This was the nicest experience I've had and would come back again. Gary made my experience here very nice.

Bought my husband's truck here about a year ago, and they promised us the world and all the good deals. Yet we have had nothing but issues with the truck since then, issues that we brought to their attention to fix right after purchasing, and they kept giving us the run around about getting it fixed. I highly DO NOT recommend this place to buy a "certified preowned vehicle." You will be robbed.

Cassandra Tart

I purchased my vehicle from Car Direct, excellent customer service. My buying experience was awesome and I would highly recommend to anyone. This is the best place to buy your next car.

Mr. Irish Blend

This place is a trap! Especially for military! Please just stay away from here and take your money elsewhere.

Found a truck I liked on a website they advertise through , no response when I requested info. Reached out over FB , Dylan Spackman was assigned to me .. took a while he finally contacted me , asked him a few questions that I never got answers too.. asked to get rough numbers on what my trade in would be.. avoids that for 6 hours and after I said it multiple times he calls me saying he’s been working on it all day .. but he needs more info .. he asked me 3 questions that took me 30 seconds .. the sales manager calls me (very nice and very attentive) we talk numbers , said I get back to them .. text Dylan again today , told him I’m ready to do a credit app, I have money down and I’ll come get it ... And he responds with “well We just have so many people on the vehicle he doesn’t want to go any further “ so looks like I’ll find another truck somewhere else

Melissa Erickson

Some of the best Salesman in town! I’d recommend working with them, they provide excellent service and give you phenomenal service. Don’t forget to ask for Dylan, he sold me an SUV With everything I wanted in it for the low!! He has the best prices and plenty to pick from! Happy to say I’m excited and in love with my purchase!

Abbie Jo

My husband and I went in trying to trade in a truck that is worth between 17-20 thousand dollars trade in value and he tried to give us 16 thousand for it. We said ok because we just wanted the truck gone. He told us to do something to get a loan that the bank could not do and apparently never does. The bank said that Car Directs knows that they can’t do this and should not have told us to get a loan in they way our salesman described. All in all, I’m done dealing with them and will never return. They all seem nice but are just trying to screw you over.

Amber Hill

Dylan is a nice guy and very patient.... got me rolling in no time. I recommend him any day.

No hassle. No pressure salesmanship. The experience was a pleasure.

Leah myers

They were extremely helpful. I had a great experience here and would recommend them to anyone.

Christopher Shelley

Nice service and people working there, I would recommend buying a vehicle from them

Nick Decorse

Jason, is the man. Totally hooked me up and worked with me even several days later to come buy the car all the way till like a month out after the purchase. Will definitely go there again and invite friends to come buy a car from there. Great service and people.

Richard Vantuyl

23,000 for a jeep,that has 130,000 moles on it

Michael Bohling

Great salesmen, sevice, and an excellent selection of more than fairly priced vehicles.

Valerie Feliz

Thank you Chris for everything. They were helpful and understanding. I definitely didn't go out expecting to get a new car but I did and I couldn't be happier with the decision I made. Thank you Car Direct ❤️❤️❤️

Justin Ray

Amazing dealership. There are no words for these guys. They have a customer for life. My sales rep was Gary and the sales manager Don treat you right, fair, and no matter what bottom end, They take care of the customer with customer service that is unheard of in today's times. Thanks again Car Direct and thanks again Gary and Don!!!!!

Rob West

So, went to see a couple vehicles, guess what got the vehicle sold this morning lie. Come to find out they never had the vehicle on the lot to begin with lol Look at their reviews on CARGURUS f you want an accurate description of what they are all about. See at first I felt bad I snapped but then come to find out guy lied to my face. I don't now. Would never do business with them. BUYER BEWARE Will be reporting to BBB and Wavy.

Bob González León

I know car dealerships have the strategy to be nice to convince you to buy a car, but I must say that what I really liked about this place was the honesty of car salesman Jason Loper, he really pushed to get me the best deal possible, was transparent about all the numbers and encouraged me to go with the best financial terms for myself instead of just trying to empty my pocket as much as possible. He was helpful in everything and never got an attitude even when I wasn’t an easy customer. Totally recommend this place, but make sure you task for Jason Loper to be your car salesman when you go!!

Natasha Cash

Sell overpriced vehicles with sketchy things wrong with them. When asked excuses are made and told something to try to cover it up.

Beverly Joyner

Ask for Daryian, he works hard to get you what you need at a price you can afford. He was wonderful.

