I live in the Northern Virginia area, did a lot of research and found the car i was looking at Car legends and the experience was great! The staff was very helpful in the entire process. Going to an auto dealership has usually been an experience i could do without. Jimmy made this experience quick and hassle free. Car legends was recommended by a close friend and exceeded my expectation . If you are shopping for a quality used car i would recommend asking for Jimmy without hesitation

The salesman “Tee” knew that I was driving 1 1/2 hours to look at the vehicle. When I got there he had raised the price of the vehicle $1,000. He said that he didn’t change the price and showed me the vehicle on all of the websites showing the price. I had luckily taken a screen shot of the vehicle and original price. When I showed him the picture of the original price he said that he would knock off $500 since I had the picture. Not the kind of people that I want to deal with. Dishonest is a nice word for them!

I bought my daughter her first car and couldn't be more satisfied. The price was reasonable and the car was in great condition and best of all low mileage. The staff was great about explaining what warranty is needed and what comes with the car. I will definitely come back and buy my next car from here! Great experience!!

Where do I begin? 5 stars are not nearly enough!These guys are top notch! I recently bought a car from them, a Mercedes S class and I have to say this was better than dealing with a big name franchise dealer. The price was fair and the car is in super condition! They are professional, very knowledgeable, up front and honest! These guys were all about their word and went the extra mile to make sure everything was 100% with the car. Even a week after the sale, they called me to come to dealership because I had mentioned that my center console lid was acting up. They had actually purchased a replacement OEM lid from Mercedes Benz! Had one of their staffers replace it and I was outta there within 15 minutes! Took less than 10 days for them to get my hard tags from the DMV after the sale! THAT'S FAST! Ron, Noor, Tee, Jimmy and the rest of the crew are highly recommended by me. Their staff is a very diverse group who can speak multiple languages. They cater to the customer's reasonable and sensible requests. Anything that I mentioned as being a slight problem to me with the car was almost immediately handled. I had never met any of them before I saw and purchased the car from them but I would definitely trust these guys to buy my next car. And I will!

Car Legends in Stafford VA gave me treatment unimaginable compare with other dealerships. I would give negative stars if I could. By far the worst car buying experience that I have ever had. The owner (Noor) knowingly attempted to sell me a car with a bad transmission. This was admitted by his salesman and his porter. He then tried to get me to commit fraud with him by purchasing a warranty and filing a claim to get the car fixed that he know was not right from the beginning. After being forced to replace the transmission in the BMW and not being able to get the vehicle financed after he was exposed he then forged my signature on a document and charged me for mileage and restoration for a car that he didn't even try to sell again. I do not recommend them at all.

They said they would fix the convertible top on the mustang I bought from them because the top was going to leak in several places....after almost 3 weeks of waiting for them to replace the top I got the car back....come to find out when I got it home and the first rain the car leaked where I said it would before I bought it and the cars top no longer goes down and now my speakers are going bad.....not to mention being pushed into paying full price for the car they didnt actually fix it like they saod they would....I would highly recommend to everyone to buy a vehicle elsewhere cause car legends isn't a good place...

I bought a Nissan Pathfinder from Car Legends in Stafford yesterday. It was an easy and pleasant experience. I got a good car at a good price and I was very comfortable dealing with everyone there. Plus, they delivered my car that night (for a modest fee) and I was rolling the next morning. I'd certainly recommend them to anyone looking for good inventory and straight dealings.

Very pleasant and easy process buying a vehicle from them. They worked with what I had to offer with a down payment and monthly income and got me into a very nice truck I thought. Before the first 30 days know I have to spend over 5 grand fixing the truck to the point where I’m gonna let them repo the truck. Do not by anything from there they temp fix things to sell them with out telling people. Will never get me business again.

