I want malow ford about two months ago to look at kia i make appreciate online i told her when i getting there when i got there know one knew i was coming. We when look at the vehicle it wouldn't start i knew what it was the battery thery jump it we start down the road a mile down i saw the vehicle no gas at all it dead on empty we had go back to the dealership to get the gas card we got to gas station. then we start on the test drive i love the vehicle but could the person had it before smoke in it i told my dealer and She said will take care we down the road some more i saw the radio don't work i knew what it was. She it would be fix to we get back to dealership we talk about the payment it sounds good i told them back in morning to get the vehicle so that night i want by to show wife the vehicle they move the car back where it was before i knew they don't fix a thing. The next morning i when back . I told her i want test drive again . She said go ahead drive it again i ask her come with me. She in the car i could tell don't do anything the smoke shell or radio i think said something about it . She didn't say a word that whole test drive. she stay on the phone testing someone we got back to the dealership she ask me really to sign the paper. I told her i was going to pass. She was so mad she said take her time was another customer there the financial manager come out side said i waste there time because was going get it anyway

Took the wife's Honda in for a simple oil and tire rotation. Told 45 minutes. Its now been 2 hours and were still sitting here waiting..and guessing everyone is now out to lunch. We will not be a returning customer.

I’ve never had a worse experience with a dealership or a service center. If I were able to put a no star rating I absolutely would! After purchasing my vehicle from Marlow Ford in Luray, I had to take it back into the dealership within the first two weeks of having it due to an issue that should’ve been fixed prior to it sitting on the lot to be sold. After taking it to the shop, it needed an axle replaced which was covered due to my explorer only having 40,000 miles on it. After picking my vehicle back up, a few days went by and the noise that I originally took it in for was back and even worse. I called again regarding this issue and was told that I could bring it in. When I stated that it was my only means of transportation I was told that I would need to rent a car. I then informed them that I would not be renting a car, my car was still under warranty and I should be given a vehicle from the company to drive. They arranged for this to happen however when I arrived to drop my vehicle off I was told that they could not rent the vehicle to me due to my age. Im 24 and yes I understand you must be 25 however it is my vehicle that is being taken to the shop no one else’s. Luckily my fiancé was able to “rent” the vehicle but was told that I was not allowed to drive it. I refused to pay for the rental so it was loaned to us while my vehicle was being worked on. Three days go by and I have heard NOTHING from the shop. Today I get a phone call stating that my vehicle was ready to be picked up. I told them I’m working and cannot come pick it up until tomorrow. Lady said that’s fine and hung up- to call back 10 minutes later saying she had to have the rental car returned today. (Mind you, the return date was not given upon pick up of this vehicle) she asked if someone could drive to the rentals location and drop off my car to pick theirs up. I agreed to that. Only to find out that they drove my vehicle all the way to me but left the gas gauge on empty.

I am a bread man in the Shenandoah Valley. I came over the mountain and smelled something burning thought it maybe was tires in the area or something - Only to realize it was my truck and the battery light was flashing- needless to say I had a full truck with many deliveries and a bad alternator I lent to advance auto parts - where the man recommended Marlow Ford right next-door - i’m glad I listened ! Mike and Anthony let me buy the part from advance put me in right away because they knew I was on a delivery schedule and got me back up and running very quickly - as an added bonus, I had some wonderful Christian fellowship in the waiting room with some local gentleman - two thumbs up for Marlow Ford

Had my wife's car there for recall and warranty work. Service man called that evening and said they couldn't find the problem and I told them to keep it and try it the next day. Well the next day I didn't get a call from nobody. Now the third day I waited till 4pm to call myself and they had me on hold for 2 minutes then said they couldn't find my car and put me on hold again for 15 minutes before I hung up. I was on my way at the time to get the car. So I called the main number and told them to have my car outside ready to go. When I get there my car was in the shop. I told them to get it out now cause if you can't find a car in your shop you have no clue what you are doing. So then I went up front to complain and was told I would get a call from the main manager to apologize on Monday and no call yet. Said they would go get on the person that lost my car but have no clue what was done about it. That place is a joke. Do your self a favor and go to a real Ford dealership. And my father took a car there for warranty work and they had no clue how to fix it. But they fired that service manager so I thought I would give them a chance. Boy was I wrong.

I contacted the internet department via email and Bob responded right away. Bob was very honest, professional and very responsive. He made every effort to do what he can for me even on his day off! Marlow Ford at Luray exceeded every expectation I had. All the paperwork was completed before I arrived and the car was sitting out front ready to go. It's obvious that this dealership is one I highly recommend. Coming from Loudoun County there are many dealerships I could have chosen. But the honesty, pricing and ease of the full process of purchasing my car was truly worth the drive to purchase from here. If I could give this place a zero I would. Bought a truck from there two weeks ago and the brake cable went bad. Took it to Nissian (sister store) and they got in contact with Marlow, after Marlow giving them the run around I called and spoke with Chris in sales and what a fn joke he is. Left 4 voicemails in two days and he never returned my call. Finally got ahold of Ben in the GM and as I’m on the phone he said Chris was sitting at his desk, when he said my name everyone in the office started laughing!!! I went off and hung up. Chris called saying sorry that they all were laughing at an email hmmmm which was a lie. Chris just kept giving me the run around, when I said fix the truck or I’m returning he quickly said fine. I said Nissian will be doing the repair and he tried to argue that it would be more cost to them and I said idc bc y’all are a joke. Hung up and now Nissian is fixing the issue that should of been fixed before selling it to us. Nissian is great and will buy from them but stay the hell away from Marlow and the POS Chris.

The service station rejected my car, but I'm not upset about that. They called the Autozone next door the facility and gave me a price of $430 for parts and $350 for labor. I walked next door and got the same parts at the same place for $212.26 and right now my labor cost is going to cost $225. Umm, smells like a rip off to me. Stay away.

My mom and I went to enquire about a vehicle we saw listed online. Before arriving, we made it clear that we did not want a hard credit inquiry to take place until we agreed to sign a lease if that were to happen. They agreed and told us that nothing would happen until papers were being signed. Halfway through our visit my mom checked her credit score and it had already been hit with a hard credit inquiry that dropped her credit score by ten points while we were still just viewing vehicles. Turns out this is actually illegal, and I would recommend anyone who is interested in buying/leasing a car to stay away from this place. To top it off, one of the managers tried to play it off as it wasn’t them who ordered the credit inquiry, while the source was listed as “Marlow Ford Luray”. Also, their pricing is horrible! You are better off headed to literally any other dealer.

All of the staff helped us and helped one another to answer all of our questions and provide us with the best service. Because we bought two cars, our second visit stretched until after closing, but you would never have guessed from the professional manner of all that worked with us. This is a great place to buy a car at a great price and it is located in a lovely spot not far from Luray Caverns. It is well worth the drive!

It was worth the 65 mile drive to shop at this dealership. The team is great, we shopped online and got a great deal, we bought a new to us Ford Fusion and were in and out with our car within a couple of hours. They took the price even a bit lower than the already great deal online to get our financing where it needdd to be. There was NO push ones at all. My wife has used them for oil changes and maintenance for the last 5+/- years. The shop is very convenient to schedule with and seems to provided excellent work. They have a decent waiting area if you want to wait for your car, or you can drop off the car and pickup when service is finalized. I have never bought a car from Marlow, but found their service department to be very helpful for the service we have have done over the last few years. So far we have had them work on Lincoln, Toyota, and Nissan cars for us.