Bonnie Holland

I bought a car from them 4 months ago and the transmission has gone out of it already the guy there named Ryan told me that that is my problem pretty much after I spent 17 grand for a vehicle not happy at all Guy didn’t even offer to help I wouldn’t buy anything from this place. Been having problems with this vehicle since I bought it. Update: Have have the Chevy Tahoe for less than a year and the motor and transmission have went out just letting everyone know beware better business bureau will be involved

U. Abboud

Everybody was extremely helpful from the initial call to final purchase. I am highly satisfied and would recommend them to others. They get a five star rating well deserved.

I bought a Nissan Armada from Car Direct and the buying process was very easy. They were open and honest with me from the start. The whole process took 2 hours. Unfortunately, my vehicle had some issues that were not discovered prior to my purchase. The team worked with me, assessed the vehicle, sent it to the shop took care of all the work that needed to get done. They went above and beyond to ensure that I had a good experience and am happy with my purchase. I would highly recommend! Darian is a wonderful sales man! Ryan was great through the whole process of getting my new to me SUV safe and ready to transport my family. Thank you guys for everything! Will come see you when I am ready for my next New to ME!!

Melissa George

they sold us a Nissan Titan with a bad catalytic converter — $1400 in repairs needed! We told them within 2 days of purchase but they don’t care cause they already have our money! Their offer was to get the mechanic to “agree” to sell us the parts at cost when we can buy the parts on line for less — we just wanted them to make it right since they sold us the vehicle without telling us about the problem! So much for good customer service!

ruth schmeltzerii

It was a real relaxed feel. Gary was a really good salesman, he not only gave me the option to choose freely, but also took me to the 2nd dealership. Very good.

Cody McCall

At first they were good but when you find anything wrong with the vehicle they deny that its bad when clearly its broken. The truck i looked at you could move the whole front cv axle and they claim normal wear and tear. So i didnt even bother arguing with cause theyll do anything to get there money. Look at what your paying for is my only advice. Just cause it says "certified" doesn't mean it ain't broke

Trevino

I am a returning customer and will continue to return in the future. The staff made everything easy and did what they had to do to get me in my new vehicle. I highly recommend RJ and Car Direct.

Shelly Brant

Great people, vehicles and service!

This place doesn’t deserve a star. Went there yesterday (7/13/2018) to look at a 2013 Hyundai Genesis coupe that I actually called to see if it was available and they said it was. I even told them I’d be there at noon to look at it and when I got there the guy went in to get the keys and came out literally 3 seconds later and said that they moved it to their other lot because someone else was looking at it to buy it. I was like alright whatever, and I saw a 2010 Subaru Impreza wrx hatchback 5 speed that caught my attention. So I went to look for that and asked for the keys and he said that there is a clutch problem and that it feels like it’s going to stall in first, but I can still drive it if I want. Um what? How can you let someone drive a car with that issue? Also, that sounds like more of a transmission problem if you ask me. The kicker is that they wanted 19K for it, and it had 103K miles on it. That’s literally 4K over kelly blue book value. But I leave still interested in the Impreza, I figure I can haggle the price down to proper value, and the salesperson takes my number and says he will let me know if the genesis is sold and when they fix the clutch issue on the impreza. Cool. Not even 5 minutes after I leave the lot he texts me saying that the genesis is sold. Alright, whatever. Today, the very next day, he texts me saying that someone came in and bought the impreza. What the hell? All of these negative reviews are true. I don’t know what kind of business they are trying to run but it’s obviously not a car business because they don’t like to sell people cars. This whole dealer and their website is a bait scheme. Not to mention all the 5 star reviews are fake and from random car dealers all across the country that were posted within a few days of each other. What a complete joke. ****UPDATE**** 07/19/2018- I was looking on Craigslist to see if I could find a nice Impreza wrx for a good price. I scroll for about 10 seconds and see that car direct posted an add for the same 2010 Impreza wrx hatchback that I was looking at before, and when I look at the time of when it was posted it said 3 hours ago. THESE PEOPLE ARE CRIMINALS. The sales person literally texted me the very next day after my visit and told me that someone came by and bought it and paid it In full in cash. I’m literally astonished and so angry that these people are still in business and not in prison. This is false advertising and criminal activity at its finest. I wouldn’t be surprised if this dealer was a front for a drug dealing ring or something insane like that. These people need to be reported to the better business bureau and the police immediately. All of the employees are guilty of false advertising or conspiracy to commit false advertisement. Stay far away!

