*** DO NOT BUY ANY CAR FROM AUTO PLAZA *** My parents bought a Car from them. They sold them a Vehicle that had : *BAD TIRE PRESSURE SENSOR* : Which they said, it’s just an Air and kept Denying that it was a sensor. I had to get it change at other shop. *ENGINE CODE* : They Temporarily TURNED OFF The CODE. Light came on within 2 DAYS. It was for The Oxygen Sensors. I had to replace those my own as well. *THE 3 MONTHS WARRANTY* : When my parents went back with all these issues, they said, “ Oh, You didn’t have that warranty on this car”. So THEY ARE FALSE ADVERTISING FOR • 3 MONTHS WARRANTY • I would not recommend AUTO PLAZA to Anyone. They are unprofessional and it’s FISHY place.

Virginia was very helpful with the selling process, but after almost a month, we still haven't received our tag, and the temporary one is expired so they have to print another temporary tag for another 30 days. This is very unprofessional, and Virginia never bother to pick up the phone or reply to any text when we asked for this. Angel was outstanding! From the very first time I called, she kept me up to date on the vehicle I was looking at for the full 2-3 weeks before I was able to make it down. Any information she didn't know, she found out. Being that I was traveling 5-6 hrs from the poconos, I needed alot of information. After researching reviews the night before, I became a bit nervous. It wasn't looking good but I remained optimistic. I told her over the phone that she has a buyer and the only thing left to do was a test drive and inspection. Once I finally made it down there, 2 hrs later than I expected, everything went just how I expected it to go. Thank you soo much! I will warn you, she is a talker but it will all be worth it in the end. Your biggest worry would be how you get there. Highly recommended!!!

The SUV had couple of issues, scratches, and dings. We were shocked how this guy was trying not to answer to our questions related to the issues. Instead, he said, it’s a used car and where’re you going to get this cheap price. He hurt our feelings by saying that. He was very judgmental and unprofessional. I wish the sales person was there because that guy had no clue about the vehicle and didn’t know how to take care of customers. If we had dealt with someone else, we would have bought that vehicle. We don’t recommend this guy and dealer to anybody.

Best car buying experience I've ever had, hands down. Virginia, the salesperson who greeted me, was courteous, professional, and easy to talk to. I went there to look at a specific pre-owned vehicle, and that's exactly what we did. The vehicle was clean, well-cared for, and had been through Auto Plaza’s extensive inspection process, so I did not take it to my personal mechanic for an inspection like I normally do when buying a used car. Auto Plaza’s solid reputation is well-known, and Virginia told me they would make things right if I had any problems- something I knew I couldn't get by buying from a private owner on Craigslist. Stanley in the business office got everything written up in relatively short order, and walked me through the loan process, answered my questions, and I never felt like he tried to upsell me on anything. I did end up purchasing the warranty which was reasonable cost to address the risk. This dealership is exceptionally clean and well-maintained; in fact, they had someone touching up the paint on the exterior of the building when we were there. I had my 5-year-old daughter with me, and Virginia provided us with bottled water while we sat in the waiting area and watched Cartoons. They answered all of my questions, respected my time, and everyone we encountered there was friendly.

And as soon as I gave them all of my personal information, and was told I would hear something in a hour, that hour has turned into weeks! I made 4 phone calls and emailed them twice and keep getting the same response, that they will call me back and never do. I no longer wish to deal with this business. Any communication would have been appreciated, even a denial. I do not take giving out my personal information lightly and wouldn't have, if I would have felt that they weren't interested in selling the car. And I never leave reviews unless they are positive, but in this case I felt like I needed to. I'm updating this because they did try to communicate with me After I left this review. I just still feel like I don't want to do business here. Sorry *Virginia apologized for the error in communication with my original salesperson, tried really hard to make things right, follow up, and get my business. I do appreciate that.

Would not shop here because they like to hide things about the cars and offer warranties by showing the premium list then only offering the basic coverage from PWI. Despite the problem I like my SUV... I imagine that has more to do with it rather than them.

Vehicle advertised and priced as SEL trim. A little research indicated the trim level associated with the provided VIN is S trim. Significant difference. I very happy I didn’t have make the 3 hour trip to make hat disappointing discovery. Why is integrity such a hard quality to find in used car salesman?

I traveled one hour to go look at and test drive a truck. I was told the truck was in great running condition. When I drove the truck I found that it had major engine issues. To the point where I didn't even know if I could get it back to the dealership safely.

I purchased a 2013 Chevy Equinox from Virginia 2 days ago. She was very helpful throughout the entire process, and communicated very well. She gave me her personal cell number so I was able to call/text her as well as the business number to conduct business for the purchase of the car. When I got there to see the car, I did have to wait for someone to bring it to the office parking lot, as most of their cars are kept at another location due to the size of the lot. The car was just as it looked online, very clean on the inside, icy cold AC, clean engine, and it drove well on my test drive. I did notice the lift gate slowly moved down when I opened it, but it moved so slowly it was barely noticeable, and it was something I could live with. Virginia took her time explaining everything, even when I was in a rush to get back to Arlington for an appointment, and made sure I had a copy of all of my paperwork. She even caught that I needed to be refunded my deposit, since my financing covered the whole amount. I think that's very honest of her, because anyone could've just not said anything. I pulled the carfax on the car before I bought it. I recommend everyone doing so before purchasing a used vehicle. I'll update this review should anything change with the car, but my experience with Virginia as my salesperson was great! Thanks!!!
