Mike blew a sale due to his stubborn attitude and not willing to negotiate with the customer. I offered the dealership a price for their 2010 XFR, but was told three times by Mike, that they need more for the car. Now the car price is lower than what I had offered them. I purchased from another dealer that when I told them I was ready to buy, they made the deal in less than 15 minutes. To your reply: Yes, it is fair and morally acceptable to leave a bad review when the dealership lies, three times. If you tell someone that you have $XXX in the car and will not take anything less and you lower the price below that dollar amount the next day, it is called lying. Which you and your salesman did. BTW, a week is not a long time from when I offered you the amount and you lowered your price below that. Your dealership's commitment to sales and customer satisfaction is iffy at best. I guess the $677 meant more to you at that time than making a sale.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Bought BMW here a week and a half ago. Wasn't until a couple days after driving it for extended period of time that we discovered there was a coolant leak under the turbo and valve stem seal needing replacement. For some additional context: these are catastrophic problems because this particular coolant problem is right underneath the engine and it's an integral part of running the car, and the valve stem seal has to do with burning oil too rich. Parts to these fixes are not a lot, it's the location of the components require extensive labor to get to it. Went to a couple of mechanics for estimates, they are estimating between $7000-10,000! (By the way, that's not the BMW dealer labor rates. That would easily be another 5k on top of everything.) The dealers are refusing to do anything about it and won't take the car back either. They stand by we "should have returned it the same day." Yeah, no kidding. If the drive home was long enough for those things to be apparent, we wouldn't even have bought the darn car. There's no integrity or accountability. What an absolute nightmare.

These folks are very unprofessional. Look else where. It took them to long to reply to my email requests for different information on the vehicles. I was looking at 2 vettes here. I asked to speak to the sales manager and was refused by the salesman. He told me he wanted to know what I wanted to talk to him about and never made any effort to get me in touch with him. I told him what my issues were and he still would not let me talk to the sales manager. I had another salesman email me and told him about the earlier situation and she never called back.

I purchased a GMC Acadia Denali from this place a week ago. I was told it was in Great condition, no scratches, wear and Tear from Peter . He sent me videos and tons of photos. When their delivery person delivered the car there were key like scratches all the way down the passenger side, numerous dents, windshield needs replaced, 4700.00 in repairs needed. Also, an additional 1000 miles on it. I’m not sure who caused the damage , could of been the delivery people as what should of taken 6 -8 hours took 2 days. One of the people said they picked it up Saturday and the other one said Sunday night and then it went to 4:00 am Monday morning. Clearly someone was lying. I have spoke to the manager Elshan and he told me to take it to a shop for estimate which I did, I forwarded him the estimate for over 4,700.00 he said he would pay 750.00 towards the cost of repairs!! I have yet to receive any sort of reimbursement. Buyers Beware!! You are dealing with a company that is NOT TRUE TO THEIR WORD!! I have bought many cars and NEVER have I EVER dealt with such dishonest people!! Take your hard earned money elsewhere to purchase your vehicle!! The response from the seller is NOT truthful, when the car arrived at my home, it was on a roll back tow truck , the driver of the truck said it had not been off the truck for 2 days and was not driven at all by them. There is deep key scratches on passenger side doors and quarter panel, approx 6 good size dents, the windshield has a crack. If those items were on the vehicle when it was on the lot, I would assume that they would of been addressed since you own a body shop and can do the work so cheaply before shipping it. On day of purchase I was told and signed the title stating it had 45,590 miles, while it was on the tow truck I check and it had 46,530 difference is 940 miles. Unfortunately this does not allow me to insert pictures of proof.

I did 3 hours drive to see a car who was not corresponding to the description, then I ask to see another one, the car looks good but when I tried there was a big issue with the direction shaking and the brakes, they propose to fix it but I don't trust a huge dealer like this can even propose a car with any issues at an average price... Waste of time and gasoline

Went into the dealership inquiring about a Mercedes-Benz G wagon was very disappointed with the customer service nobody wants to greet us at the front door everybody was sitting behind their desk The person at the front desk had his headphones in and when he was off his phone he greeted me saying we need to fill out a credit application for the Mercedes-Benz in the back of my head I’m saying I have a 840 Beacon score so there’s no need for me to fill out a credit application because I already have a check from my bank then he want to argue with me about me why I needed to fill out an application and I don’t feel comfortable doing my credit application I shouldn’t have to do business like that. I will be informing the bbb about their “Company of choice”.

This was an interesting car buying experience if i say so myself. At first the vehicle i was purchasing seemed like a bad deal since it needed some work but Caspian Auto gave me their word that they would get everything fixed, so i purchased the vehicle. I can say that i read everything and nothings screamed out like it was a scam, they where doing everything legitimate, so i signed on the dotted line. Two weeks later, everything has been fixed on my car as promised and i feel that it was an overall good experience. Hazan is the guy i would ask for, he took care of me every step of the way, and i recommenced that you give Caspian a chance. I would buy from this place again.