This place is one of the biggest scammers in Virginia.4 months ago I purchased a vehicle from this place that I started having issues with 15 minutes after I left the car lot.Dylan and Ryan promises you the world and smile and lie to your face, the check engine light came on 15 minutes after I left the car lot.i called Dylan he never answered the phone so I got ahold of Ryan the sales manager,I was told to bring it in that Monday I did i set there from 9AM to 4 PM and never got the car fixed I was told to come back tommrow from north Carolina where I live on the other side of Suffolk va,they took it to a place called little creek auto why it was there I had a conversation with Ryan where I asked to trade the car back in he told me no that it was my problem now. Well I got the car back they said it was the 02 sensors Both of them .4 days later the check engine light came back on again i called Ryan he told me to take it to little creek auto I did they said it was the Catalytic converter which they made me come back the next day, they claimed they changed it.a week later the check engine light came on again I called Ryan he said he has nothing to do with it so I took it back to little creek auto again they said it was the Catalytic converter again, they claimed they fixed it, 3 days later the check engine light came on again. So I took it to another shop they said it was the Catalytic converter and the 02 sensors which they said was never replaced that it was the original ones on the vehicle still, that means it was never fixed, now the alternator has gone bad in the vehicle that I only have had for 3 months and paying 16 thousand dollars on.This place cars direct sales lemons and are scam artist with little creek auto they both work hand and hand with one another don't buy from this dealer ship.if anybody else has had dealings with these people people be aware I'm in the process of sueing these scammers anybody that wants to join in the process let me know Shame on you Ryan and your team, and the owner is nowhere to be found won't even let you talk to him

This stealership is an awful place. Their motto painted onto their walls ,which reads "we do good things for other people," actually implies people other than YOU. I was looking for a 4-foot sedan last year to drive for uber, and after explaining the situation of jobless and potential homelessness on the brink pending confirmation for my driver position with uber, they immediately put me behind the wheel of a BMV out of my price range. Reluctant to purchase this vehicle, a sales associate, Jake Roulaine I believe it was, who claimed to be the son of the owner, tookme for a test drive to his house down the street, coaxed me into getting high with him and the friend I brought with me, then proceeded to explain that he was aware of my disinterest in the BMV, but that, "it would make him look so good to his dad," and to the other associates at Cars Dorect, " if I'd just collect a check for the amount of the car from my bank, and just pretend to be interested in the vehicle; and that he'd definitely find a vehicle I wanted, and if not I'd be refunded." Under the influence, I went along with what he said, but little did I know that's was never going to see that money again, because they deposited the check immediately after giving it to them without leaving the lot in a car at all. For 2 weeks I tried to get reimbursement for the check with promises from the managers/owner that it was just a few days away from being returned, but Donny finally, "broke the reality of the situation to me, in that I gave them a signed check, and it was not of their obligation to return any of it. And tha t I could either leave the lot with a vehicle for the same amount, or pay them for 2 weeks of storage fees," for a BMV I couldn't take home for lack of insurance coverage. They gave me a Jeep Liberty outside of the criteria guidelines I gave them, and made for a terrible year. Not only was there a good sized dent they refused to acknowledge, for the 'as is' status of the sale, but 1 day after the 30 warranty, the vehicle started failing. It became a bottomless money pit, keeping me impoverished and unable to sell the vehicle without taking a huge loss, for they also sold it to me $3,000 more than it was worth, at the value of the BMW. . Never again, and buyers be warned.

Alyssa Wil

No matter what dealership you go to, they are ALL scammers. Some just hide it better than others. Everything is always overpriced. If you can get a car from a dealer, you can get one from a private seller who has taken care of it (which is where they all get the cars anyway but worse because it’s at an auction where the cars are beat before they are traded in) A lot of their cars are overpriced junk. They have dents and scratches. You can tell a lot of them have been painted for whatever reason. The oversized tires on the jeeps/trucks are ALMOST ALWAYS worn or cupped. Most of the “aftermarket” stuff on vehicles aren’t good anyways especially when they charge WAY more than the vehicle is worth. Not to mention you can go right to the dealer (ford,Chevy,Jeep etc) and buy a BRAND new one for maybe 6 grand more. 6 grand! Brand new! Customer service was good (Gary I believe) I HATED that they kept trying to get me a warranty which to me is a waste of money. They asked several times and I said no and continued to try. I bought a 2015 with low low miles I could tell it was taken care of adding 3,000 for a warranty is nonsense to me. Comes with free oil changes the whole time I have it (if you use regular crappy oil) but since I don’t you got to pay. So I said screw it all together and do it myself. Other than the oil changes and the decent customer service they are just like everyone else.

