Maxim Boucher (sales) is very down to earth, honest, helpful and incredibly pleasant. He made what was supposed to be a very stressful situation for me the exact opposite. Recently purchased a 2012 Chevrolet suburban and I have to say the service was great until after the purchase of the vehicle.. Before purchase, my responses by emails were right away.. Now, they don't even bother responding.. Had an issue with the tire sensors not working properly, they told me that's how it is.. Did my own research and got back to them THAN they said they'd look at it.. Was told they'd touch up the paint, vehicle had about 7 scratches.. They touched up 2 and very poorly may I add.. Did they rest myself.. Also when I test drove the vehicle it had 84,500 kms, 3 days later when I came to pick it up it had 85,600 and a big crack on the front bumper (which they fixed because I complained) The vehicle in excellent shape, the service needs some work..

I bought a Cadillac ATS 2014 and they gave me a car that had low tire pressure and a few other issues and that is a supposedly "Certified Car" whatever that means. The after sale service is horrible. There is no coordination between the staff. They provided me an appointment to fix all the issues and to install a remote starter. I got there at 9am, stayed there untill 1030 before someone took action. I came back from work at 4pm so for them to tell me they don't support Cadillacs and they didn't receive the remote starter even though they told me they had it.... Disaster. I'm thinking of returning the car just because of the service quality.

I went in and I had a car I wanted, I told them which company to submit the application for approval. 3 weeks went by and all they did was tell me lie after lie. It was by far the most awful service I have ever received. It all came to a head when I visited again, this time they tell me they don't deal with the company that I had asked them to submit an application too. It was the only reason I went there, my credit is poor and I had a good relationship with my current finance company. I was obviously upset but then instead of being straight with me after three weeks the manager Claude said that he would put in an application to the company I chose. He said he would call me at two. It was noon. So I left and ran errands. 3 comes and no call, I call back and he said he put in the application and he was waiting for a call back. I was pumped! I was going to get the car I wanted. To help things a long I reached out to my contact at my finance company to check in on things, make sure there were no hiccups. I find out there was no application made to them. This time I'm fed-up. I go back to the dealership to confront them and ask why they have lied to me, the manager Claude lost his temper and told me to get out. So essentially, when called on his BS he couldn't own up to it, he decided to publicly and loudly kick me out. All I wanted was to buy a car, with my current finance company at their dealership. That was clearly too much to ask. So I left, not without getting heated myself. I think I was in shock really after it all and just the sheer bs I had gone through with this company. While other members of the office seemed very friendly and professional and the sales staff in the front floor were always courteous and helpful, Claude and the guy I dealt with for three weeks Hubert were shady and had that sickly slimey salesperson vibe. I'm not sure if they are capable of telling the truth or if they even know how to conduct business without lying. I can't comment on who they are personally in their lives but professionally the worse individuals I have ever dealt with in my life. My situation, credit and whatnot were complicated, I know all to well however if they had been upfront and honest from day one my perspective on them would be very different. Even if they weren't able to get me approved but had just been truthful about it I would have given them rave reviews. I wouldn't take my business to them or Hamel ever again, I don't want to make that decision for you but I will say this, buyer beware.

Et en plus on rit de nous en pleine face au téléphone ...C'est pas humain. Jamais je ferais ça ! Prendre avantage sur une dame qui connait rien à la mécanique. Je vous assure que je vais pas les laisser faire. Prochaine étape inspection en bonne et due forme du dit '' Odomètre'' par un PRO.
