My transmission failed and Garvey Nissan was great by fixing it and getting it back to me in a timely manner. I don't live in the area so I was communicating by phone. I picked the car up after hours. When I got my report back I saw that my breaks were failing. They never told me over the phone. If they would have told me I would have kindly asked them to fix them since it was very convenient for me. Instead, I went to my local mechanic and he fixed them for about $600. I didn't have my car for about 2 days which was inconvenient. 2 months later my axle boots are destroyed. I brought it to my local mechanic and he said that when I got my transmission replaced they should have noticed that my axle boots were failing and either fixed them or let me know. This will cost me $1000. I am very displeased by this outcome. I called the dealership and corporate and they said there is nothing they could do.

Have to go in there and looking at a car then what the side that we weren't going to purchase one few months back, to find out they run your credit score without you being there me and my wife both got hit with a hard inquiry on our credit and we were no longer looking for a car we have already bought elsewheres. They have no right running your credit without you being there without your permission.

I live in Williston so I'm about 15 minutes from a local dealer. They didn't seem at all interested in my story and more worried about going home. I contacted Garvey and first talked to Paul who put me with Tim. At first they were about saving me money, but when they understood what would make me happy they went to work. They had to swap a car from Manchester, New Hampshire to meet my needs. The day that I was supposed to get my car my work vehicle broke down. Because of my schedule it wasn't going to be able to get it for a week. That's when Tim said I will bring it to you. So I said let's meet half way. So Tim Brought me the car and we weren't done until close to 9pm. I never felt once that he just wanted to go home like the previous dealer. Personal and professional service combined. I will start this review by saying that Garvey Nissan is not any different than an other dealership. I was looking for a second vehicle preferable a truck. After finding one used they ran my credit (Which I I formed them was not perfect). Mike assured me it was not as bad as l thought and he would get me in a truck. He stated he had a bank ready as long as acted fast. So I get a call the next day from Matt. He informed me if I get a co-signer no matter their credit just have to have a job I'd be set and have a vehicle. This was after I was told I had to get a "NEW" vehicle that the bank would be able to recover their loss if the car was repo'd. So now Garvey nissan after running my credit a min. of 10 times (which impacts negatively ) tells me they need a different co-signer. So to sum up my rambling they will tell you what you want to hear with no regard to how it effects you. Run many credit inquiries just to get a sale. They will lie to your face and tell you things that are not true to get you to allow them to run your credit and negatively effect your credit rating.. So they are just as bad as any of the others . I am forwarding my info to the attorney generals off and to the better business bureau. I'm doing this because Mike and Matt to many times said they will have me approved guarantee.

I went to my Garvey dealer to book my next scheduled service and when I got in Shea, immediately said while you talk with Kip let me have the pollen washed off your car. Wow, then they got me in the next day, plus I had a schedule change with my job, got me a shuttle for drop off and pick up. Called me with a minor issue and asked my opinion, I opted to go with their service. Checking out is also a pleasure, some familiar faces and new ones and if the chance presents itself my salesman Chuck will always come and catch up with me. I Brag about MY Garvey to everyone I know, they really are great fun people!

I told him I needed to talk with my wife about it and I would get back to him. The next day I went back in and told him that that the price was out of our range. That did slow him down at all, he found us a truck that was in our price range with his help and Daniel Zoda (the Sales Manager) help we were able to purchase 2011 Nissan Titan pickup truck at a reasonable price. Unfortunately I needed service on my vehicle most recently, I chose to bring up to Garvey Nissan. A little leery because it’s not a brand that they sell I was pleasantly surprised at the top notch mechanic that was able to diagnose and fix the vehicle without any issues. The gal Shey in the service appointment area is absolutely wonderful any questions I had she answered right away.