Richard Romeo

They were friendly enough, but the salesman was not knowledgeable about cars. The first truck I looked at was rusted out underneath, he told me they do an undercoating so don't worry. Everything seemed like the stereotypical used car lot. Buyer beware.

Mar Andew

Vincent was our salesman. He wasn't pushy at all, asked what we were looking for in a car. Was very friendly and found exactly what we were looking for. Next time we are looking for a vehicle we would be happy to return, as well as refer anyone we know to your location.

Heather Arradondo

I went to this dealership after making an appointment to see a vehicle. Not only was the vehicle NOT on the lot, the man tried to tell me the managers were driving it to a meeting. Also was talking about they take the vehicles home on the weekends and such. I will never consider this place EVER. The man was suppose to send brochures of a type that same night and never did nor contacted me. I moved onto a place that actually sells low miles at a decent price. They were asking outrageous prices for old cars! No thanks.

Ben Solot

Dylan was awesome! Would’ve given him 6 stars if it was an option. Worked really hard to find what I was looking for, which wasn’t easy due to my credit. Was very friendly, helpful and got me the truck I wanted! Definitely recommend!!!

Kaytlyn Brown

This place doesn't even deserve a star. Went looking for a new vehicle and they refused to speak to me or acknowledge me and only spoke to my male friend I brought along for opinions only. Terrible service.

Neil Bradley

These people are great for bate and switch. You pick out the car you want. They tell you it needs work, come back tomorrow. When you come back, they tell you it is still in the garage. They tell you they will call when ready. When you call THEM they tell you the car has been sold. Then they try to sell you a car you do not want. These people can not be trusted. They have no integrity.

Donald Grover

Was 0 pressure and they listened to my wants and needs. Worked to get the right price was in a new to me truck fast

The Great Aeps Show

I’m conflicted on a two or three star review. On one hand. The guy was polite from beginning to end. On the other hand he spoke about the many issues the avalanche had and how we would discuss the price and what they can do to fix the issues with the truck. The truck had a busted (right down the center) dashboard. The cup holders were broke, the front tires rubbed when I turned. But the worst part of the whole deal was when I looked under the truck. Someone took glossy black spray paint and tried to paint over all the visible rust. They did a horrible job at trying get one over. The overspray was everywhere. Well. After all that talking and telling me about how we can “work it out” he came back from the boss just to say they couldn’t do anything for me and I could buy this highly rusted truck for $21.999.00 or not and that’s that. So no, I did not buy the truck. But I did some research. This place buys all of its cars from an auction up north. So all the cars have high rust issues! So trying to spray over rust in order to fool a potential buyer is common practice here. They are aware of it when they look you in the eye and say this is a great car. The last used car place was over priced but at least the truck wasn’t a complete rust buck underneath. On to the next location.

M & M Automotive

My overall out experience was great and the service was excellent. Gary was very nice, patient and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend Car Direct.

D. Brumn

The service from Mr. Vincent was more than what I expected. He kept me informed and determined to purchase a vehicle I give him and Car Direct 5 stars. Excellent customer service.

Jeam Mari

My experience with Car Direct, customer service and sales was one of my best experience I have had in a long time. The sales rep Brian was very informative and knowledgeable as well as patient with me not knowing a lot about cars! I would refer this company to all my friends family and coworkers.

Ree Cherry-Evans

This company should be banned for military. They are all crooks and will lie to your face. Wavy 10 will be notified as well every social networking site. Save yourself from these false car dealers. They are in business based of the many lemons they have sold. Don and Ryan both do not care about anything but the commission.

Jon White

Just bought a vehicle from these guys amazing service and very easy going. Had an issue with a sensor that went bad they took care of it no problem they are also military approved so dont be worried. Gary is awesome and so is their manager. Thanks again guys for putting up with all my questions and concerns.