EDIT: Let me start by saying this is my first and possibly my only ever google review. 99.9% of the time, I think it will be a waste of my time. But I think this feedback may help people. Caspian has a 100% no refund/return policy. I will say, this is made very clear. Their sales team is transparent. Their sales team is helpful. Their prices are very, very fair. If you know how to tell a car will fail (as mine did < 500 miles after the test drive) this is a five star dealership. As the counterbalance to their no refund/return policy, their vehicles come with a warranty from Preferred Warranties Inc 'PWI' My repair shop diagnosed the problem, however, PWI would not cover repairs until in my case the engine was entirely disassembled. My head gasket blew four days after purchase, and the car overheated. My PWI rep made clear, they would only cover this if the shop could prove the head gasket was to blame. Thankfully, this was the case. After proving this, PWI contacted me saying they would pay for the gasket, but not the labor. I still faced a labor bill, but the warranty protected me from most of the repair bill. After my initial review, Caspian has reached out and offered me a partial payment of that labor cost. I did not expect compensation, and have now edited my review

I call back several times and basically get ignored meanwhile Im reading these reviews on their service and it rings true.. I was told after telling them I wanted to make payment in full that the car was sold to someone just a few minutes ago as they put down a $2k deposit... the manager tells me its tax season and cars are selling like crazy and i took too long... HAHA - ridiculous! (I WAS SENT A BILL OF SALE YET IT WAS STILL SOLD TO SOMEONE ELSE!!!!) As a sales professional I cant understand their practices other than too many people just walking in they dont have to be professional... awesome for you guys!

Found my car on Car Gurus and contacted Caspian online. I started with one contact and was passed on to 3 others over a few days. We came to an agreement on price and I put down a deposit. Had trouble getting both phone calls and emails returned in a timely basis. They did take care of a couple dings but not all. When I went to pay the rest of the car off I was told there was a 3% upcharge for paying via credit card as well as a $699 additional preparation charge that I was never told before that point and I did tell them from the beginning I was not sending a money order or cashiers check to a place I was having trouble getting a reply from. It was shipped free but they would not negotiate any amount from the stated price if I was having it shipped. The also never told me the title would come after I received the car. One important suggestion to Caspian would be that it is critical when dealing on line or over the phone that communication be clear and immediate as well as making additional charges clear from the beginning. I would not suggest Caspian to others dealing online.

Horrible. I have never seen a auto lot that wanted to sell a vehicle less. As I am from a good distance away I tried to reach out to them both by phone and their chat service as I was extremely interested in one particular vehicle. I even had a quality trade-in. Chat service was useless as I never received a call and all calls I made went to voicemail. After waiting about an hour an half for a call back I made one more call and finally got the least interested in selling something salesperson I have ever spoken to. No tact and horrible conversation abilities. These guys are a hard pass for any future business.

I have had to call the dealership 3 times trying to get a credit app processed and you all have failed to help me. Very unprofessional, answered the 0hone with a attitude and had loud music playing in the background which u could hear better than the person I was talking to. I specifically asked how many times my credit would be pulled and the finance dude told me only one time, however I needed up getting 4 different credit pulls lowering my score.i hope the owner pulls this place together. People are trying to spend money with you but seems as If you dont want the business? Edit: you advertise good credit bad credit no problem, my credit is over with no delinquent history and last late payment over 2 years ago. You told me one company denied me because I had a delinquent account with them which I never even had a loan with them, I even called them to make sure I wasn't tripping

I drove 3 hours to buy a Chevy 2500 and I told them I was coming and it would still be there, 30 miles away, I call them again to verify, and they sold it out from under me. Sat there at the dealer and waited for 3 hours while he was trying to make a deal work and in that time 4 other people were in the phone with previous customers, and they all had issues with their new car from them breaking down,I test drove a 2012 ram 2500, bald tires, check engine light because it was deleted improperly. The turbo wasn’t working either building boost and if you wanted to turn right? You were going left! The ball joints and control arms were shot. And they insisted it would get fix 30 days after I bought the truck and kept pushing for their extra warranty. Do not go here, scam artists at its finest.

I have always purchased my vehicles from major dealerships. This is the first time ever going through a privately owned smaller auto operation. The atmosphere was great. They have competent knowledgable staff. Did not get a single shred of that usual Car Salesman garble. The quality of the used vehicles they have are BY FAR the best in that area. The Ford Expedition we purchased needs an alignment that was promised to be done next week. So far, I give 5 stars. If we have any issues getting this alignment done as promised, I will certainly update this review. I purchased a 2008 Ford Expedition EL Limited. This truck was so clean and in such great condition I honestly could not believe they didnt list it for 4-5k more than they did. IT WAS A STEAL! They have quality vehicles. I did not see any garbage parked on their main lot. I am a happy customer :)

So I called Tuesday September the 3rd...the lady hung up twice on me...and finally after getting through I spoke with the manager and told him to withdraw my application because I rather take my business elsewhere! Not a fan of this place. Their sales person was juggling three customers and he seemed to be pre-judging who he thought was going to sign on the dotted line the quickest. I was ready to buy that day, but not from them after the lack of attention to my questions. They even tried to blow off the fact that the vehicle I was most interested in had no AC unless you turned the temp down to 60 degrees...otherwise it was hot air blowing. He claimed it was because the vehicle was not started recently...lol

