Johnston was a great help in getting everything taken care of for me, very friendly and professional, and got my new car without trouble. The Focus I got was used, yet you wouldn't be able to tell just by looking at, inside or out, and Carfax showed it was well maintained. My Ford F-150's A/C stopped working on a recent trip to Wilmington, NC. The Ford Dealership in Wilmington refused to even look at the vehicle until the following week. I called the Service Manager, Dave Frasier, at Madison Ford. He immediately called the Ford Dealership in Wilmington, spoke with their Service Manager, and got me an appointment to have it serviced that day. Dave gives new meaning to the term "customer service". He is an outstanding asset to Madison Ford, and I would highly recommend him for any of your vehicle needs.

We purchased a used car at Eddins and found the experience very good. Buying a car is not on my list of favorite things to do, it is probably closer to how some people view going to the dentist. But to my surprise, this wasn't the case. We had found a used car on-line that we were interested in and contacted Eddins. Ashley quickly got back with us and we made an appointment to see the car. Ashley had the car ready for us to look at and test drive (she had it inside out of the mist falling that day). We liked it and decided to buy if we could get the right price. Ashley worked with us on that in a very relaxed manner (no pressure) and met the price expectations that we could all agree on. I didn't feel we had to get in a haggling mode to get a reasonable deal which I appreciated because that is part of what I don't like about buying a car. Ashley took us in to see Georgie to get the finances taken care of. Again, there was no pressure , she was very kind and patient, very pleasant to deal with. After that Ashley patiently showed us all the features of the car before sending us on our way with the promise that we be sure to contact her if we ever have any questions. This was the most pleasant car buying experience I ever had. The people were all super pleasant to work with. Thanks!

Very nice dealership however the staff need new furniture to sit in. It is sad to walk by VP office who has a plush chair and the staff are sitting in broken/worn out chairs. As a customer I notice things like this. I did mention this to the VP and she brushed me off and gave me some excuse. You have to walk by VP office no matter where you are going in dealership and it is disheartening to see that she is very well taken off and can sit comfortable and the staff are sitting in worn out chairs. So I hope they take my recommendations and purchase new chairs. It is sad that a dealership who is family owned and has money can't drive down to Office Depot which is on the same Hwy as them and buy new chairs. They are not that expensive.

My 2016 Ford F150 APIM that controls SYNC went out on my truck. Malloy Ford of Charlotteville, VA charged me $160.00 to tell me that. I knew that when I went in from my research. They confirmed it but did not have the part. Estimate was another $980.00. Heck Ebay had new ones for $509.00, but it is where Ford has to program it so you are forced to use a dealer. Quote seemed very high. Took my truck to Madison Ford for the work and did not tell them I had taken it to Malloy Ford first. Saved me $180.00plus. Even took care of three recalls. Going to Madison Ford for now on. Good honest people. They seemed to be so much more knowledgeable, and want to do the job right. Other dealers out to make a buck off of you. Who knows what my bill would have ended up being at Malloy Ford. Go to Madison Ford - you can trust them.

I was exceptionally pleased with my experience at Eddins Ford. I found the vehicle I was looking for on-line and submitted a credit application. The next day I went to see the vehicle and have my used car appraised. Having done extensive research I knew what my used car was worth as well as what to expect to pay for the new vehicle. When the came back with the appraisal of my used car it was exactly where it should have been based on my research. This told me Eddins was operating fair and ethically. After test driving the new car we went to complete paperwork. Everything was done in about two hours which is faster than any dealership I have ever bought from previously. Everything about the process was fair and expeditious. From my salesperson Reid to the finance manager Adam the process was a pleasure and I always felt they were being honest and attentive to my needs. Looking for a car for my wife as well as replacing my existing truck in the next year or so and it is without question we will be heading back to Eddins.

Very displeased with my experience. JJ was very pushy and very uneducated about the vehicle I was interested in. Honestly during the test drive he could’ve cared less about educating me on the suv. When I go to buy something and the staff isn’t educated on the item then that’s not good business. Instead of hearing me out and saying I would call him when we are ready then he would call over and over. They were not willing to wheel and deal with us. The vehicle we were looking at had sold and we just weren’t too interested in anything else. I work hard and won’t just hand over my money to a company that doesn’t respect our wishes. Also when I contacted him to let him know we bought another vehicle, he responded very sarcastically and disrespectful to a customer. I’m glad we didn’t buy here. It’s the only new car dealership in Madison so I guess they feel like people will buy anyways. I will never go here to buy our next vehicle and I will not recommend this place to anyone. Congratulations JJ you just lost a customer and future customers for being the way you are. Step up your game and educate yourself on vehicles your selling

If you are taking your vehicle in for service take your checkbook. Everything costs $1000.00. My advice, get a second opinion. We left with a rejection sticker and an estimate of over $1000 in repairs. Two hours later we left another service/car repair with an inspection sticker and mechanics who couldn't find anything wrong with the truck. Not the first time with Eddins/Madison Ford. We've lived in Madison for many years, we won't be back.

On a recent trip to Virginia to visit family, my diesel Excursion needed some emergency repairs. A ruptured brake line and, unfortunately, a fuel injector needed replaced. The service department was most accommodating to service my vehicle into the weekend. David Frazier sensed my urgency and provided great part sourcing and communication. The diesel tech, Brandon Geer, did a flawless job and completed my vehicle on a scheduled day off; much appreciated. Lastly, the price was right in line with my personal mechanic back home.