DO NOT BUY HERE. GOOD REVIEWS COME FROM THEIR FRIENDS. LEARN FROM MY STORY. SOLD A LEMON. HAVE LAWYERS READY. Sold a car in "good condition" only to find out it needed over $3,000 in repairs. Car couldn't pass inspection in MD and the inspector told me it never would have passed ANY inspection. These inspections are done fraudulently. Was offered to pay $300 to bypass MD inspection and get a fraudulent sticker-I refused. But I am now in the process of taking legal action against this dealership. The GM was useless and dishonest about any resolution. I was told 'It is what it is'

I'll never go here again! Sellsman tells you things and doesn't do it. Drove off in a truck that blew up a week later. A truck they said was in perfect condition. Sellsman told me he was giving me a 30 day warranty but didn't put it on paper. So their response to the truck breaking down was I'm sorry we'll give you 200 bucks... the mechanic bill is 5k... They knew something was up with this truck and told me it was in perfect condition... I'll never go back and I'll stop by friends from going there!

If I could give it a 0 rating I would. I called in and was told to fill out a credit app online before they could even talk to me. I filled out the app and had to keep calling back. It was almost a week later before I finally got an answer. When I would call it was oh we haven't gotten to it yet, we haven't finished processing it, our finance Manger isn't here (got that a lot when I called at 11am). They had excuse after excuse before I was finally told they couldn't help me. They couldn't help me fine but at least don't give me the run around for days and days. I spoke to the finance Manger once and mentioned I had a possible trade in told him about it and was told I should post it on Craigslist people are more likely to buy junk there. They whole experience was awful they were very rude and unprofessional all the way around.

wanted to write a good review because they did work with us on finding a car when a different dealership down the street sold the one we were looking at when we were on our hour n half drive down there (caspian auto ) so was happy about that . then as leaving the car only had less then a quarter tank of gas , asked and was told they would put gas in it , they brought it back with a little over quarter tank of gas ..... never purchased a car without them filling it up for us . so we had to stop and fill it up on the way home after we just purchased it from them . now waiting on the title it has been almost 30 days (our temp tag is running out ) and i have called and called , getting excuse after excuse about it was already sent out , and the person that sent it out isn't here so i can't give you a tracking number , after a few days of that i finally called and told them i need the tracking number today ( has been 2 days since they said they sent it to us) we finally get the tracking and it wouldn't pull up ( usually because it has not been processed yet) checked it the next day and it showed that they just sent the title out that evening after i talked to them the last time ... it was so many lies and all i wanted was the truth , to be honest and say oh i forgot i will send it out today , don't keep lying to me saying it was sent out days ago , and ignoring me to try and cover it up , now we have to rush to get to the MVA and get our tags before the temp tag runs out any day now . if you lied about this over and over again what else would you lie about during a car sale .... was going to brush the not having enough gas in the car to even let us get home under the rug but after the lies about the title i would not recommend anyone to go here ...

This is the most dishonest car dealer I have ever come across. If you don't want to find yourself in a situation of auto fraud, avoid this place. They won't honor their warranty and would sell you a car with a lot of faults without letting yo know. Be ready to start experiencing problems immediately you drive off their lot. I would give this dealership 1/2 star if I could for customer service after the sale. Like they say buyer beware. I bought a f150 and asked for the owner's manual the day I bought it I told I'd be sent one that was 37 days ago. I contact the suppose to be manager Ron and got the run around he tells you he'll call you back and days go by no call. Customer service after the sale sucks!! I've had mechanical problems with my truck where I've spent over $ 800.00 in repairs because I did not catch these things until after I returned home. I live two and a half hours away from dealership. My advise DON'T buy from here UNLESS you take vehicle to a mechanic FIRST! I will NEVER recommend this dealership or buy another car from them! I also know based on conversations I've had with this Ron that I was going to get the run around. I am seeking advise from an attorney I need his help!

My wife and I bought a car at this dealership & it was a very smooth experience. Ron made sure everything was taken care of before we arrived. Ron was extremely professional. We drove for 3+ hrs and were a a bit concerned if the van was not in the condition it was advertised and described over the phone , that was not the case. This is my second time buying a luxury car and byfar has it been the best car buying experience I’ve had so far. It was quick, easy and Noor was a pleasure to work with. He was honest and straightforward, the whole staff was real and mad cool, whilst still professional. Prices are fair and after I’m completely in love with my week-old Lexus. I was in the market for about a month and dealt with other dealers who were shady, dishonest and/or condescending.