I drove 4 hours to buy a car they had posted online. Under reviews it stated no accidents and when I got the the passenger door had been hit, the rear bumper damaged, the front bumper damaged and the Mercedes-Benz emblem was missing, drivers heated seat didn't work, several buttons on control panel were sticking and all 4 rim were damaged by someone who didn't know how to replace the tires. I called a repair shop to see how much it would cost just to fix the door and was quoted $1000-1200. The salesman said he could get it done for $200. If you know anything about MB SLK300's you know you CAN NOT fix any part of those cars for $200!!! If you shop there look the car over closely. And Good Luck.

I found a couple issues with the vehicle when test driving and Caspain fixed them immediately on the spot and did not charge me. I would highly recommend them and would shop here again.

This place totally sold me a lemon car and they knew it. In addition to that they couldn't wait to get the car out for sale they forgot to replace the Piston rods on several occasions and sold me a car that needed the radiator to be replaced. When I came out to have the radiator replaced later on the car conked out on me on New Year's Eve when I was taking my date out for celebration. Unfortunately I had to trade it in with a totally different dealership I'm just sad I wasted my time with them. I don't care if their salesman seemed like the nicest person in the world be sure to inspect the car that you want to buy and have a mechanic (on your side) that's willing to do the inspection otherwise they'll be quick to place a tag on it and claim it as having been inspected and passing with all good marks. Don't judge a book by its cover, their warranty package plan is a joke as well. I recommend you do your research before you buy with them! SERIOUSLY!

The sales staff are incredibly friendly and are very willing to work with people to get them the car that they want. Very easy to buy from. The problem is the quality of customer service after you purchase a vehicle. I purchased an Acura tl from them and took it to a shop to have the tires replaced because one had a bubble in the side wall. It was a new tire, so it probably happened while being installed so not a big deal, I prefer to have matching tires anyway. However, while installing the tires, they noticed that one wheel had a crack around one of the spokes and it was very noticeable once the wheel was removed. The wheel was not only incredibly dangerous to drive on, but did not pass Virginia State Inspection on any level what so ever. I called Caspian and spoke with the service manger. His response was "you cant prove it" and hung the phone up on me. If you do buy from them... PLEASE have the car checked out before putting your life on the line.

I had contacted this dealership via Facebook and spoke with someone , I was told I would receive a email from a manager to discuss my current situation, I never received the email. My husband a few days later messaged to just set up a appointment for us to go in. Upon arrival I told my husband I would let someone know we’re here , I walked in and let them know and told them that we’re going to look around for a bit. Once I walked back out to my husband I told him that I wasn’t even greeted nicely , or at all. I stood there waiting and nothing til I spoke up. Anyhow we decided to give it a look around , upon our walk we noticed vehicles with flat tires , dirty vehicles , every vehicle was unlocked , not cleaned on the inside at all , keys in the vehicles , a lot of vehicles that’s listed already for sale on their website is in racks in the service shop , now I can’t say if the vehicles are good running vehicles or not but for my family and I we rather not find out after what we seen. We went inside and politely told the girls at the front that we're going to have to cancel our appointment, we thanked them and just left. I would 100% be careful and before you buy take the vehicle elsewhere to be 100% inspected.

DO NOT BUY HERE: I bought a used 2011 Honda Ridgeline RTL with from modest miles from here. They were nice and worked with me on price and getting proper tires for it because the tires were mismatched. The problem: From an aesthetic standpoint and driving it around/checking it out under the hood the vehicle looked fine. 500 miles down the road the power steering went out on the highway and left me stranded (I around $500 for replacement of the pump and serpentine belt). I went in to get tires from Caspian Auto to replace the mismatched ones a month later and they directed me to a "Benny's Tire Shop" which is an operation that doesn't even have a garage that is located down the street and was shady to say the least. They hadn't received communication from Caspian Auto about my tires but they tried their best and picked up some Walmart cheapo tires and sent me on my way. At this point I went to a local trusted Honda dealership to get them installed because I was worried that Benny's garage would over torque or incorrectly balance the tires. The Honda dealership notified me that the wheel lugs on two wheels were crossthreaded or over torqued and ended up replacing the stems and costing me around $200. Well I guess I was already too late. I reached out to the Subaru dealership that sold Caspian Auto the Ridgeline and they emailed me records of the Ridgeline originally running four matching Michelin Tires. Which means Caspian had either replaced the tires themselves in a shop and damaged the threading on the lugs themselves or had one of their shady side shops do it for them. I called Caspian and let them know what had happened and they let me know they weren't responsible. I get it, it's a used vehicle and you buy it "As Is". This review is to warn other potential buyers that these vehicles they sell MOST LIKELY have damage to smaller unseen components that even your mechanic wouldn't likely detect upon inspection. And to let others know that they are a cut and dry dealership that will NOT take responsibility for the shotty work of their contracted garages they use.