Melissa Crowe

If you are military like we are, DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! THEY WILL TRY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU!!!!!! If I could give no stars, I would! We live in NC so when we found the truck of my husbands dreams here, we thought it was awesome! We made sure that before we ever drove up there that we were approved for the loan and everything! We were GUARANTEED to be in our price range and that we were approved so we made the 3 and a half our drive there with our 8 month old daughter in tow. We get there and everything seemed to be going good, until it got to the finance manager, Patrick. That's when everything went south! We were then told that in order to be in our budget we had to put 2k down, if not the payment would be more than we could afford. Furious, my husband grabbed our keys and went to leave when Scott, the original salesman, started YELLING at him saying its not his fault and that we should've expected to put something down! First of all, we told him before even coming that wasn't an option. We kept asking for our APR and what the amount was for and how much payment would be, all being assured by Scott that it was a good rate and we'd be in budget with no money down and a good price on our trade in. LIES. As we were leaving another salesman, Jason, approached us and gave us an idea for how to make our payment and make this work. He was the ONLY ONE who had our best interest in mind. Reluctantly, we agreed and signed the paperwork thinking all was good and the truck was ours! WRONG. Exactly 1 week later, they call to inform us that the loan was in-fact NOT approved and we needed to return the truck. How did we even leave the lot without an approved loan and signed ALL the paper work required to sign if the loan was approved??? We were even given an interest rate and monthly payment before we left that we signed and agreed to!! This place is SHADY no matter how you look at it! They even want us to drive AGAIN with my daughter to bring them back the truck and pick up our car!! Um, sorry but yall messed up the loan and everything, you can get your truck and bring us our car since all y'all did was LIE from the start! I'm not subjecting my 8 month old to another 7 hour round trip and $200+ in gas AGAIN for this horrible company! If you are military like we are, DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! THEY WILL TRY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU!!!!!!

Google User

Great guy. Gary helped me with what would work best for me. Great atmosphere. Cars are great.

Anthony Smaw

Because they give you good quality service

Wendy Hopkins

I found that they are very honest. The salesman told me exactly what was wrong with the car I went there to see. He let me know he wouldn't buy it. It is unthinkable to go to a dealership, and have someone come out and be honest about their cars. I didn't purchase that particular car, but when I go back there I will probably purchase a vehicle from them.

Sam Heatwole

This place is not reputable. I made an appointment. I drove from Newport News to Va Beach to look at a car. When I got there, first I was told the car was at another location...then the story changed, the salesman said it was being negotiated on...in other words, being sold. Evidentally, there is poor communication between salesmen and manager...Asked if I wanted to see something else, I said, "No, way! " Then I left...never to return. Steer clear of this place.

kasey taylor

Ryan Baker was the most disrespectful car salesman I’ve ever had an encounter with. He assumed I was not in the financial state to buy a car. He was so rude. He lounged back in his seat, very unprofessional. He told me on quote “you can’t afford that” and made my business feel unwanted, like I have no option. did not even walk me out or give me a card. I HAD CASH TO SPEND. This establishment just lost a car sale I will take my money and go somewhere I’m treated with respect.

Tiffany Arney

We recently purchased a 2007 Tahoe from here. Our sales man Deryan was very professional and easy to work with. Before purchasing the vehicle there was a minor issue and they did everything they said they would and had it fixed. The manager Donny was also professional and great to work with. He made sure we had everything covered, warranty and financing. If you are car shopping, I would suggest you check this dealership out!

Brooke Brady

The cars they have are very sketchy and have many problems with them. They are way over priced and not at all a good company. Do not go there..

Brian Manderano

I bought my first vehicle it was a very understandable price it was Smooth and easy all of the customer advocate very kind and understanding they are highly recommended for whoever is wanting to purchase a vehicle CarDirect Is absolutely amazing I would purchase from them again!!.

Nonya Businazz

Asked for a price on a vehicle and the person I was asking the price insisted I talk to a salesman, I just wanted to know the price, if it was a good price I’d have bought the vehicle right then but they wouldn’t give me the price without a salesman. So I’m not going to purchase from a dealer who can’t answer a simple question without a hassle.

Greg Eudy

Good selection, upper end on price

Robert Haack

Disappointing, got a call from them, I told them a dollar amount I would pay OTD. TOLD ME TO COME OVER THEY SEE WHAT COULD BE DONE. They didn't come close. So I waste time and gas with the BS.

Robert Jackson

Great place to buy a used car. Got this 2010 Ford Explorer at a great price and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Summer Willow

personally I would never buy a car from this dealership , Sold my husband a car that has had three different issues with it within the first month of buying it .