This was one the best experience at an dealership. First they make you go all the way to a bank yourself to get approve in which I didn’t cause they already ran my credit a few times so that was denied. After finally getting approved for a bank in which I had to find, 2months later my tags are dead and they never sent my paperwork’s to my bank or DMV to get my tags. My car been sitting on the street getting tickets because they didn’t finish there job. They are nice people, but they do whatever it takes to get the car sold and gain there commission. Even when it’s going to put you in the whole. And You do not what that.

Awful dealer they cleared the car codes so it looked like no lights were on less then 15 mins after leaving the engine light came on I called them and they did nothing to help it’s a good thing I bought the warranty!!! Stopped by to check on a Tacoma and spoke with Ron. Excellent and fast service. Truck was well cleaned and prepped before I was done with the paperwork. The paperwork was far faster than other dealerships as well. Edit: The AC condenser appears to have seized up in the first 3 days away from the dealership. I will update once I see how they honor the 3 month warranty they gave me on the truck.

I recently purchased a van from carlegands.. I could not be more pleased with this company and my purchase. The gentleman was very helpful as most of our business was conducted through emails.. I live almost two hours from their location they worked with me in finding a vehicle that was dependable and within my price range that would fit our growing family. They personally searched for a van for us which I can say not many dealers would do.. They are not your typical dealership. When we arrived to carlegands we we're very pleased by the kind atmosphere. While in the market for a new car, I came across Car Legend and instantly fell in love with a car on their website. While test driving the car and trying out all its features, I mentioned to the salesman that while I loved all the features, my favorite were the heated seats. Two weeks later my heated seats stop working & I was quoted by my mechanic with a bill of close to $1k to have the driver side fix. I called back up to the dealership to express my frustration and was put into contact with the manager Ron. Normally with other dealerships, this would have been an “you out of luck situation” but I am so grateful that Ron appreciates his customers enough that this was not the case. Even after they had already had the sale, Ron made sure that I got my heated seats fixed and was able to completely enjoy my new car. That alone I am very appreciative of. While my experience overall with the entire dealership was good, for him alone, I will definitely keep Car Legends in mind whenever I or my family is in the market for a car.

I wish there was a lower rate! The manager promise to repair a window that stopped working. The very next day the truck locks and another window stopped working properly. The manager said he would setup an appointment with machanac then refused to take phone calls and avoided me. An employee lost his sunglasses and called my cell 13 times in one week to leave messages about some cheap sunglasses. I wish this dealership invested as much time in following up with the vehicle as they did with some cheap sunglasses!!!

Bought a Mustang from this dealership with a new state inspection. Brake pads were metal on metal after I brought them in where I work for a multipoint inspection. First time through the car wash I have always brought my vehicles to, 2 panels of clear coat blew off the car. I was told I would get a call back from them about it and never did. My car lost about $4000 in value within the first week of me having it and it won't sell due to the paint problems. Don't do business with these guys.

But after reading the reviews and having a 9 Hour drive home, Ive decided to not make a purchase... They say all cars come with a 3'000 mile warranty. Dosnt say what's under warranty tho =( ive Had bad luck since a child. Car was beautiful.... These reviews really took a toll on me. Lotsof fraud and dishonest reviews. Scares me !

