power to procure another WRX just for me. No less than a week later he had another WRX on his lot and ready for me to purchase. This even worked out in my favor as I believe the WRX I ended up with is an even better car than the first one I almost bought. From the first moment we stepped on the lot, thru driving the car off the lot, Vladimir and his team were low-pressure and helpful in making the purchase of an Infiniti G37x a delightful experience - a word I've rarely used when purchasing a used car. I bought a 2009 BMW X5 here a week ago yesterday. The next day I put the car in reverse for the first time and noticed the backup camera wasn’t working. I then realized the driver side passenger window would not roll down. I was pretty worried considering I signed as is paperwork. I did buy an extended warranty on the vehicle but it didn’t include electric. I called my sales rep who already mentioned they would fix the motor on the trunk when we bought it. Feras (could be spelling this wrong) told me not to worry and they would take care of everything when I dropped it off for the trunk motor. Still was a bit nervous that they might hit me with a bill when I went to pick it up. Yesterday my husband took me in and the car wasn’t there yet. Farzad approached us saying he is the one that is responsible for the work on the vehicle and he had good news and bad news. He said everything on the car has been fixed, including the back window motor regulator but the bad news was that it was going to happen again unless they replace the electrical module but in order to do that they have to order a part from BMW on Monday. I asked him if I was going to be charged and he said “absolutely not, we are taking care of everything.” I say all that to say this...they really didn’t have to do any of this work and #2, they could have easily replaced the window motor regulator and let it go out on me down the line and tell me I am out of luck. These people care about the reputation of their business. I don’t have my car back and will leave an additional review after I have been able to drive it a while but I would highly recommend these folks. You don’t find this in the used car business!!

I want to say thank you to Seattle’s finest motors for being such a great place to purchase a vehicle from. It was a very positive experience. I’m from Yakima and recently purchased an Acura MDX from them. In their add on Craig’s list it said the timing belt had been changed. They were able to provide other maintenance documents done to the vehicle but could not find the paper work for the timing belt, and this was one of the main reasons( besides it being in very good condition) I was going to buy the MDX from them. Since I had pretty much bought the vehicle at that point the owner of Seattle’s finest motors said they pride themselves on on selling good vehicles and taking care of any issues their vehicles may need before selling them. He also then said he would pay for my mechanic to look and see if it had been replaced or not, and if the mechanic determined it hadn’t been replaced he would pay for a new timing belt and for the mechanic/installation fee. The timing belt did need to be replaced and the owner of Seattle’s finest motors was true to his word. It was a smooth process. It’s nice to know there are good people in this world and keep their promises. All the staff at Seattle’s finest motors were friendly, caring, helpful and weren’t pushy salesmen. I would strongly suggest purchasing your next vehicle with them.

The best place around for finding high quality cars . I went in with a pre-approved loan interested in a BMW 335i and I talked to Vlados. He was extremely outgoing and passionate in his job. He didn’t use sell tactics such as being too pushy and trying to force you to buy a vehicle. He told me all the facts and the history of the vehicle. promising that it is an extremely reliable car and educated me on what the history of what could go wrong. The owner had stopped by after discussing the options. Later through the day I bought the car they gave me $1000 off the price of the vehicle. The owner even through in a 3000 mile 3 month warranty for free , and had his on site mechanic come out and inspect the whole vehicle before I drove it off the lot . He ended up replacing water reservoir, spark plugs, coil pack, new oil change , oil filter, and fuel injectors. All for free I walked out of the car lot with an enourmous smile on my face . We still keep in contact to this day because he checks up on me to make sure I’m still satisfied. Talk about trust this car dealership is the definition of trust and is all for the integrity of the cars they sell. I can promise based off my experience they will not sell a “bad” car . Once again thank you for all you have done !

Drove up from Oregon as Seattles finest had the year/ color/ and price G class I was looking for. They were very helpful and transparent with the sale. Drove home no problem but a few days later an output shaft sensor went bad. Understanding the vehicle had no warranty I called Seattles finest anyway and they covered half the cost for repairs. Vehicle has been great since and truly appreciate they're willingness to help.