A Google User

Rodney was very attentive during the process. He made me feel as if I was in control of the situation at all times. Also made the experience painless way better than my last experience.

Klimeks

Best service I have ever had. Gary personally treated me like family and I greatly appreciated it. I will recommend anyone to come and buy a car from him. Thank you.

Redneck Red

Awesome Vehicles Great employees will be buying my next truck there

Kate McBeath

Would never suggest this place to ANYONE. Have been attempting to report them to the B.B. and am seeking legal action. Deception in sales is ILLEGAL and if you read the reviews, clearly they do it time and time again. Save yourself the trouble, and stay away. Also, they’re rude, unprofessional, and uneducated.

A Google User

Excellent experience. Marty was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle we were looking. Would recommend Car Direct & Marty anytime.

Trevor Womack

This kind of dealership is the reason used car sales people have a bad reputation. It was truly a learning experience dealing with them. As others have said, the vehicles they sell are in bad mechanical condition and they sell them with a promise that they'll fix what's wrong before you pick it up but then they rush you to sign the paperwork prior to the repairs and after that, you're on your own. Do not purchase from these honorless people. Also, as others have said, their good reviews are mostly fake.

Laura Trommer

Very nice staff, but don't fall victim to their over-priced vehicles! They and their brother store, Beach Auto Brokers on Little Creek Road, target young military with a Military Appreciation Program (MAP) that sounds well and fine until you realize it's just a lure to get you in. Again, great people, but that can be said for any car salesman.

Karen Sheppard

UPDATE 6/15/18: Today I received a phone call from the owner, the general manager, and the business office to discuss my experience. The owner, Brian, was very professional, courteous, and listened to everything I had to say. He seemed like a very genuine guy and he was able to help me solve my issues very very quickly. Thank you so much Julie, Brian and Don! 6/13/18: The car buying experience, for me, was fine. I did go in to look at a car they had online and was told “we just sold it!” However, it’s still showing for sale online so definitely believe the reviews about bait and switch, also the car I purchased one month ago is also still showing for sale. They also make you fill out a review sheet when you’re sitting in front of them which is awkward, and I am pretty sure they pay people to write good reviews on Google because every single one is from "a google user". My issue was after I had already bought the car. The car needed new seatbelts cause the previous owners dog chewed them, so during the buying process they agreed to replace them. Cool. Well when the seatbelts finally came in they called to have me bring the car in to replace them. I couldn’t, and I told Jacob that I could not bring the car in during the week as I’m active duty military (in the middle of inspection prep) and I can’t get the time off. I didn’t think it was a big deal I’d call when I got a chance. Well, I was finally able to call today and when Jacob called me back he immediately began quoting policies about having ten days to get whatever was agreed upon fixed, and it was now the 12th day so they “wouldn’t be held liable to replace anything” and I would have to come pick up the seatbelts, and “fortunately” for me they didn’t send them back. I was confused as to why I was being talked down to and treated like l was irate already, and this is in the beginning of the call. When I tried to ask why he was acting like that, he spoke over me and accused me of being “combative”. (I was not) I honestly didn’t know/remember about a 10 day rule and would have had no issue picking up the seatbelts for my husband to install, but the way he handled the whole situation was unprofessional. He also said he was “standing in front of his manager staring at him” and if I wanted him to go speak to his manager then now was my chance.... I had no reason to speak to a manager, and never asked to nor did I ask him to go talk to one...I was legit confused as to why I was being treated like I was irate. Jacob never brought up the 10 day rule in the voicemail he left nor in our text conversations. Maybe you guys should do that in the future because people forget things, and it’s good customer service. He also said the mechanic who would have installed the seatbelts called me “so many times”. I never got a message from that person and I don’t answer unknown numbers so maybe tell him to leave messages in the future? I still don’t have any other missed calls from Virginia numbers except Jacob’s. But hey, if they want to go by the book and not install silly seatbelts because I was two whole long days late, then go ahead. I honestly don’t want to do business with them after this anyway. Update 6/14/18: I went in today to pick up the seatbelts and as expected I was treated like I was the bad guy. I also asked about my registration (because I am registering out of state). He said I was 100% responsible for doing that even though he lead me to believe that they would take care of it (you know, like a normal dealership would do). His manager rolled his eyes at me and they both acted like I was asking them to do something foreign to them because now I need new temp tags since these are about to expire. I am very disappointed and surprised that they are acting like this, but thats ok.