Do not go to this very dysfunctional car lot....you have salesmen in there stepping on each others toes.....talked with a salesman all week about purchasing a car. Then for him to fax paperwork to my loan officers for the approval of the loan and the day b4 I was suppose to come buy the car they sold it and didn't even think of calling or e-mailing to let me know that they sold it....would've had to drive 2 hours just to be told that oh another one of the salesmen sold the car the morning b4....POS car lot this is! Don't waste your time dealing with these people....they're just money hungry and do business with no integrity. Question?.....why would I pay a 358.00 down payment on insurance thats non refundable and have to drive 2 hours if I'm not gonna buy the car. Saw a great deal on car legend and took a train ride there to pick up my new car. 2006 acura tsx w/nav, super clean with only 108k miles , i bought it at $7900! even though i saw a closer vehicle of the same package near my area but at a price $9800 with 138k miles, ridiculous rip off pricing. I dont think any price can beat my purchase. Was picked up in a mercedes from one of the fellow reps there, great vibe and now great friendship, will be keeping in touch with these guys for future reference. Please don't listen to these reviews (the reviews are definitely being submitted by friends, fake accounts or people who just drove off the lot and haven't noticed the issues with their cars yet, SERIOUSLY look how many upvotes the negative comments have compared to the positive ones... doesn't take a rocket scientist to see these people are CROOKS, I would give anything for 5 minutes in an empty room with tee or any of these low lifes, that includes the OWNER) THEIR FACEBOOK PAGE REVIEWS ARE HORRENDUS! This place is full of con artists and crooks...not even a year later I have had issues...Replaced starter, fuel pump, brakes/rotors, failed ECM, intermittent flashing of dash lights, car door lock mechanism was broke and not fixed and now the icing on the cake, the transmission completely bombed on me. To put it in perspective for you...I found out that Car Legends purchased the vehicle in March 2018...which is when I purchased it from them (which was literally DAYS after they received the car as a trade in). So common sense would tell you they purchased the vehicle and sold it ASAP without checking anything other than 'does it run'. They also lied to the bank and said I gave them $2000 down (red flag) and told me to lie about my home address (red flag). Also once I gave them the $2000 they overcharged my account $10 and never refunded it. Now a year later I'm stuck with a brick of a car that needs thousands of dollars in repairs. BUYER BEWARE! Better off taking the bus. I have one last thing to say to the SCUM the run this 'buisness'. KARMA...it may not come around now or anytime soon, but it will come around and I hope it destroys CAR LEGENDS OF STAFFORD.

While visiting family in Stafford a couple weeks ago my sister was looking for a slightly used Toyota, and after looking online we found quite a few at Car Legends, which also happened to be close to her house which was awesome. I called before hand to confirm they still had the Toyota's we were interested in, and wonderful lady who answered the phone was very knowledgeable about the cars on the lot, she was very professional and wasn't pushy at all trying to have us rush in. Once my sister arrived, we were greeted by a nice sells man, didn't hound us or follow us around which was nice. The cars on the lot were clean inside and out and looked to be in great cosmetic condition. Compared to other used car dealerships, this was by far the best experience I've come across.

EXTREMELY DISHONEST!!!! Do not deal with this dealership!! Drove from Delaware to Virginia to pick up our truck. On the way home, we noticed that it was not aligned as it was pulling us across the road. Also, started blowing blue smoke out the back. Within less than 2 weeks we walked outside to about 1 gallon of oil on the ground. Looked underneath and it's full of JB Weld on the oil pan. On top of all of this, it seems as though the turbo isn't working. Called dealership and spoke to the manager. He was EXTREMELY rude! Tried to tell us it was in excellent shape, then said it was a used vehicle and "you get what you get." Told us that there is no warranty. Heck, even a junkyard gives you a 30 day warranty!! He gave us the number for the extended warranty dept. We called them and they have a $500 deductible. Told us that we need to take the vehicle to a certified mechanic to see what's wrong and depending on what it is, it may not be covered. And, if it is covered we may still have to pay more out of our pocket to have it fixed. Stay as far away from this place as you can!

Noel from Maryland | August 22, 2019 I had been shopping for a previously owned car with great miles, and a 3.0 engine and loaded with options and found that most dealers from Manassas to Fredericksburg were overpriced, and they frowned at my not-so-great credit. I just happened to stop by this business and although they didn't have the fancy facility with the showroom floor, I was greatly surprised at all the nice cars that they had available. There were many vehicles with great mileage and fully loaded that sold for thousands less than many big dealers. They were kind, informative with no hard pressure to sell. They really made me feel at home and after leaving there, I felt I had really made a trustworthy friend.

SHEISTY CON-ARTISTS! I wish I could give negative stars. Going to this dealership was the worst mistake of my life. The entire car was pure rust, required multiple repairs totaling over $4,000. Deal was rushed and plenty of steps were missed, they know they are doing shady work here.

Wish I could leave negative stars. Purchased a car here that we took to a mechanic and needed over 4K in repairs. Dealer refuses to take any responsibility. Had to have paid for an illegal inspection sticker because it would never have passed in the state it was in. Could not tell during test drive about problems but the dealer would have known.
